If you want to sleep in a Tatra settlement, nothing is easier - just point it at us. Almost right in the center of the action and with a bit of privacy that you will undoubtedly enjoy. Also with a garden. And in that garden there is a modest, dark-colored abode outside. But after crossing the threshold, prepare for a surprise! Below the Tatra peaks you will find a piece of Scandinavia. We liked this clean, simple Nordic style and transformed it live in this renovated cottage. Here you will find 2 separate bedrooms - one with a double bed and a sofa bed, the other with twin beds. In addition to the bedrooms, you will find a common area on the ground floor of our cottage - an interconnected kitchen with a living area and a bathroom. And we also have an attic, which we have prepared for another 2 people. Adults can also boldly come here, but we think that this private island, which you can only get to up the ladder, will be appreciated by the "smaller-bigger" ones.

As you have already noticed, we like the space around us minimalist. And otherwise it won't be in the kitchen either. In an open space connected to the rest area. So that no one is cut short by society. You will find all the necessary equipment in cabinets and drawers. So that you don't have to worry about washing dishes, there is a dishwasher and everything you need is complemented by a toaster and an electric kettle.

Where we start, the task is not the easiest. After all, Podbanská lies on the border of the Western and High Tatras. And in addition, there are 3 valleys - Kamenistá, Tichá and Kôprova. Kriváň and Bystrá are also looking from the top to Podbanská, where you will have a great view. And the whole thing is closed by the river Belá. And it is not so ordinary, but the only raft river in Slovakia. So let's try to sum it up without big words - you have everything "at hand" at any time of the year. Of course, the activity needs to fit into the season. But your hiking boots and good equipment, bicycles as well as skis and cross-country skis will work. In winter, the ski resort in Podbanské for beginners and more experienced skiers is worth attention. If you do not have your own bicycles, you can rent mountain bikes or electric bikes at the Permon Hotel. And they will lend you everything else, such as a bicycle seat or a wheelchair, if you are with rugs. You can ask for cycling routes there, but we will be happy to help you with help. Especially on those hiking trails, which is really untouchable here. As for rafting, the one on the white water of Belá can be an unforgettable experience - it is possible in April and May. In other months, go rafting on the Váh River or the Water Slalom Area, where our paddlers also train. And after all that, treat yourself to a sweet rest on the terrace in the garden, light a barbecue and enjoy a pleasant evening.
