In our small forest settlement there are 6 houses located to provide you with privacy and comfort, as well as our house (where we live most of the holidays and beyond), a playground, a silence zone with hammocks, a parking lot, a summer kitchen with barbecues, a place for a bonfire and a common table, as well as a sauna and a hot tub, as well as plenty of space for simply lying down. You can reach the river from here in a short moment (really short - it's only 100 meters). To get to one of the charming beaches on the Wkra River, just get on your bike and pedal for 20 minutes. The cottages are year-round and air-conditioned. Inside there are 2 independent bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a table, a bathroom with a shower and a large covered terrace. In the first one there is a double bed, in the second a bunk bed, with unusual dimensions: the lower mattress is 140x200cm and the upper one is 90x200cm. Thanks to this, three children can sleep comfortably in the bedroom: two downstairs and one upstairs. The bed ladder is easily removable, so if there are four of you, it can be removed (two adults can also easily fit on the lower bed). The living room has a fold-out sofa, a table and shelves with books and board games. There is no TV and this is not a coincidence: it is not needed here. A terrace is also useful for a good rest, so there is also a terrace with a swing and comfortable sofas - a must-have for every siesta lover. We positioned the houses so that you can admire the trees through the windows, not your neighbors.

There is a kitchenette at your disposal, where you will find everything necessary to cook something for yourself and your companions. Weather permitting, you can eat on the terrace or have a barbecue or a bonfire. In our small village there is also a vegetable and herb garden, so you can prepare a fresh salad in the season. We highly recommend a visit to the Koza Bar - not only that you can eat delicious there, but there is also a great atmosphere. And goats, goats are great.

You come to us for peace, the smell of the forest and relaxing walks. In addition, on site waiting for you: - bikes: you can rent them for free from us and ride in charming surroundings, e.g. along the paths leading to Jońca (4 km) or Nowe Miasto (5 km) - a quiet zone with hammocks and swings, where you can easily hide with a book - walks over the Sona, a small river 100 meters away from the houses - place and equipment for the grill - a comfortable terrace with a place for an afternoon siesta (each terrace is covered, so you can laze and eat on it in any weather) - a corner for an evening bonfire. There are also some cool places to visit in the area, so we share our list with you: - Wkra is a calm and beautiful river, only a few kilometers from Alexandria. You can go canoeing from Jońca (4 km), and to the bathing beach in Nowe Miasto (5 km) or the beaches in Popielżyn Zawady. - nature and educational park in Pomiechówek (27 km) with a footbridge among trees, an observation tower, a place for observing animals, as well as a zip-line directly above the river surface and a rope park. Good places to learn about the fauna and flora of Mazovia. - a treat for history and military enthusiasts, i.e. the Panzer Farm, located in Chrycynno (21 km). There are bunkers, air raid shelters, tranches and shooting ranges for handguns and long weapons. - Wake Park Crazy Bar in Nowe Miasto, something for those who would like to try their hand at wakeboarding - on weekends, a fair of organic vegetables is organized in Chata nad Wkra (20 km), and children can play in the mud kitchen - Joniec Rope Park, with routes of various difficulty levels and a small playground for children.
