Get to know the Manor, a bit different from all the others. It was built in the 19th century, when Podstolice was called Tischdorf. It was the home of Heinrich Naumann, Rudolf Skrbenske, the family of Franciszek Karłowski, and later it passed into the hands of the Agricultural Production Cooperative. And until that moment, its fate was similar to many palaces and manors in Poland. And then it was lucky to fall into the hands of art lovers, who filled its walls with their passion - porcelain. Thanks to this, it became a bit of an art gallery, a bit of a salon with unique objects and a cozy haven for travelers around Wielkopolska.
This means that while drinking tea from a cup of "Biała Maria" you can admire the 100-year-old park, watch the clouds reflected in the mirror of the pond and try our homemade cakes. You can practice yoga in the former ballroom, read books by the fireplace or look at porcelain decorated with motifs from the works of Pablo Picasso or Piero Fornasetti. We also recommend going to an exhibition or concert at the former Evangelical Church in Nekielka, and then returning for a sauna session. It sounds truly manor-like, doesn't it? Of course, "manor-like" also means original window frames, creaking floors, and ancient furniture. Such are our charms. So if art plays in your heart, and you feel at home in a manor with a soul, we invite you to our threshold.

In 1990, Izabella Cywińska, the then Minister of Culture and Art, issued a regulation enabling the sale of manor buildings to private individuals, members of creative unions. Thanks to this, we were able to purchase a destroyed palace and manor complex, with the intention of transferring the activities of the Poznań "Scena i Galeria Anna Kareńska" to Podstolice. In the renovated Manor, in addition to cozy hospitality, exhibitions and meetings with authors and concerts with the participation of outstanding artists are held. For the last few years, we have also been conducting cultural activities in the renovated Mennonite church in nearby Nekielka. We invite you to our Manor with a very homely atmosphere. For tea in Rosenthal porcelain, for relaxing by the pond, for a concert in the church, for an afternoon by the fireplace, for breakfast in the park and an evening in the sauna.
