Our main guest house is an old log cabin moved from one of the villages on the Bug river. We expanded it by adding two porches and an arcaded terrace. You will find in it many accents from the old days - the interiors are decorated with old furniture, reproductions of photos and pre-war advertisements. The terrace is built of over a hundred-year-old bricks from the house of the housekeeper's great-great-grandmother. Zero waste is close to our hearts: properly prepared bottles have become lamps, fruit crates have become cabinets, an old barrel is the basis of a washbasin, and renovated Euro pallets hold comfortable mattresses firmly. Outside, old tubs and pots "make" flower pots. More than a hundred years old balls together with old leather harness belts have become "chandeliers" in the common room. In the attic we have prepared for you 3 rooms with bathrooms and one without, with the possibility of using a public bathroom downstairs in the hall. On the ground floor of the house there is a common space, and in it the main room, which serves as a living room and dining room. You can relax by the fireplace, hug a wall heated by a tiled kitchen, read something from our library or listen to music - not only from the radio, CD or USB, but also from vinyl, the collection of which is at your disposal. On rainy days, we have a large selection of different games for you. On sunny days, we recommend relaxing in the garden on hammocks, deckchairs or garden armchairs, you can spend time pleasantly on the arcaded terrace by the house. You can also use blankets and special mattresses. You can visit us all year round and don't worry about whether the rooms will be warm in winter, it will be ;) The rooms are heated with hot air extracted from the cap above the fireplace. In addition, each room has an electric heater. Next to the main house there is a separate, small Bańczyk House rented on different terms, in the garden you can meet the guests who live there. A little further is our third House with a zapiekiem, but it has a separate, independent space around for its residents. The house where the hosts live is 50m away. We like to eat tasty food, experiment in the kitchen, reach for good quality products. Many of them come from our farm, so you can expect interesting and unusual dishes on the table. Because we do not provide the kitchen to guests, in this house it is only "our kingdom", you are "condemned" to meals prepared by us ;) When planning your stay with us, remember that the price you will see includes both accommodation as well as breakfast and dinner. For breakfast, which is served at the "human" hour, i.e. usually at 10.00 but not earlier than 9.00, you can expect homemade rennet cheese, including goat cheese made by the hostess from milk from her own goats, honey from her own hives, jams from our pantry , homemade meats, vegetables, salads, spreads, pickles, bread from the local bakery, cheese from the local dairy. There is always something warm from colored eggs from the happiest hens in our henhouse. We also serve herbal infusions from dried herbs, which we prepare ourselves by collecting flowers and herbs in the season. And the coffee? Of course! We grind good quality grains ourselves and brew it in a coffee maker, thanks to which a small amount will put you on your feet in the morning. We will serve it with goat's milk (no worries, our milk does not smell like "goat", we guarantee ;). What can you count on in the evening, i.e. 18.00-19.00? We will treat you with soup, main course with side dishes and dessert. In addition, there will be a jug of homemade compote, lemonade or bzówka. We will not describe the whole range of dishes that land on the table, there are a lot of them, and more are still appearing. An example is nettle soup with egg and sweet cream, soup made of home-picked squash, cauliflower or carrot, homemade chicken soup with vegetables and meat, or fakes, a Greek soup based on carrots, lentils, onions and tomatoes. There is also borscht soup, an old Polish, forgotten soup awarded at the International Taste Tournament in Liw. Of course, we can also make a classic tomato soup, sour soup or cucumber soup, but we will spice them up in our own way by cooking duck broth, adding home-made puree, our own vegetables or unusual spices. For the main course, you can recommend, among others, duck with ginger in apples, thyme rabbit in cabbage and tomatoes, baked trout from nearby ponds, great-grandmother's rump steak chopped with a cleaver or rabbit kidneys in a delicate cream sauce. For dessert, we will serve you a fluffy, homemade cheesecake with a creamy, cardamom topping with a dollop of damask rose petal jam that grows next to the house, or a moist chocolate cake with fruit and nuts, homemade crème brulee, a cup full of macsarpone cream, fruit and toppings, or some other sweet a rarity that we will come up with for you in a fit of inspiration. You can also order special dishes, slightly more expensive, but we guarantee that you won't eat them anywhere else. These include, for example, nutria roasted in vegetables from the garden, young goat meat in sweet onion and cumin, which is always requested by regular guests returning to our doorstep, butter soup made of vineyards or... soup made of May beetles. It may sound shocking, but this dish has a very old pedigree and, contrary to appearances, everyone likes it ;) We also need to say a few words about edible weeds. Living in the countryside, where a lot of natural, uncontaminated varieties grow around, we began to explore the knowledge of their culinary use. In the season, you can count on tasting young hop shoots in butter and homemade breadcrumbs, weed salad with a dressing based on spruce shoots syrup, egg yolk stew or stewed chickpeas. We also remember about herbivores, let us know and we will prepare vegetarian or vegan dishes, for example we will make white buckwheat groats with the addition of mushrooms, vegetables and herbs, stew with peas, potatoes and peppers or stuffed zucchini from the garden. Due to other duties, we serve two meals: breakfast and dinner, but if it turns out that you would like to have a snack during the day, we are open. Just let us know in advance, preferably with breakfast in the morning, and we'll cook something at noon. At home you will find a list of additional, sample dishes with their prices.

In Latosów you can relax in various ways and spend time according to your expectations. For those who, after the intense vicissitudes of living in a constant rush, expect ordinary, lazy doing nothing, we have a garden with hammocks, garden furniture, deckchairs, blankets and living willow structures. You can read a book from our library there or take a nap listening to the sound of the wind and singing birds. If you feel like wandering a bit further from home (5 minutes on foot), we will tell you where we have prepared a beautiful clearing by the forest in the middle of "nothing", perfect for a picnic in solitude. Fifteen steps from it, in our meadow, you will find a pond with a tiny, alder island in the middle. On cold days, you can do nothing by the fireplace in our main room, relax by the hot, tiled wall next to the fireplace, listen to vinyl music in a comfortable armchair, or play cards or other board games with your friends. And if you need special help in setting up something unusual, we're here to help! We've had more than one engagement, honeymoon, or wedding anniversary. The obligatory program for guests is usually... learning how to walk on stilts. We have stilts designed by the host's father, who was a "designer", for both big and small. We don't know which age group enjoys it more. If you prefer to spend time with us a bit more actively, we suggest exploring the area on foot or on bicycles, a few of which we have at your disposal free of charge. Our 15 hectares are full of forests, meadows and charming corners. A little further, a few kilometers from us, the Bug Landscape Park begins, and the wild Bug flows several kilometers from us. It is worth going there, we will guide you to beautiful places or organize a trip for you with our transport. In our habitat there is also an external, heated bathing barrel, hot tubs for two under the cloud and a Russian banya with the possibility of organizing a summer "flogging", a kind of massage with birch twigs made by a bańczyk, so hedonists: you will leave here like new. Both the barrel, bathtubs and banya are rented individually by guests, also from our other houses, so ask in advance about its availability, because first come first served ;) We can also accompany you on an additionally prepared nature walk, we will show you a nearby badger city absent on google maps, fox holes, a place of "rubbing" and bathing wild boars, we will look for a woodpecker forge together. If the weather is good and there is a bit of mud, maybe we will find tracks of elk, roe deer, badger or beaver. We can also organize weed workshops for you from spring to summer: we will teach you how to recognize edible wild herbs, we will harvest the crops, and then we will invite you to the table for a tasting treat. Our absolute hit are carpentry workshops, during which our guests choose the type of wood and, under the supervision of the host, make a beautiful board according to their own idea for serving dishes or as a stand. For carnivores, however, we have sausage workshops, during which we will make a sausage together, maybe we will also prepare other meats for cold cuts, and at the end we will smoke delicacies in a smokehouse, which is located in the hall. Or would you like a demonstration of a very old method of preparing meals in an earthen pit? Together, we will wrap vegetables and meat in horseradish and plantain leaves, add local herbs, bake in the heat of the pit, and then taste it in the company of simple appetizers of old origin, perfectly matching this type of food. We will be happy to invite you for a ride in a historic horse-drawn fire truck or a ladder truck. We also have a historic Beetle ready for the road (also a fireman, from the nearby fire station) - a trip around the fields and meadows with it is a real experience. We will show you around our farm, introduce you to goats, rabbits, nutria, introduce you to Romeka and Mańka, our horses, and in the season you can help us with haymaking. There are two horse farms in our area, where you can sign up for riding. One is behind the forest, 20 minutes on foot, 5 minutes from us by car, the other a bit further, a dozen or so kilometers, 15 minutes by car. In the nearby town of Kosów Lacki (5 km from us) there is the only graduation tower in the region.
