We can accommodate 10 people in a house that can confidently claim the title of "home away from home". On the ground floor of the house there is a small double room, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a living room and a large table where you can comfortably eat, sit, unfold the map and play board games. We also have an additional summer kitchen where you can store food and drinks (extra fridge). At the top of the house there are 4 double rooms. Three of them have double beds and one has single beds. The rooms have a shared bathroom with shower. The house does not have studio acoustics and in the rooms above the living room you can hear what is happening in it - also the other way round. Additionally, in one of the rooms there is a sofa that can accommodate 2 small children. There is a garden around the house (it is not fenced from the side of the stream) and it happens that you will find a deer, a horse or a hare near the house. You can hide sports equipment (skis, bicycles) in the garage. In winter you often have to clear the driveway yourself - we left you a shovel. And what's important: we don't have coverage. Do not even make an effort to jump on the sills hoping to catch him - you will find him at the beginning of the village (7 minutes from the house). However, we have the Internet.

Everyone takes care of food on their own. So you cook whenever you want and whatever you want. You can buy fresh vegetables, fruit and eggs at the nearest market in Lądek Zdrój, there are also the nearest restaurants there. There is no shop in the village, so it's best to come with your purchases or drive to the nearest town, Lądek Zdrój. The kitchen is fully equipped, also with basic products such as: sugar, salt, tea, coffee.

We are in Lower Silesia, where there is no place or time for boredom. Well, unless you really want to. But if you dream of an active rest, you can organize walks, bicycle trips, skiing and sightseeing. And we have a lot of them here. First of all, we have a stone's throw to the beautiful Lądek Zdrój, and in it: - Zdrój "Wojciech" natural therapy center with neo-baroque decorations, a beautiful swimming pool with thermal water and 19th-century tubs for pearl baths, - the Arboretum dendrological park, and from there it is worth going a bit further to Jadwiga's Spring, - Market Square and several historic churches. It is also worth going to Złoty Stok and feel the real gold rush there. A trip along the underground tourist route "Gold Mine" with an underground waterfall will help in this. The nearby Castle on the Rock and the Radochowska Cave also invite you to visit. We also have a lot going on. We will be happy to send you to the Gorzanów Palace, which organizes amazing cultural events (shows, concerts, performances) and to the Górski Festival. Andrzej Zawada - Lądek Zdrój, Festival of the power of the mountains Lądek Zdrój and Festival of Impressions Kłodzko - we said that it is impossible to get bored here. For walkers, a trip along the Red Main Sudety Trail is an absolute must. In addition, it is also worth going along the Trail of Marianna of Orange, the scenic trail of the Borderland Peaks and the trail from the Marianna guesthouse leading to Stołowe Rocks. Skałki Lądeckie, on the other hand, is a treat for rock climbers. Directly from Orłowiec, you can go to Orłówka, Jawornik, Borówkowa (beautiful panorama of the Golden Mountains) or Wójtowa. Near Złoty Stok there is a training and training path for Nordic Walking (you can learn the correct technique and add kilometers while walking). Skiers will also not be bored, because there are large ski resorts in Lądek, Zieleniec, Bielice and Czarna Góra.
