You are awakened by the warmth of the sun's rays, long shadows on the walls and the floor add coziness, and in the evenings we relax with warm sunsets behind the mountains. It is worth adapting to this natural rhythm and taking the best of the days spent on the mountain. Each house has space for 6 people. On the first floor, on an open mezzanine, there is a double bed and two single beds - we did not put a wall there, so as not to limit the wonderful, open space. There is also a net at the top where you can relax and admire the sunrise and sunset. Downstairs there is a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette. We have coverage and internet at home, and mud sometimes happens at home, so pack sturdy shoes or galoshes. In spring, the neighbor starts grazing cows and sheep, so you may hear a whole orchestra of bells. And the smells. A demanding access road leads to the house - cars with very low suspension may have a problem.

We cannot feed you, so we leave it on your mind. It's best for you to do the shopping on your way to us - because even to a nearby store you have to go by car. We are at the top of the mountain, so we admit that it is far away everywhere. In the kitchenettes you will find the most necessary tools to prepare your favorite dishes. In Rabka itself, in the GS bakery, they bake delicious bread without any additives - it is worth cutting thick slices and generously spreading it with butter. Iza's confectionery has delicious cakes (as found for the afternoon jackdaw). The Retro restaurant will take you away (not in winter), and in the Prosty Temat restaurant you can choose an item at random from the menu, because it's delicious. In the mushroom season, you just need to leave the house to pick up a basket of mushrooms - if you are unfamiliar with mushrooms - we can help! We can even cook a mushroom together in a cauldron over the fire. Don't forget about sausages, potatoes and apples, which taste delicious when cooked with fire and ashes.

It seems to us that in Rabka and its vicinity it is impossible to get bored. There are mountains, trails and ski slopes around us, so when you come to us, it is worth remembering about sports equipment - comfortable trekking shoes, bicycles and skis are the local "must have". It is worth going to the shelter ma Maciejowa, where they feed wonderfully and to the shelter Stare Wierchy. They also feed well there. The route to both shelters is attractive, it starts very close to us and even children's short legs and people with a post-coronavirus condition can do it - everyone can do it. You can also go along the red trail to Luboń Wielki and then to Mszana Dolna and Turbacz along the blue trail. There are also cross-country skiing trails around Rabka (we recommend the one in the Zdrojowy Park, as well as Maciejowa, Luboń and Stare Wierchy), bicycle trails (eg Tropem Zbójnik Siarka) and Nordic Walking. The Podtatrze cultural heritage trail also deserves attention. If you like museums, we recommend you a visit to the Władysław Orkan and the Museum of Highlanders and Zbójników - both in Rabka. It is worth climbing the observation tower on Polczakówka and taking a walk through the Spa Park. It is also worth going to Chabówka to the Rolling Stock Open-Air Museum and see old steam locomotives, railway cranes and wagons. You are quite close from us for a trip to Nowy Targ, Zakopane and Kraków. However, if you do not want to move anywhere else, no problem - we also have something to offer you on the spot. First: the pool. It works in warm months (we do not heat the water in it), in which you can drift the navel up for long hours. In winter, sea lovers can try their hand at it. And for dessert, we have a wood-fired banya for you, which works wonderfully on a tired body. You take a bath whenever you want, but you have to keep an eye on the hearth.
