The story of this place began to be written about 100 years ago. On the border of Liptov and Orava, in the small spa village of Lúčky, our grandfather Ignác decided to take root and build his house. We then inherited these roots of it. And believe us, it cost us a lot of thinking. The minds kept saying, "Keep the inheritance of our fathers to us, Lord," until finally ... we decided to breathe a new story into this place. We have embarked on an extensive reconstruction, which has resulted in the current Horvát Family Residence. And so what could have remained - a brick wall and a cross that once hung on the wall in the bedroom of the grandparents ...

Our desire was to create a timeless space with an original spirit and emotion. We couldn't resist and combined traditional materials (wood, brick, metal) with quality modern pieces and honest blacksmithing. As a thank you for the possibility of the transformation of the old into the new, a framed collage of photos of the original owner - the old father - hangs in the entrance hall, also with the original original floor plan of the house. As a result, the story of this place continues and other new life stories can take place in it. The closest it may be yours ... So accept the invitation to a place created with love, for the pleasure of life.

Our spacious Residence (300 m2) in the spa Lúčky, comfortably accommodates 12 people. So 6 of them will sleep comfortably on great double beds and 6 (especially if they are children) will have beds on occasional beds - sofa beds. There are 3 luxuriously furnished apartments - Tobias, Diana and Sofia. Yes, that's exactly what our 3 children are called. Each apartment has a dominant double bed, a private bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed and a TV. In order to pamper the pampering in addition to the underfloor heating in the shower and the unmistakable details, you can have a fragrant coffee from the Nespresso coffee machine in the morning after getting out of bed.

On the ground floor you will find, in addition to the Tobias apartment, the heart of the house - a spacious living room connected to the kitchen. So a place created for every fun and pleasant sitting. It is here that you will find the original brick wall and a cross by our grandparents, which give the room a homely atmosphere. Sit back, watch a movie, immerse yourself in a conversation, read, cook together - just about anything your heart desires.

And one more thing - our Residence has neighbors, dear. And we really want it to stay that way. That is why we remember the silence of the night and also that we are in the middle of a village that has its daily work rhythm.

The house will be whole-yours. No one will wriggle around your house or the kitchen. You will cook for yourself, but in the above-standard equipped kitchen. We made sure you really had everything you could need. Just bring a purchase to what you want to cook. You can eat all your culinary creations in the kitchen, on the terrace or in the gazebo. If your heart and stomach crave grilling, nothing is easier. In the mentioned gazebo there is an electric grill, but also a goulash kettle, so don't hesitate!

From the windows of the apartment on the first floor you can see Veľký Choč, the highest junior of the Choč Hills. And if you decide to walk on it, from its top you can see the Western Tatras, the Liptov Basin, the Low Tatras, the Great and Little Fatra, and maybe you will also see Orava and Babia Hora. So at least we want such weather. And what would we be if we did not send you to the Lučanský waterfall in the heart of Lúčok. You are only 550 meters from us. Recognized as a natural monument, this waterfall would be a sin not to be seen.

Of course, there are also our spas with balneotherapy and bottling the mineral spring right in front of the AquaVital Park. For those who like swimming in the open air, there is a thermal lake in nature - Močidlo in neighboring Kalmen ... Lovers of cycling will also enjoy themselves.

WELLNESS DIRECTLY WITH US
And when you enjoy nature and return to the Residence, enjoy our private wellness. For lovers of high temperatures, there is a Finnish sauna. The lower temperature will warm up all your bones and muscles in the infrared sauna and the bubbles will be waiting for you in the whirlpool. Tarpaulins and towels are provided.

For the small and large (but also the adults), there are many options. Let's first mention the children's corner on the second floor, with toys, books and building blocks. On the older and larger ones, there is a games room in the back of the residence, with darts, an Xbox, a multifunctional game table for table football (calcite), billiards, air hockey. You will find it all inside, under our roof.

Outside, the children have the whole yard for running, jumping and chanting. At the end of the plot, discover a stream together, where during the warmer months they can roar like ducks and discover a village up and down the stream.

But you can safely take them with you to the aforementioned Lučanský waterfall, and the wildlife zoo in Lúčky will be an unusual experience for the little ones. During the season, it pays to visit the shy Carpathian giant Čutek and you can still go to the warm mineral water in the spa Lúčky.
