Szopa stands at the green end of Ustrzyki Dolne, overlooking the undulating Bieszczady Mountains. Not so wooden and wind-lined, but modern, concrete and glass. It has industrial interiors, bicycle connotations and the peak of Holica vis a vis. You can climb to the top, you can admire it from a deckchair, you can also take off into the skies. The Żuków range is favored by the followers of Icarus - paragliders who continue the aviation tradition of Ustrzyki started 90 years ago.
The shed is our next home in the green glade. He joined the Bieszczady Barn, a glazed kitchen-dining room and a roofed, all-year-round jacuzzi. So you can jump into bubbles after cross-country skiing in the winter, and then bake a pizza in the summer kitchen and make a barbecue. It is also worth cycling to the mountain pastures, with wine at the book or a trolley to the local brewery. Get out of the gallop of needs and sew up in the Bieszczady Mountains.
At an altitude of 480 m above sea level, on a barn clearing. In addition to the industrial shed for 6 people, the plot features a barn with 4 apartments, a glass kitchen and dining room with a bread oven and a year-round jacuzzi covered with a conservatory.
The shed is our smaller house, but it is exclusive. On the ground floor there is a living area with a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Metal stairs lead to the sleeping area, in which there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other, by a glass wall, with two single beds. Here, too, along the entire length of the house, there is a relaxation net that hangs over the living room. So you can communicate with the ground floor without moving from your afternoon nap.
The shed has its own terrace and its own unobstructed view of Holica. The house is situated in such a way that the guests from the Barn do not disturb those who spend their holidays in the Szopie, and vice versa. Everyone will find a quiet place for themselves.
We give you complete freedom of creation and great kitchen facilities. The house has a fully equipped kitchenette. There is a microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge, toaster, dishes, coffee machine, tea.
In the garden there is a special grill shelter or rather a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room. Here you can prepare and bake a pizza in a real wood oven, you can conjure up dumplings on a grandma's plate, bake bread or cake and grill.
You know why you come to the Bieszczady Mountains. Get away from noise, have peace of mind, wander, walk, walk, read, pick mushrooms, look for traces of wild animals, eat well, jump on the slopes and even cross-country skiing. We have it all and more.
A year-round heated jacuzzi awaits you in the garden. Regardless of the weather, you can use the bubbles, and in winter, enjoy the warm water under the roof. Cold cheeks, wine and jacuzzi are a perfect combination.
The favorite place of absolutely all our guests is the barbecue shed, or rather the "summer kitchen", where you can spend time from dawn to dusk. We set up 3 ovens there - for pizza / bread, a plate on which it is perfectly fried and baked, and an internal grill. Here you can make the perfect pizza, bake bread, rolls and cakes, make proziaki from Bieszczady, and have a barbecue. There are tables and chairs in the shelter, and in front of it a terrace with garden sofas.
Great views all around, because we are at 480 m above sea level. When you look straight ahead, you will see the Żuków range with the Holica peak (761 m above sea level) in the Ustrzyki Dolne Forest District. You can go to the range or to the top, which is a viewpoint on the Bieszczady Mountains and the Teleśnicka Bay. You can get to Holica on foot by hiking trails, the Nordic Walking route or the educational path "On the slopes of Żukowo", the beginning of which is in Ustjanowa at the famous cross-country tracks. Stanisław Nahajowski. So in winter, we recommend that you arm yourself with cross-country skis, because there is nowhere to run.
You can also reach the Żuków ridge by bike. You can rent two electric and self-propelled bikes, we also have a bicycle seat for children and a trailer.
For walks in the area, we also recommend the Stream Równianka, located 200 meters from us. Maybe you will be able to see the beavers, and you will surely find the remains of their building activity.

What’s there for children?
Our child Tosia is 6 years old and she is the first to roll on the grass. Your kids will probably follow her example and will not be bored. They can also soak their feet or their whole bodies in the jacuzzi, play soccer and go sledding down the hill near the house. In the summer kitchen, they will compose their dream pizza and see how the cheese melts on it in the oven, and they bake real Bieszczady proziaki on the grandma's kitchen. In the morning, you should look for deer in the fog lying on the meadows, and listen to the rutting in the fall. We have bikes with a trailer for kids on site, so family mountain trips will be a pleasure. It will be cool!
