In a former German house, I have two floors for you, a terrace along the entire length of the building, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and enough space for 7-8 people. The equipment will meet all, even the most sophisticated needs, from madness in the kitchen to blissful relaxation by the fireplace or in the garden. You can come in two, you can in seven, the house will always be at your disposal. 300 m2 of space, including 3 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single bedrooms, a large living room with a fireplace and all amenities (apple tv, projector, Marshall speaker, turntable with a collection of records, telescope). From the living room you can go to the terrace with comfortable furniture and a grill. You can eat in the dining room, in the open kitchen and in the garden. The two bedrooms upstairs have skylights with a bay window/balcony with a perfect view of the mountains. There is also a gym on the first floor at your disposal. There will be no queues for the bathroom, because there are three of them in the house. There are showers, there are separate toilets, there are towels - there will be no rushing. One note for families with small children - a winding staircase leads to the first floor, and the railing on the mezzanine is not adapted to the height of the toddler, so we provide you with a net to hang next to the railings. After getting to know the house, I invite you to the garden. Here are more relaxation corners. A terrace with garden armchairs, a summer kitchen with a grill, a lot of seating, hammocks, swings, a gazebo, and a parking space for 5 cars. As ecology is very important to me, from the very first day I introduced a detailed segregation of waste, ecological renewable fuels for heating and electricity production (including photovoltaic panels), I dug my own mineral water intake, the cleanest in Poland (for which to go to health resorts people come from all over Europe), and recently I arranged an additional garden kitchen to be able to spend long evenings staring at the stars, without having to run home for a glass or a fork. Attention! We rent 300m2 of the ROSMARINO house, i.e. two luxurious floors. In the building there is also an individual apartment on the ground floor with a separate entrance, without any common areas. The ground floor is excluded from this offer. It may be rented occasionally, so other guests may be present at times. It is also possible to "add" the ground floor to the offer for an additional PLN 500 (additional 6 people).

There were already sumptuous dinners with roasted goose and champagne in this house, Portuguese Pastéis de Nata baking, Swiss evenings with cheese and fondue, grilled seafood, children's birthday parties with dumplings in the main role and long summer fruit afternoons with wine. The kitchen and grills have been tested by me, my friends and family. You can cook anything you want. The kitchen, separated from the living room by a fireplace, but open, has everything you can think of. You can serve meals in the dining room, on the large terrace, in the living room, in the garden gazebo. In summer, we usually transfer cooking to the garden. There, in the summer kitchen, there is a large gas grill, worktops, a sink and places to hang out. Another grill can be found on the large terrace next to the living room. I have several excellent places to recommend in the area. Świeradów is a small town, so you can get to all the recommendations on foot, use free public transport or free parking for cars and bicycles. Go to: - Świerkowa Karczma - here for dumplings with venison, delicious tartare, delicious Jizera trout and regional beers. - Kalamata - wonderful flavors of Greece at the foot of the Jizera Mountains. Great stuffed peppers, toasted prawns and the best olives. - La Gondola - delicious pizza and elegant Italian dishes. - Cinnamon Elephant - delicious curry with prawns, veggie burgers, curry with baby girl - delicious and not only for vegetarians.

There may be Ski and Sun in Świeradów on the slope, there may be Gin and Sun on the terrace at home - the teams who come here love to eat well, but usually burn calories just as intensely, and the area allows you to spread your sports wings. In addition to an in-house gym, perfect jogging paths, forests just beyond the fence and waterfalls right under our nose, we also have something for cavers, cyclists, lazy people, skiers and walruses. You can sunbathe on the terrace, you can take a nap in a hammock, you can read by the fireplace, you can watch movies on the wall, you can listen to the original Pink Floyd vinyl from the 70s, and in the evening you can count the craters on the moon through the huge eye of the telescope. When you feel it's time to move, I recommend a warm-up walk (1 km) to the Kwisa Waterfall. You can wet your feet, you can bathe, and in winter the bravest of the brave can swim. A bit further (3 km) towards Szklarska Poręba you will find the Forest Waterfall. The views are breathtaking. You can also sea here, because the water is crystal clear and icy. I also recommend hikers a walk to Sępia Góra, where the route begins right behind the house. For fans of two wheels, Świeradów-Zdrój is a paradise on earth. Currently, you can test as many as 14 routes with a total length of 80 km in four levels of difficulty: very easy, easy, medium-difficult, difficult. There is a friendly cycling atmosphere everywhere, everyone can have fun, from families with children to technically advanced cyclists. The rock tunnels are made by the work of human hands - prisoners of Gross Rossen camp. They were probably prepared for the production of secret weapons by the Germans. There are six of them in total. In the vicinity of today's Baworowo S.A. factory and by the road from Leśna towards Świecie. Some are barred, others open. It is worth adding that this is not an organized attraction, so without security and without experience, it may not be worth risking climbing inside the rocks. I recommend the St. John in Krobica near Świeradów Zdrój. There is an underground route consisting of two tunnels (350 m underground route) of St. Leopold and St. John - the zinc and cobalt ores mines operated here from the 16th century. The mine is open every day, all year round. In Świeradów it is also worth visiting Czerci Młyn. The guides of the living Bread Museum will take you on a journey "from grain to loaf", show you the stream that used to drive the mill wheel, tell about the Jizera Mountains and the dark skies. While walking around Świeradów, it is worth visiting the Spa House from 1895. Here you can admire unusual interiors, drink healing mineral water and visit the museum. Cross-country skiing is the Izerski Trail of the Grouse. It starts at Stóg Izerski, ends in Jakuszyce and is 19.5 km long. There are several equipment rentals.
