Where else can you look for fantastic creatures, mysterious legends and enchanted trees? Welcome to Tleń. A village that can be proud of the remains of the stolems (giants) that long, long ago made the lives of the locals miserable and destroyed everything that stood in their way with their huge feet. The only traces of the giants are valleys filled with water - traces of table feet, and boulders that served as dice. It was the bones that smoked them out of here forever. The giants lost the game against a local forester's son and were forced to leave Bory Tucholskie. You can come across one of these stones while walking, right next to the railway bridge over the Wda River in Tleń, the other one can be found in Leosia near Gródek.
For peace of mind and wholesale amounts of iodine, come to us. The Tleń Lodge is our three cottages hidden among the trees, breathing the Borowiec air. They are built using Fachwerk heavy frame technology, insulated with wood wool and diffusion-open. If this doesn't mean much to you, here's the explanation: thanks to this, it is cool here in summer and warm in winter, you can breathe iodine and feel the smell of bactericidal pine resin. The houses are named after our children's names: A for Antonina, P for Paulina and M for Michaś. As you can see, we have a solid junior team, so we know how to entertain the kids. A house in the garden, a mud kitchen, shop equipment, ingredients for forest soup. For adults, we recommend jumping to the Wda or Prusina rivers or jumping into the jacuzzi in the garden, going to Lake Mukrz, drinking a local beer, taking a walk to Hell, visiting the museum in the old railway station or simply doing what makes you happy.
In a house that breathes on its own, with more iodine than in the Słowiński National Park. All this because of the technology in which each of our three children was built. They were built using the Fachwerk heavy wooden frame technique - a traditional German wooden frame, known in Poland as a half-timbered frame. This is one of the classic techniques of building walls using the carpentry method, here insulated with Steico wood wool (an ecological, environmentally friendly product), which is dust-free and does not cause allergic reactions.
Additionally, the houses are open to diffusion, so it is cool in summer and warm in winter. The thick wooden logs filling the entire building refer to the atmosphere of pine forests. It is worth mentioning that fragrant pine resin and pine phytoncides have disinfecting and bactericidal properties. Iodine also has its effect - there is much more of it here than in the air at the seaside.
We have three healthy and ecological ones. Wooden houses, comfortable, 65 meters high. Each for a maximum of 5 people and a small dog. Decorated in a way that we think is beautiful. So make yourself comfortable in the space with a mezzanine and a spacious covered terrace. The ground floor of the house is a living room with a sofa bed and a comfortable rocking chair, a dining table for 5 people, a kitchen and a bathroom. Additionally, there is a heated floor, another step towards comfort. In the attic there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Four people can rest comfortably here, but there is also room for five people to sleep. And now the good news - the mattresses in the double bed have a massager option. You lie down, smell the scent, and the mattress massages your back like you're in a SPA salon. There is no such wellness service in a small bedroom, but the mattresses are just as comfortable.
The equipment is also not accidental. Inside you will find new furniture made of old wood from the Regalia factory. It's hard to believe that the material for them was created by man at the time when Poland was regaining independence, or even earlier. Tables, floorboards, bedside tables, coffee tables, stools, frames and many other decorative elements of our apartments were made especially for them from old wood, at least 100 years old. Both the wood and metal used to create them are recycled, which means that not a single tree was cut down to create them! According to the principle #NewLifeOldWood.

We personally make sure that each apartment is properly ozonated, so that the air is free of any viruses, bacteria or mites. Ozonation, thanks to strong oxidation, has not only bactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal properties, but also improves metabolism and tissue nutrition, activating the immune system.
For complete relaxation, you still need a hot bath, so there is a beautiful Jacuzzi waiting for you among the pine trees, take advantage and soak up nature with all your being :-)

Eat what you cook for yourself, or order it. We leave at your disposal a fully equipped kitchen, where you will find what you need most. Pans for frying mushrooms, wine glasses, glasses for local beer (from Przystanek Tleń), a coffee machine. There is a barbecue on each terrace. For sausages, bread, local cheeses, delicious vegetables and preserves, eggs, honey and other delicacies from local farmers, you can buy at the Green Market in Tleń. Head to Alfons Hoffman Square, from May to August, every Sunday from 10.00 to 14.00.
If you have come for a blissful rest and you do not mind the gara, we recommend ordering dinner (soup + main course) from a local restaurateur. We often treat ourselves to dinner sets ourselves and we assure you that it is worth it. Every day, fresh dishes of the day are prepared that will suit even the eaters.
It works like this: you call - important - no later than by You order at 9.00 a.m. on a given day, and preferably the day before, and the driver delivers your order to the door of the house between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
You can also go for lunch, dessert or beer at Przystanek Tleń. This is where very interesting craft beers are produced, here you can eat a goose stuffed with meat and dried fruit, dumplings with white sausage and horseradish sauce or delicious tartare.
Adults often forget what boredom is, and this is a serious mistake. It's time to remember the after-dinner resting, walks in galoshes aimlessly, absolute carelessness and the lack of a plan. After you rest there, light a barbecue, spend a few evenings on the terrace with a carafe of wine and local beers, you can start thinking about moving four letters into the field.
In the field, that is to Bory Tucholskie and to the Wdecki National Park, because we have it under our noses. Bring comfortable shoes and baskets, because mushrooms can be tripped over in the fall. If not walking, then two wheels, because the area is perfect for family cycling trips. In the neighboring Evita hotel, you can rent bikes, and after returning from your voyages, you will benefit from biological regeneration treatments, as well as a jacuzzi, massages or a sauna.
We direct fishing enthusiasts to the nearby Prusina River (about 100 meters from the houses) and to the Wda River. This is where you can indulge in trout fishing in beautiful surroundings. Remember about the fishing permit. You can buy them in Osie - 5 km from Tleń or online.
If you don't catch the hook, maybe water sports? Canoeing is practiced here for amateurs or even holidays. Rafting is organized on the Wda River (650 m - 2 minutes drive). You can go on an hourly, two-hour or full-day route. The decision is yours. The marina is even closer, 300 meters from us. You can also rent kayaks here and swim as if on a lagoon, without the necessity of rafting from point A to point B, and views like a bird atlas swans, ducks, cormorants.

What’s there for children?
For the little ones, we have a house where they spend their days in the summer. It is not surprising that everything is here to keep you entertained up to your armpits. There is a fully equipped mud kitchen on the "terrace". There are mini mugs, cups, pots, and all around fresh ingredients to prepare forest dishes. Cones, soil, needles, leaves and a pinch of stones. You can open a real shop in the cottage. You can sell through the window, you can go behind the counter inside. You can buy products on the cash register, and during the break you can play darts or spin the wheel of fortune.
The garden has hammocks for rocking and sun loungers for after-dinner naps.
You can take tents with you and put them up in our garden. We know from experience that this is a real treat for little campers. Whenever you miss it, you can return to your parents, under a warm duvet.
What’s there for employees?
Gather your friends and come with a pack of up to 12 people for work-locations. There is silence, peace and forest. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a large oak table. In addition, on warm days you can take your laptop to the terrace, because there you will also find a table with chairs. We know that sometimes in the heat of work you can forget about preparing a meal, which is why we come with a solution to this problem. Every morning you can order tasty home-made lunches for delivery from our local nutritionist. Sounds good?
Yes, there is filter coffee and tea - no limit, sugar, water and local beer, but it's probably after work.
