We have had the dream of a place that will forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life and offer warm arms and modern comfort in our heads for several years. We went through countless offers, and just at the moment when we wanted to resign, this matter of the heart came to mind.

An ancient cottage surrounded by forests and meadows was love at first sight. Although she is not a young woman (the first documented mention of our building dates from 1888 and is probably even older), she seemed to have mastered the passage of time. The adjacent fields of meadows and forests only confirmed that we came across a piece of a fairy tale in the real world. We put the best we could into improving it. So that we respect the original character, but also the needs of insidious travelers. My husband and I are among the most demanding indulgences, so private wellness and first-class facilities were a must.

We are happy to meet our guests, so we will always welcome you in person and come to say goodbye at the end. But during your stay we will leave you maximum privacy. We know that sometimes the greatest luxury is seeing a quiet afternoon in the woods, where you may even hear a mushroom growing when you tread quite carefully.

To fall asleep in the fluffy feather spirits and to be awakened in the morning by the birdsong is a scenario for a holiday idyll for us. Relax on the solid wood bed and gain ubiquitous peace. The soft down feathers can't beat anything, but if you're hot or sneezing while reading these lines, hypoallergenic blankets are also available.

We can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests in 4 rooms. Two are quadruple and two double. Each has a private bathroom with toilet. 3 are equipped with a shower, you can cut the bathtub. However, given that all staff have a hot tub, we believe that everyone will have the opportunity to indulge in a hot bath to the fullest.

However, there is sometimes a scramble for one place, especially in the winter months. Sleeping in the oven is so popular that you may have to create a queue to get to everyone. During the day, the cozy sewing room behind the tiled stove is ideal for playing games. If you have not brought your favorites, you will definitely choose from our stock. But you may prefer a simple meditation with a cup of tea or a glass of wine in hand.

The all-embracing feeling of coziness in the entire interior is based on the very foundations and a balanced combination of the old with the new. The original wooden floors and beams have been thoroughly renovated. The casement windows are contemporary, but made as faithfully as possible according to the original ones. Everything is completed by solid wood furniture, handmade ceramic chandeliers in the living room and the Sykora kitchen sweetened with a delicate nostalgic style.

Decorate your pancakes with fresh Krkonoše blueberries, prepare a mushroom from mushrooms, which you will find in our private forest, and enjoy breakfast in the grass. Feel free to be inspired by Manet's painting, the only spectators in the meadow are butterflies.

The fully equipped kitchen smells of the grandmother's holidays, but hides all the current conveniences for comfortable cooking. Don't be afraid to flood in the tiled stove and bake your traditional sourdough buns. The whole room is filled with an irresistible scent and warmth. The resulting goodness is ideally accompanied by fresh coffee from the Nespresso device. In order to just taste luxurious, but not disturb the sweet nostalgic atmosphere, you can enjoy it from hand-painted ceramic mugs.

There is also a home bar. We will be happy to prepare a keg for you or you can bring your own. That you prefer grapes better than hops? In our minibar you will find supplies from Piálek Winery & amp; Jäger or BACCHUS Vins & amp; Champagne. After relaxing in the whirlpool, Deci can conjure up the happiest state of relaxation.

We often have the impression that at the end of the stay we take over the building from the younger siblings of our guests and it is probable that this confusion occurs in our Finnish sauna. It is proven that this healthy pastime supports the production of collagen, turns off the skin and strengthens the immune system and the heart. It also encourages metabolism and increases the body's ability to burn fat. However, do not forget to replenish fluids regularly and watch your time, although we do not limit your use in any way. After all, even very good can hurt, so after each session, relax on deck chairs, cool down and take the time to regenerate.

If you have the need to discharge your energy, you will find a number of bike paths in the area, and in the winter months, in good conditions, all you have to do is put on cross-country skis and go. Right across the hill from us you can walk the slopes in the Rokytnice nad Jizerou Ski Resort, from our upper meadow you can check if the snowmobiles have already leveled the corduroy. For those who need even smaller slopes, we recommend the lesser-known area Kamenec, which is practically waiting for the humny (1.4 km).

It's rude outside and you're looking for a little variety today? Not far from us, a UNESCO gem shines! More precisely, jewels, because these are traditional pearl ornaments from Poniklá. Rautis, which has been involved in this craft since 1902, is the last in the world to retain its original technology. Surely you will find a few pieces that will bring you beautiful holiday memories or you can even buy a set to make your own unique decoration.

If you don't have to feel like a bad parent somewhere, if you let the children run around and have fun, it's here. 30,000 m2 of its own meadows and forests will ensure free spread and safety for your children, and if they return with green knees and red cheeks, the mission will be fulfilled for an idyllic childhood.

Right in front of the cottage, we added a sandpit, swings and a five-meter stainless steel slide. So you can sit in the living room or on the terrace over coffee and still have the children under supervision.

Smaller restless people will find a lot of wonderful toys in the cottage and after agreement we will also prepare for them necessities such as a chair, cot, potty, toilet board or children's cutlery.

Just a kilometer from the cottage you will find the popular playground Pilišťata, where you can join in the rampage and stretch your body a little on exercise machines.
