Our habitat is located a few kilometers from the Polish-Lithuanian border. In the south, we are adjacent to nature reserves and the Augustów Primeval Forest. We have no neighbors in the immediate vicinity. On the other hand, there are plenty of lakes - the nearest one, Asharyn, can be reached in a few minutes. The habitat consists of two houses, a garden, a SPA zone with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, two barbecue gazebos and a playground. In the garden you will also find a boho-style gazebo with an open-air cinema and hot banya. Guest house MODRZEW The house is rented entirely to smaller groups or couples. Equipped with all the necessary equipment for a longer and comfortable living. On the first floor there are three bedrooms: two 2-person and one 4-person family with a large panoramic terrace where you can watch the sunrise. Option for a larger group - two additional beds on the sofa in the living room. The house is equipped with 2 bathrooms: the main one on the ground floor (bath, shower) and an additional one on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a utility room. In front of the house, you can drink a coffee on the covered terrace with a view of the entire habitat. SOSNA guest house Exclusive rental for a larger group that appreciates maximum comfort and space. On the ground floor there is a living room with a spacious sofa, a large wood-burning fireplace, a bookcase and a TV set. From the lounge there is a direct access to the spacious dining room with a beautiful view of our garden and pine forest. On the ground floor there is also a kitchen, toilet and one double room with a bathroom. The entire floor is occupied by three guest rooms: 2-bed, 3-bed and 4-bed, all with private bathrooms and terraces. Option for a larger group - two additional beds on the sofa in the living room.

On request, we deliver baskets with local delicacies to your door. In the basket you will find fresh rye bread, smoked fish, country eggs, sausage, meat, butter and cheese made by the lady from the village next door, jams of our production and sękacz - local cake, perfect for coffee (the contents of the basket may slightly differ depending on the season) ). We leave the rest of the meals at your disposal. Each house has a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining area. Additionally, we encourage you to use the bonfire (sausage sticks and a cast iron pot on site) and two grill gazebos (one with a traditional wood briquette grill and a smokehouse, the other with an electric grill). You can also go to nearby restaurants - we recommend a few below.

We respect the fact that everyone rests and charges their batteries differently. There are those who are focused on active recreation - they practice yoga in the morning, sail on a boat for half a day, the other half march around the nearby nature reserve, and in the evening they bake potatoes in a bonfire. There are also those who start the day with a coffee drunk slowly among fragrant flowers, at noon they lie on the mattress in the middle of the pool and watch the clouds, and in the afternoon they relax with a massage. For a good start, we will recommend you a few things that you can do in the habitat: - take advantage of a unique massage by the lake - look for the abundance of Podlasie forests - blueberries, raspberries and mushrooms - swim in the heated pool - feast by the fire to the accompaniment of the guitar - immerse yourself in the warm water of the jacuzzi late in the evening / at night - take a boat on the lake - listen to the wonderful sounds of nature from the nearby Łempis Reserve - play board games or a ball with the kids - bask in the sauna - pack your picnic basket with summer treats and splash all day in the nearby lake - watching the stars at night - the Podlasie sky looks unreal beautiful (our neighborhood is one of the least "polluted by light" cities in Poland) - catch up on books - have a good time with yourself - go barefoot There is no shortage of beautiful places to visit in the immediate vicinity. Here's what you can do in close proximity to the habitat: - make an appointment for horse riding at a friendly stud - go on the most famous and popular canoeing trip in Poland by Czarna Hańcza - visit Augustów (cruise on the Augustów Canal, sailing on the surrounding lakes) - visit the open-air museum in Puńsk - a country farm from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries - spend time in nature in the Wigry National Park - climb Mount Zamkowa (one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the Suwałki Region) - enter the railway viaducts in Stańczyki - go on a trip to Kaunas, Vilnius, Druskininkai (an ideal starting point for Lithuania - we are located 13 km from the border)
