The house is located in a small village in Podlasie. There is a small church and a growing number of houses inherited from grandmothers and carefully restored. A small and close-knit community lives here. When we renovated our house, the neighbors stopped by to check on us and nodded appreciatively. Some of them recalled school years spent in the same building. Two plots of land adjacent to the house are empty, the nearest neighbor lives across the street diagonally. In other words, no one looks in the windows. Behind the house there is a garden, fully natural, perfect for afternoon naps under a cloud. The house itself consists of 5 bedrooms: two on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The configuration of the beds provides comfortable conditions for sharing the house even by a large family (or two): - bedroom 1 on the ground floor: double bed - bedroom/room 2 on the ground floor: double sofa bed - bedroom 3 (first floor): double bed - bedroom 4 (first floor): two single beds - bedroom 5 (first floor): double bed. There are two bathrooms (both showers), one on each floor. In addition, at your disposal is a living room and dining room, and of course a kitchen. The house has no heating.

The house has a modern kitchen with an oven, a coffee machine and everything that home cooks need to be happy. We do not offer meals, but we know where and from whom you can buy fresh, local products - we will let you know where to go and who to knock on. You can usually buy real, home-made eggs from us.

We recommend that you get to know our part of Podlasie better. In close proximity you can see several interesting places: - the Green Velo Eastern Bicycle Trail runs through both Nurzec and Siemiatycze. It winds further around the Bug - you can plan a trip that suits your abilities. In Siemiatycze you will be able to rent bikes, but the prices were quite high last season. That's why we encourage you to bring your own bikes. - fabulously blue, wooden Orthodox churches are inevitably associated with Podlasie, and we also have several such architectural gems in the immediate vicinity - if you want to go on a wild trip, you can go to the beach in Borsuki. From there you can walk along the forest road to the viewpoint on the bend of the Bug River (half an hour's walk) - Drohiczyn, a royal town and the historical capital of Podlasie. On the other side of the river there are three reserves of the Bug Landscape Park (Kaliniak, Przekop, Dębniak). The Korczew - Mogielnica nature trail runs through it, starting next to the fire station in Korczew. You can also cycle the entire path. - in Siemiatycze, by the reservoir, there is a beach and water equipment rental (kayaks, pedal boats). In winter, you can also rent cross-country skis there and try your hand at the nearby trails. - in Siemiatycze we also have an indoor swimming pool - a new one, so if you want to swim outside the summer season or the weather is not good, this is a good option.
