Add the name of your place

Location Poland, Jizera Mountains, Świeradów-Zdrój
It all started with a good old caravan with a view of the mountains. My parents discovered Świeradów in the 1980s. It was here, on a plot by the stream, overlooking Stóg Izerski, that they built our summer house on wheels. We used to travel every weekend from our hometown of Legnica. Summer, sun, a blanket, a happy child, bathing in a waterfall. On the menu were boiled eggs, canned food, sun-warmed tomato and campfires. The occasional childish tantrum about an oppressive attempt to force a free individual to clothe themselves. It was, without doubt, the holiday of a lifetime. The fairytale of mountain laziness ended with adulthood. It was time to study, move to Warsaw, and then all the way across the ocean. Working in corporations in the USA, Asia and several European countries. A few years later, when my longing for my hometown reached its peak, I dreamt of a sentimental journey to Świeradów. I wanted to buy a house to which I could (as I once did to this caravan) drop in with my loved ones. Clearly, nothing happens without a reason because I bought the exact plot of land where my father had once parked the camper. The circle of life has come full circle. There was a shabby building on the plot, which I initially wanted to demolish, but since I prefer to repair things than demolish them, I ambitiously set about saving it. The former German house was not an easy competitor, but I managed to do it with the help of a designer. I created a place that gave me a lot of fun. There was only one problem, for a year, I visited Świeradów only three times, again working most of the time abroad. It would be a shame for such a wonderful place to stand empty 355 days a year. I decided to introduce laughter, joy, chatting until the morning, afternoon naps, singing and dancing. The life that each of you brings home from the ends of Poland and Europe. I invite you to a mountain villa with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room open to the kitchen, a terrace with a view of the Jizera Mountains, a gym, a summer kitchen and a garden with babbling brook. In this house, we relax, cook, enjoy meals and sunshine, lounge by the fireplace, listen to Pink Floyd on vinyl and take care of the environment. We drink mineral water from the tap and celebrate la dolce vita. Attention! We rent 300m2 of the house ROSMARINO, that is two luxurious floors. The building still has an individual flat on the ground floor with a separate entrance, without any common areas. The ground floor is excluded from this offer. It may be rented occasionally, so sometimes there may be other guests in it. There is also a possibility to "add" the ground floor to the offer for an extra charge of 500zł (additional 6 guests).

Here Slowhop will describe your place

Back in the 1980s, I used to go with my parents to Świeradów, where they put up their caravan and took me here every weekend as a child from our hometown of Legnica. After graduating from high school, the fairy tale ended as I moved to Warsaw, and after graduating from the Military University of Technology, I moved to New York. After 15 years of working in corporations in the USA, Asia and Europe, with the money I had saved, I managed to buy an old ruined house in the mountains and renovate it to an enchanting standard. So it is luxurious, but not rich. It is cosy and unobtrusive. There is everything you need, just like at home. I decided to bring life into an old post-German house. The life, which is brought by all guests coming from the ends of Poland and the world. You are invited.

In a mountain residence with a beautiful view of Stóg Izerski, a few minutes away from the phenomenal forests around Sępia Góra and waterfalls. In the former German house I have two floors for you, a terrace along the entire length of the building, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and enough space for 7-8 people. The equipment will meet all, even the most sophisticated needs, from going crazy in the kitchen to blissful relaxation by the fireplace or in the garden. You can come as two, you can seven, the house will always be at your disposal. 300 m2 of space, with 3 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single bedrooms, a large living room with a fireplace and all amenities (apple TV, projector, Marshall speaker, turntable with a collection of records, telescope). From the living room you can go out to a relaxing terrace with comfortable furniture and a barbecue. You can eat in the dining room, in the open kitchen and in the garden. The two bedrooms upstairs have skylights with a bay / balcony with a perfect view of the mountains. There is also a gym at your disposal on the first floor. There will be no queues for the bathroom, because there are three of them in the house. There are showers, there are separate toilets, there are towels - there will be no rush. One note for families with small children - there are winding stairs leading to the first floor, and the mezzanine railing is not adapted to the height of the toddler, so we provide you with a net to hang at the railings. After getting to know the house, I invite you to the garden. Here are more relaxation corners. Terrace with garden armchairs, summer kitchen with grill, plenty of seating, hammocks, swings, gazebo, and a parking space for 5 cars. As ecology is very important to me, from the very first day I introduced a detailed segregation of waste, ecological renewable fuels for heating and electricity production (including photovoltaic panels), I dug my own mineral water intake, the cleanest in Poland (for which to health resorts people come from all over Europe), and recently I have arranged an additional garden kitchen so that I can spend long evenings staring at the stars, without having to run home for a glass or fork.

Here Slowhop will describe the sleeping arrangements. If you want, you can also fill it in or edit the text.

There were already sumptuous dinners with roasted goose and champagne in this house, Portuguese Pastéis de Nata baking, Swiss evenings with cheese and fondue, grilled seafood, children's birthday parties with dumplings in the main role and long summer fruit afternoons with wine. The kitchen and grills have been tested by me, my friends and family. You can cook anything you want. The kitchen, separated from the living room by a fireplace, but open, has everything you can think of. You can serve meals in the dining room, on the large terrace, in the living room, in the garden gazebo. In summer, we usually transfer cooking to the garden. There, in the summer kitchen, there is a large gas grill, worktops, a sink and places to hang out. Another grill can be found on the large terrace next to the living room. I have several excellent places to recommend in the area. Świeradów is a small town, so you can get to all the recommendations on foot, use free public transport or free parking for cars and bicycles. Go to: - Świerkowa Karczma - here for dumplings with venison, delicious tartare, delicious Jizera trout and regional beers. - Kalamata - wonderful flavors of Greece at the foot of the Jizera Mountains. Great stuffed peppers, toasted prawns and the best olives. - La Gondola - delicious pizza and elegant Italian dishes. - Cinnamon Elephant - delicious curry with prawns, veggie burgers, curry with baby girl - delicious and not only for vegetarians.

There may be Ski and Sun in Świeradów on the slope, there may be Gin and Sun on the terrace at home - the teams who come here love to eat well, but usually burn calories just as intensely, and the area allows you to spread your sports wings. In addition to an in-house gym, perfect jogging paths, forests just beyond the fence and waterfalls right under our nose, we also have something for cavers, cyclists, lazy people, skiers and walruses. You can sunbathe on the terrace, you can take a nap in a hammock, you can read by the fireplace, you can watch movies on the wall, you can listen to the original Pink Floyd vinyl from the 70s, and in the evening you can count the craters on the moon through the huge eye of the telescope. When you feel it's time to move, I recommend a warm-up walk (1 km) to the Kwisa Waterfall. You can wet your feet, you can bathe, and in winter the bravest of the brave can swim. A bit further (3 km) towards Szklarska Poręba you will find the Forest Waterfall. The views are breathtaking. You can also sea here, because the water is crystal clear and icy. I also recommend hikers a walk to Sępia Góra, where the route begins right behind the house. For fans of two wheels, Świeradów-Zdrój is a paradise on earth. Currently, you can test as many as 14 routes with a total length of 80 km in four levels of difficulty: very easy, easy, medium-difficult, difficult. There is a friendly cycling atmosphere everywhere, everyone can have fun, from families with children to technically advanced cyclists. The route map can be found on the website: You can print it or download it to your phone. Seekers of extraordinary adventures are directed to Adit in Leśna. The rock tunnels are made by the work of human hands - prisoners of Gross Rossen camp. They were probably prepared for the production of secret weapons by the Germans. There are six of them in total. In the vicinity of today's Baworowo S.A. factory and by the road from Leśna towards Świecie. Some are barred, others open. It is worth adding that this is not an organized attraction, so without security and without experience, it may not be worth risking climbing inside the rocks. I recommend the St. John in Krobica near Świeradów Zdrój. There is an underground route consisting of two tunnels (350 m underground route) of St. Leopold and St. John - the zinc and cobalt ores mines operated here from the 16th century. The mine is open every day, all year round. In Świeradów it is also worth visiting Czerci Młyn. The guides of the living Bread Museum will take you on a journey "from grain to loaf", show you the stream that used to drive the mill wheel, tell about the Jizera Mountains and the dark skies. While walking around Świeradów, it is worth visiting the Spa House from 1895. Here you can admire unusual interiors, drink healing mineral water and visit the museum. Cross-country skiing is the Izerski Trail of the Grouse. It starts at Stóg Izerski, ends in Jakuszyce and is 19.5 km long. There are several equipment rentals.

Here Slowhop will describe your attractions. If you want, you can also fill it in or edit the text.

Hello, crazy bunch! Welcome to the mountains. It will be convenient for you here, it will be active, fun and fun. There is a large garden for romping, a playground, swings, hammocks, pink flamingos and lots of flowers to sniff. A stream with icy water runs right next to the house. He invites daredevils under the watchful eye of their parents to cool their feet, build locks over a rushing nut and listen to the squawking of frogs. Where, where, but you should go to the waterfall. We have two within walking distance, so it is harvest. At home, there is a projector for watching fairy tales on the wall, there are speakers for dancing, but also steep stairs and an openwork mezzanine (which we secure with a net before your arrival). It's best not to let little kids out of your sight on the second floor.
