Here, behind seven hills, behind seven rivers and seven forests, we effectively blur the line between fairy tales and reality. Here it is easier to stumble over the ruins of a castle than on an ordinary stone, where there is a palace, a manor house, or… an extinct volcano. A holiday in Lower Silesia is a trip in a time machine, so better fasten your seat belts! Surrounded by the peaks of the Izera Foothills, Radomice is dozing, hiding one of the coolest treasures in the area - the yurt. The view of the Karkonosze Mountains from it is such that each time you wake up, you have to collect your jaw from the floor. Come to the Polish historic center, sleep in a yurt and set off on the mountain trail at dawn. Or a kayak trip. Or go diving in the caves. Pack more clothes - in case you decide to stay longer.

Here Slowhop will describe your place

My love for Lower Silesia and Radomice was born over twenty years ago. I stayed at the house in which I lived for three years later. I loved the view of the Karkonosze Mountains from the higher parts of the village, which makes it absolutely unique. This is what I want to share with guests. Peace, silence and breathtaking images. Blended with the surroundings, the large-eyed, cozy, organically oval Asian yurt, embraces like loving arms. A comfortable flat combined with a wonderful space. Named after the Herald - alabaya, the Central Asian Shepherd Dog of my life, who accompanied me here as a puppy. Apparently it was meant to be. Ałabajka. Help yourselves :)

In a real yurt, i.e. a traditional Mongolian tent. In the original, the yurts are covered with leather or felt - in our case it is a bit more ecological and without any losses to animals. The yurt is thermally well insulated - it is warm in winter and cooler in summer. You can also use air conditioning in summer, resigning from wide open windows, and in winter as an addition to the fireplace. The air conditioner is used only when the thermal conditions require it. Two people will be most comfortable in Ałabajka, but also four will do it. The yurt has two large comfortable mattresses placed on top of each other for the maximum comfort of two people, but if you prefer a harder surface, or you want to accommodate more people, you can move some things overnight and make space - unfold the second mattress. In addition to mattresses, there is a kitchenette (dishwasher, stove, fridge, pots, dishes, electric kettle), table and chairs, bathroom with bathtub and toilet. In the day zone there is also a fireplace (we do not have protective barriers, so watch out for little ones) and an electrically opened skylight. In addition: a pouffe, a beanbag - for convenience, and smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, a flashlight - for safety. Workers can easily use the stable wifi.

What will I eat?

And you will eat whatever you want and when you feel like it, because in the yurt you reign supreme on your own. We will welcome you with fruit, water, beer from the local brewery, coffee and tea. After booking, you can order delicious, homemade food made of local products, ready to be reheated by yourself. You can buy fresh eggs in the village, and honey in the neighboring Pilchowice. It is worth going to Jelenia Góra on Saturday to the market and stocking up on products from local producers. In addition, we have several options for vegan catering - to be arranged directly with the suppliers. We will send you the addresses of recommended restaurants in an e-mail - you don't have to deal with looking for delicacies. For shopping, the closest you will go to Pilichowice, you will do the slightly larger ones in Lwówek Śląski and Jelenia Góra. We especially recommend the ecological shop, Chabrowa Zakątek, located in Jelenia Góra.

At the beginning, a very important thing: pack comfortable shoes, because the view of the Karkonosze Mountains is such that your feet walk by themselves. Either way. You can choose from many routes in the Rudawy Janowickie and the Karkonosze Mountains, it is worth taking the Trail of Extinct Volcanoes and climb the "Silesian Fuji" - Ostrzyce, which is a remnant of an extinct volcano. A walk around the Radomice quarry and the water dam in Pilchowice is a must see in the vicinity. A bit further, you can visit the Thermal Baths or the Rock City in Bohemia (its miniature is Lwówecka Switzerland, also known as Lwóweckie rocks). History lovers in Lower Silesia can go crazy with the number of places worth visiting, the closest you can see is the Palace in Maciejowiec, the Lenno Palace and the Wleń Castle (it is worth going for a night tour of the castle with fire shows). In addition, we especially recommend a trip to the Polish Hogwarts - Czocha Castle and to the mines and tunnels in Kowary, where you simply breathe the past. On Lake Pilchowickie you can go canoes and pedal boats, which is an ideal solution for hot days. As we are with the bikes, there is an electric bike rental in the village of Modrzew, and fabulous single track routes pass through Kaczawa. If you like two wheels - be sure to take them with you, because there is a place to go. Canoeists must go rafting on the beautiful Bóbr, which forms a picturesque gorge between Jelenia Góra and Lwówek. Sports hardcore players can try their hand at climbing in Sokoliki, dive in the former uranium mine, fly a glider with the Jelenia Góra flying club or see the Izery and the Bóbr Valley from the balloon basket. Skiers can also take their equipment, because in Karpacz, Świeradów and Szklarska Poręba there will be great ski runs. Jakuszyce invites you to cross-country skiing. When it comes to events, they are wholesale, especially in the warmer months. And so in June you can admire, among others International Lumberjack Tournament. In summer, it is worth taking part in the Lviv agate summer, and in September, be sure to visit Magiczne Izery, i.e. the Night of Museums in an idyllic edition. In addition, it is worth going to the Comedy Film Festival in Lubomierz, festivals in Wolimierz, Festival of Street Theaters or the ZOOM film festival in Jelenia Góra. In addition, if you dream of city trips, you can get to Wrocław in 1.5 hours, to Prague and Dresden in more than 2, and to Berlin in less than 4 - not far from here to the rest of the big world. Before your arrival, we send you a file with a list of attractions and activities offered by our wonderful neighborhood - you can plan at will.

Here Slowhop will describe your attractions. If you want, you can also fill it in or edit the text.

What’s there for children?

Go to photo editor Photo edit

Translated by Google Translate.
We do not say no to the kids, but due to the easy access to a hot fireplace, I do not recommend Ałabajka to total kids. However, if you take small children with you, you must keep your eyes open. The elderly will cope with flying colors - there are plenty of walking and cycling routes around, encouraging you to explore and explore the area. In the vicinity of Ałabajka, you can try to make a hut or a secret base, which adults are not allowed to enter! It is worth taking a telescope or a telescope with you - you probably won't see the sky anywhere. There is plenty of space for ball games, footballs and badminton - take your favorite equipment with you. The equipment includes a folding chair with a feeding tray.

Przepiękne "okoliczności" przyrody. Sarny na oknem, łąki, polna droga, którą nikt nie jeździ, widok na góry obłędny (i te gwiazdy nocą!). Jurta urządzona przytulnie i praktycznie. Pani Marta bardzo pomocna. Idealne miejsce, żeby wypocząć. Byłam tam z małymi dziećmi, również były zachwycone. Polecam!

Fantastyczne miejsce, gdzie można znaleźć ciszę i spokój. Kontakt z Panią Martą bardzo dobry, służy pomocą i dba o to, by goście byli zadowoleni. Tak nam się spodobało, że po powrocie zarezerwowaliśmy kolejny pobyt :)
