Not a hotel, not a boutique. It is an apartment house or small hotel with a small accommodation capacity, in which the emphasis is on privacy. The environment is homely, not sterile and impersonal. And the one, which is located on the border between the Bohemian Paradise and the Krkonoše Mountains, is also tasteful, ecological and spectacularly romantic.
Daniel and Ivona are no newcomers to the field of tourism. Travel has always been their passion and profession, and after many years of running their own agency, they set about building a place exactly to their taste. In the middle of the beautiful nature of the Czech Paradise, 3 originally furnished apartments were created with respect for the environment.
There are currently no regulations for Bioapartments, so they set the bar themselves. And certainly not low. For the construction, they used local wood, processed by local craftsmen using natural oils. The wine and fruit you can enjoy here come from local sources. Cosmetics are gentle not only on the skin, but also on the planet.
Start the day with fragrant homemade bread and a view of the fairytale Jičín. Continue with walks and bike rides, massages and wellness treatments. In the evening, sit with a glass of organic wine on the terrace and finally lie down on luxurious mattresses. The world will suddenly seem so much nicer...

Český Ráj apartments are located on two floors with a separate entrance. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and up to 5 adults will find comfort here. The ground floor can accommodate up to 4 adults. Going out as two families? Rent the entire building and enjoy peace and privacy together.
The second object is the Biokolna, which offers one suite for up to 5 guests, who rest their heads in the bedroom or living room. It is characterized by simplicity, romance and purely natural materials.
A body tired from trips deserves gentle care. That is why there is a brand new private wellness in the common areas
with a Finnish sauna, a hot tub, an outdoor cooling room and a glazed conservatory for undisturbed
relaxation.
SUITE LOUNGE ****
The attic spaces of the house on the slope form a modern and harmonious environment for a quiet holiday at level. It has a bedroom with a double bed, another full-sized double bed and a sofa bed await in the living room. In addition to the fresh air, anti-allergic first-class mattresses will also help you to have a deep and healthy sleep.
There is a kitchenette with all the necessary appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine and a selection of high-quality Sonnentor teas. The elegant bathroom has nice attention for you in the form of quality eco-friendly cosmetics and quality towels. The most popular element of the equipment is the minibar, where you can find BIO snacks and drinks. Open a bottle of Moravian wine and sit on the newly built, glazed terrace on the highest point of the house with a picturesque view. Such moments are exactly the definition of Slow Travel.
VIEW APARTMENT ****
You will fall in love with the four-star accommodation on the ground floor not only for the beautiful scenery that it offers from the window as well as from its own summer terrace. You are assured of a discreet background for undisturbed rest and the possibility of sharing if you rent the entire building with a group of friends or family.
The bedroom with direct access to the terrace has a double bed and a sofa bed. In the living room, 2 guests can comfortably sleep on a soft sofa bed, which is as comfortable as a classic bed, but at the same time ideally fulfills a social function.
Cook a good dinner in the fully equipped kitchenette and choose one of the Moravian BIO wines from the minibar as a finishing touch or prepare a delicious coffee in the Nespresso coffee machine. After a hot shower in the spacious bathroom, you will be hugged by a high-quality soft towel, and finally caressed by luxurious bed linen. The best feeling is rounded off by the knowledge that you are enjoying all these pleasures in accordance with a sustainable approach to the environment and, of course, good company.

A calm and warm atmosphere, harmony with nature and the smell of ash wood. The bright, handcrafted interior was hand-crafted by local craftsmen and its beauty is enhanced by accessories in the form of real fur, linen pillows and decorative pine cones. This exceptional experience is sought after by newlyweds for their honeymoon, couples looking for new energy and families.
You can enjoy the fresh air and beautiful panoramas from the loggia and private garden, where sun loungers, a grill and a swing await, as well as your own piece of "Provence" in the form of a lavender field.
we will be happy to bring you the Nídani in full splendor, but for maximum independence during your stay you have at your disposal a fully equipped kitchenette, where nothing is missing to prepare a light lunch or dinner. In addition to reliable appliances, you will find selected teas, cane sugar, coffee, sea salt, high-quality local oil and olive oil. When you get hungry, the minibar is always at your service.
We have also taken care of the choice of textiles, so soft and fragrant towels and Egyptian damask sheets await you.

We believe that you will really enjoy your breakfast with us. We will bake you homemade rye bread with love, you can have fresh fritters, eggs from the neighboring hens or perhaps our jam or pâté. We place maximum emphasis on the local and sustainable origin of all raw materials. We buy organic apples in the nearby Žernov orchards, and dairy products at the Volavec farm.
In the kitchenette, which is part of the suite, there are important appliances, practical utensils and basic necessities such as sea salt and high-quality oil. Evening relaxation is perfectly accompanied by a bottle of red or white first-class juice from the sunniest slopes of Moravia. We buy exclusively from the Čapek family winery, where we are sure of BIO quality and a great taste experience. From the same source are also delicious apricot nectars, which we can never resist ourselves. So that the glass doesn't get lonely, you can also offer yourself dried fruit from the Cidlina cider house, where BIO ciders also come from.
You don't feel like spending the evening cooking. We will be happy to recommend our favorite restaurants in the nearby area.
The aroma of herbs and local wood gives the sauna experience an exceptional dimension. Take advantage of the private wellness option and also order the services of a masseur. A wide range of aromatic relaxing pampering and effective lymphatic drainage are performed by a certified physiotherapist in the comfort of your suite. After the rituals, soft bathrobes, slippers and a relaxation zone in the winter garden await you.
Charged with new energy, you can set out to discover the beauties of the Czech Paradise or do sports. Nearby you will find walking and running trails, a golf club, and enthusiastic cyclists will find all the necessary facilities here. We carry the "Cyclists welcome" certificate and sports equipment will be completely safe in our bike shop. Pedal along the Golden Trail and you won't regret a single kilometer.
In the winter months, you can complete the same route on cross-country skis. In good conditions, the snow is groomed by a roller and allows both classical technique and skating. Don't worry about running out of energy soon, there are strategically placed refreshment points nearby. If you travel all the way to the Humburk castle, don't miss the opportunity to taste the legendary Kumbur rib in Hospoda na Klepanda. Skiers won't be disappointed either, Benecko, Vítkovice in the Giant Mountains, Mísečk or the famous Špindlerův Mlýn offer skiing for all levels of experience.
Lovers of sights won't know where to jump first in Jičín. We definitely recommend not to miss the Valdštejnská Loggia. You can walk through Lipova Alley through the Valdická Gate to Valdštejnské náměstí. And what would a cultural experience be without the encouragement of excellent coffee. Here you will be able to enjoy it in magical settings.
For fairy tales and adventure stories, go to the Prachovské skal, where you will certainly recognize the setting of the film How to get dad to the reformatory (Vežický pond) and the famous Rumcajs cave.
Pure nature and lots of animals and interesting trails nearby to explore. In the Bohemian Paradise, it is not difficult to attract even the most active restless people, and little dreamers will be charmed by the fairy-tale expositions of Jičín.
We will also be happy to prepare a small children's corner directly in your apartment with enough toys and books for your little ones. You just need to ask in advance about practical equipment such as a cot or high chair.
