The locals call it Venice Pond. Until now, it was only a plot of land for our family. A few years ago, we also opened it for you, officially inviting you to Masuria in the capital city of Warsaw. Everything you need to rest: it's nature, it's beautiful, and you don't have to leave the capital.

We used to say outright that: "we don't have Wi-Fi and we are proud of it";) But recently everything has changed, from October 2020 we have optical fibre. It is possible to conduct a Zoom meeting or attend school remotely. Still, we recommend that you lie down on the pier and look at the clouds or stare at the stars.

We have adapted our 100-year-old log house to your needs. It's not big. It is just right. It is also all for you. We do not rent each of the rooms separately, because with us everything is one whole.

A wall of greenery separates you from your neighbours and the street, so you will quickly feel like in a natural enclave.

Downstairs you will find a large, spacious room with a fireplace, large tables and an exit to the porch and a pier over the pond (in summer we jump in by running out of the living room). On the ground floor, you also have a kitchen at your disposal (almost like home, but probably the view is nicer because of the pond;) and a bathroom with a shower and 2 toilets. There are two comfortable, intimate bedrooms on the first floor. We do not have super-high comfort, we admit it directly, a lot of equipment has its history, but it is definitely clean and cosy with us.

When you leave the house on the pier ... you will probably stay here (almost) forever. Behind the corner, you will find a porch with a large table, where all your friends can sit for an intimate dinner, and a hammock when you want to hide in solitude with your favourite book. A bit further ahead there is a place for a fire, table and benches to sit until the night and stare at the fire.

When you go for a walk around the pond you will find:
* quince field
* swing under the apple tree
* a small island to which a drawbridge leads

We bet you'll spend the most time on the jetty. And regardless of the season. Seriously!

Guests usually don't leave it too far. And a walk to the island or to the swing under the apple tree or to the sauna is the pinnacle of achievement, everyone feels good there.

There's room for a long table for tasty dinners and lazy breakfasts.

There's also room for sun loungers and blankets and pillows and rugs and whatever else you can dream of.

The jetty is like an extension of our living room. You can go out onto it straight from the living room. If it's raining or hot, you'll probably choose the covered veranda, which you can also go out onto directly from the living room.

On the ground floor of the house you'll also find a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a hallway, from which the stairs lead upstairs.

On the first floor we've prepared two cozy rooms for you.

Are you an early bird? We invite you to the spacious eastern room. At dawn you will be woken up by birdsong and morning sun rays (unless you close the wooden shutters ;)). There you will find one double bed, with the possibility of dividing it into two single beds and two single beds and an extra bed. In addition, there is a table with a chair and a place for a baby cot, yes we have it on site, you don't have to bring it from home :)

Do you need to sleep in for all your time? In the western, more intimate room you will definitely succeed. There is one double bed and one single bed, as well as a table and chair waiting for you.

For those who love sleeping by the fireplace - we have a double sofa bed downstairs.

Outdoor enthusiasts are welcome to use the hammock on the veranda with a sleeping bag or a sleeping mat with a sleeping bag spread out on the jetty.

By giving you our entire house, we also give you freedom in the kitchen and a decent Weber grill and a nice place for a bonfire with a grill.

Do you like cooking? Here you will find everything you need, tableware, all equipment and a shopping basket when you go to the bazaar in Falenica.

Do you want to take a break from cooking? No problem, order food from nearby restaurants, just like at your home or office. What do you prefer: Polish cuisine or pizza, pasta, kebab, Chinese or sushi?

Or maybe you want to go for a 20-minute walk through the forest to Bark in Daków for pelmeni and chiburki?

Do you love water? Here you go: take a boat ride on 0.5 hectares of the pond. Do you prefer swimming? Great, let's jump from the pier to the bomb.
Or get up at dawn to stare at the mists floating over the water and listen to the birds or catch some fish.
Do you prefer next to the water rather than on the water? Take a towel and a hat and sunbathe in the hot sun on the pier, on the grass, or on a board in the middle of the pond - I love it the most, then no one wants anything from me;) and in the evening, look at the stars on a blanket, they will only be there with you frogs and crickets... well, we don't count mosquitoes, but they also kill us in Masuria. ;)

If you want to do something more active, we also have bicycles, and in the house you will find weights, a skipping rope, dumbbells and other toys ;) In the light version, play frisbee, boules or badminton, or go for a long walk in the forest.

And in the evening, light a fire and roast sausages or potatoes, or preferably both. Or just sit staring at the fire, chatting with friends until dawn.

It's raining? Snuggle up in an armchair with your favorite book by the warmth of the fireplace or play board games.

The city in July is giving you a hard time, but you don't have a vacation? It's only a 20-minute drive from us to the center. Do some work with us - evenings on the pier will compensate for xh of Excel.

Do you always make your own preserves in autumn? Here you can collect as much quince fruit as you need for liqueurs and jams.

Cold, getting colder? It's getting warmer here.
We have a sauna and an outdoor bathtub.
Sauna - classic barrel, comfortable for 4 people, but also nice for 6.
You go straight to the pond, so whoever doesn't swim, that's a bummer!
However, our bathtub is our favorite. No, it's not a tub where you don't know who bathed in it before you. This is the handicraft work of Tomek and Gosia from Małopolska. Wonder! Your private bathtub with the most beautiful view. We recommend making a ritual of bathing in it. You prepare your favorite herbs or oils (of course we have them!), prepare the infusion, start pouring water, then light the stove, the fire crackles quietly, and you slow down, wait for the water to heat up (much less time than in a tub), it starts gently. steam, prepare your favorite towel, take the infusions, maybe a book that has been waiting for its turn for a long time and... you immerse yourself in the enveloping warmth and... you don't go in for long, blissful moments :)
It's addictive, we tested it ourselves!!!

What if you're thinking about organizing something special? Our Pond is also perfect for this:
* We have great training/company meetings where you can finally work conceptually and don't have to go online. By working with us for one day, you will arrange your work for the next month.

* Are you active in education? Perfect - outdoor lessons by the pond are what kids really like. Our friendly studios will organize a botanical walk, bird and frog spotting, wild cooking classes, and hand-made medieval jewelry. Or maybe the integration of a new class in September - we have 80 field games created for this purpose.

The pond also welcomes:

Out of respect for the nature around us and our neighbors, we do not organize parties, but in fact, we keep silence at night, because we prefer it that way. So if you are wondering whether to organize a party with us, even an intimate one, change your plans and just come to us to relax... from the noise, rush, hustle and bustle and planning too ;)

Has your family grown recently? Congratulations! When you get used to reality, come to us for a breath from the city.

Yes, we have a cot with bedding, a highchair from Ikea.
AND! And an electric nanny so that Babas can sleep and you can rest.

Preschoolers like to rummage in the ground and pebbles, swing on a swing or hammock, swim in a boat (we have life jackets;). I will not mention the fire;) We also have a lot of books, but they will come up with something much better themselves.

For larger youth we have ... space - badminton, boules, frisbee, mini-table football. Yes, we don't have Wi-Fi, consciously. They can do it!

PS. Do you feel respect for the water? Does your toddler or older boy move faster than you and is everywhere full of him? It's normal, children do that, but fortunately ... they grow :) And our pier will be waiting for you - come to us in a year or two - relax more calmly. Or ... leave the children with their grandparents and take your significant other for a romantic weekend.

In the living room we have two large tables that can accommodate 8-10 people. For greater comfort, you can also divide them into two single ones or even take them to the pier. Can you imagine your colleagues' faces when your background is a pond during a video call? More comfortable seats also include a sofa, armchairs, and outside, a hammock and deckchairs. On the covered terrace you can work at the table regardless of the weather. It can accommodate about 6 people. Upstairs, in the larger bedroom, we have a square table, convenient for working alone. Of course, two laptops could also fit there, but we know from experience that this is the best place to focus on yourself.
We rent our place exclusively, so you can ensure the silence yourself;)
We have a projector, screen and flipchart. And they deliver us food from every pub in the village :)
