Building a treehouse was our big dream, and since we don't like mediocrity, our implementation had to be up to par with the very best. It is 100% our pride and joy. Our treehouse is actually on two trees, and not just any trees, because on huge spruces, which remember when a German ploughed this Masurian land. It's not a treehouse in name only, standing stably on poles, with an odd little birch sticking out of the terrace like an ugly model. Have you ever seen the works of Pit Nelson? We've read all his books, we've looked at everything on the internet, we've learned all the hashtags with the #treehouse slogan, and we've spent 4 years of informal studies on the subject. We know all the Polish and most foreign projects, and we assure you that you won't rent a better treehouse in the country on the Vistula river. Dr Swierk is part of some larger puzzle, which we started in 2016 with the renovation of a small red brick house, whose ugly communist extension we turned into a sweet wooden house called Modry Ganek. We live on the ground floor ourselves and rent out two comfortable flats to guests in the attic. The treehouse is located a dozen metres behind the house, in an old orchard. So if you are looking for glamping in the middle of the jungle, it is not here, but if you like an interesting place to stay, and at the same time sit down to a richly set table, try new tastes and chat with your host about rye sourdough, you are all invited!
