Let's move to Cieplice in 1889. A small village lying at the foot of the Giant Mountains. There was no man in Cieplice who would not know Eugen Füllner, an entrepreneur and philanthropist who revolutionized a paper machine factory and gilded the lives of local residents. He expanded an industrial plant, hired locals, created a company library, a kindergarten, provided health care and an insurance fund. As if that was not enough, he purchased, between the Spa Park and the eastern edge of the flood embankments, several hectares of wasteland for a modern employee housing estate. Not so ordinary, because intimate, with a view of the Karkonosze Mountains, with a playground in the middle, a tram line to Podgórzyn and the Norwegian Park behind the fence. It was built on the right bank of the Wrzosówka river and was meant to be used by residents to relax. So there were ponds, gazebos, 10 km of paths, a concert shell and a pavilion - a faithful copy of the building of the restaurant "Frognerseteren" from Oslo.
130 years later Cieplice is a district of Jelenia Góra, there is not even a trace of the tram line, but Füllner's legacy is doing well. The Norwegian and Zdrojowy Park blooms every spring, and in the tenement house at number two, in the famous workers' estate, there is an apartment inhabited in the 19th century by employees of a paper machinery factory. Now it charms with patterns, colors and unusual combinations of trinkets. If you want to jump into the mountains, feel the spirit of the past, and you are not afraid of nystagmus, this place is for you. We are waiting with home-made cake.

I have lived half my life in Jelenia Góra and every day I admire the Karkonosze Mountains with the same delight. I am an enthusiast of cycling on mountain bike routes and an avid cross-country and downhill skier. For four years, arranging and creating living spaces has become my passion. I spend every free moment looking for unique things that will fill the space friendly to our guests.     We ask our guests to read the regulations of renting the Przystanek in the colors of the world apartment for 24 hours:
    1. The guest is obliged to report to the owner of the apartment, within 3 hours from the moment of check-in, comments regarding the technical condition and cleanliness of the apartment. No notifications within this time period will be considered by the owner as no comments regarding the condition of the apartment.
    2. The guest is obliged to take care of the apartment with due diligence, in particular, he is obliged to close the entrance door of the apartment during his absence, and not to take things that are part of the apartment's equipment outside its area.
    3. Guests staying in the apartment and persons invited by the Guests are obliged to respect the quiet hours between 22:00-07:00 and not to organize loud, disruptive meetings or events during this time.
    4. During the curfew, only the persons indicated in the reservation may stay in the apartment.
    5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
    6. Guests of the apartment are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment. Damage means both destruction/damage to the interior furnishings of the apartment and their loss.
    7. In the event of damage to the apartment due to the fault of the Guest or the fault of people visiting him, the Guest is obliged to cover the costs of its repair. Parents are responsible for any damage caused by children.
    8. The guest should notify the owners of the occurrence of damage in the apartment or its discovery.
    9. Guests are obliged to keep the key to the apartment with due diligence. In case of its loss, Guests will be charged the cost of replacing two lock inserts in the amount of PLN 500.
    10. The owners of the apartment are not responsible for damage to the vehicle belonging to the Guest, as well as for valuables left in the rooms.
    11. Guests undertake to use the apartment only for residential purposes - it is forbidden to organize parties in the Apartment.
    12. In the event that the Guest significantly violates the peace and/or good of the neighbors and does not comply with the generally applicable standards of coexistence between people, the owner of the apartment reserves the right to terminate the Guest's stay in the apartment and is then not obliged to refund the unused period.
    13. A sudden failure of any element in the apartment or any lack of equipment in the apartment does not oblige the Guest to claim compensation or reimbursement for this failure or lack. The necessary repair will be carried out during the Guest's absence, and in his presence only if he so wishes.
    14. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters and other electrical devices in the apartment that are not included in the apartment's equipment. Does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices.
    15. The Guest acknowledges that the apartment is not equipped with a safe, and therefore the Guest is obliged to protect the items brought into the apartment, including valuables, amounts of money against their destruction, loss or damage.
    16. The Guest undertakes to use utilities economically (water, electricity, gas) and to segregate waste (the bin under the sink is for mixed waste, a separate large bin near the fridge is for segregated waste, i.e. plastic, glass and paper)
    17. The guest is obliged to leave the apartment in a non-deteriorated condition in relation to the condition existing on the day of accommodation.
    18. The guest is obliged to immediately inform the owner of the apartment about any damage caused in the apartment. The owner reserves the right to claim the full amount of damages from the guest.
    19. The payment for the stay is not refundable if the stay is shortened for reasons of the Guest.
    20. We provide a free parking space.
    21. We are available to guests (by phone, e-mail or in person) from 8.00 to 22.00.
    22. There is free WI-FI in the apartment.

Bardzo klimatycznie urządzone i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, w którym każdy detal tworzy przytulną atmosferę. Wspaniały zapach unosi się już od progu i na dlugo zostaje w pamieci. Miłym zaskoczeniem jest też duży wybór herbat które urozamiacją niejeden wieczór. To idealne miejsce na odpoczynek po całym dniu na szlaku i napewno jest godne polecenia.

Słyszałam kiedyś opinię eksperta od internetowych rezerwacji - żeby być podejrzliwi przy dużej ilości zbyt entuzjastycznych opinii o danym miejscu. "Przystanek" ma ocenę 5 od wszystkich i w pełni się mu to należy. Też czytałam opinie przed rezerwacją , pełne zachwytu i potwierdzam- tam tak naprawdę jest !
