Time to open the door to the sanatorium of youth. The house of Sudety, which fits perfectly into the landscape of Świeradów and the climate of the spa. These are not empty words, here you can really feel like a young god, regain strength, revitalize your nerves and strengthen your immunity. Świeradów-Zdrój has been famous for hundreds of years for its unique, although controversially tasting, healing waters, thanks to which it gained the name of the "Valley of Youth". Cryotherapy can be practiced every winter day, because the climate is sharp, hardening, mountainous, one of the coldest in the entire Sudetes. Therefore, you do not have to pamper yourself with mud and bathe in spruce bark to feel like a patient of flesh and blood.
Make yourself at home in a half-timbered house built of wood cut during the vegetative rest, the waning phase of the moon. It is not a fingerless shamanism, such wood should give him greater resistance to mold and pests, without chemicals. The construction is natural and the area is naturally beautiful. From the great terrace we have a view of Sępia Góra, and Sępia Góra has a view of the Karkonosze, the Izerskie Foothills, the Jelenia Góra Valley and the Lusatian Mountains range. Gather a team of vacationers willing to take a bath in a tub, sauna sessions, prosecco on the terrace, long hiking and cycling trips and come to Świeradów-Zdrój. Action regeneration, start time.
In a Sudeten-style house, located on the northern slope of Świeradów, which is like a spa for the body, mind and relaxation for the eyes. It is a villa that we have created for rest, relaxation and recreation. You can treat it as a starting point for the surrounding trails, you can like a youth sanatorium and move between the hot tub, sauna and sun loungers on the terrace.
The house is made of lunar wood, that is, obtained during the vegetative rest, during the waning phase of the moon. It should give it greater resistance to mold and pests, so the wood is raw and not protected with chemicals. The house has a half-timbered structure.
Do the honors of your hosts and make yourself at home. Remember that you have a 250 m2 plot of land (not fenced) at your disposal, and there is a separate building with a sauna, a terrace and a wood-fired tub.
In the house, on two floors, in 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, 6 people can fit. If you want to take a larger team on the sofa in the living room or on a fold-out sofa in one of the bedrooms, 2 more people can eat.
In brief:
Basement - entrance to the building, large hall, additional toilet, carport for two cars.
First floor - living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom with bathroom (bathtub and shower), huge terrace surrounding the house.
Attic - two bedrooms with bathrooms (showers) and private balconies.
Outside the building and in the garage, we have installed surveillance cameras for your safety. The area is not fenced, but the terrace is fenced, on which, at the entrance to the garden, we have installed a wicket.
In winter, there is a lot of snow in Świeradów. Precipitation begins in mid-November and lasts until mid-April. The average snow depth in March is 78 cm. Please take into account that no one will snow the driveway during your stay. It may also happen that just before your arrival so much snow falls that it will not be possible to enter the driveway. In such a situation, you will have to grab the shovels yourself. The access road in winter is cleared of snow by the commune, the plow runs very regularly. If you find the road covered with snow, we suggest you leave your car in the parking lot above the Malachit Hotel (approx. 100m from the house). You will separate it under the house after the road has been cleared by a plow.
I am entrusting you with a fully equipped kitchen and I wish you good food. The rest is up to you. The kitchen has a panoramic window overlooking the spaces of Świeradów, so cooking here is pure pleasure. There is everything that improves comfort - dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, quick access to the terrace where morning coffee becomes a celebration. A long table for 8 people invites you to eat together, but the party can also be moved outside. In the summer months, a gas grill on the terrace with a table and sofas next to it.
If the peak of your vacation options is making fried eggs in the morning, you can go to a restaurant or order something to go. A kilometer from the house, on the Kwisa River, there is a smokehouse bar, where they serve great smoked trout, at the neighbor's - 500 meters from us, you can buy home-made products. Whether you stand or lie down, rest is due. You can spend your time walking, cycling, skiing, on the couch, swimming in waterfalls, with your head in the clouds, with a book on the terrace, with wine in the tub, in the evening in the sauna or in the bathtub.
Świeradów-Zdrój, as the name suggests, has healing properties. So you can drink water with a questionable taste but curative effect, admire the interior of the Spa House, increase the statistics of the step counter, inhale radon, which has a beneficial effect on our body, cell changes, nervous tissue, and in Świeradów you will find it in water (also from our well ), in soil and in the air.
What else is worth in the area:
- take a bath in the Kwisy waterfall,
- go for a walk in the clouds on the Sky Walk tower - this is a huge tower, on which you enter the observation deck, and you can go back down a 105-meter slide,
- get to know the surrounding routes, e.g. the one leading to the Chatka Górzystów shelter where they serve famous pancakes,
- in winter, ski in the ski station SKI & amp; SUN Świeradów Zdrój,
- pick your feet in cross-country skiing in Jakuszyce,
- in summer try your hand at one of the many bicycle Single Tracks,
- or run mountain kilometers on Run Tracki in the forests of Świeradów-Zdrój,
- catch soreness by entering Stóg Izerski on a route with a non-accidental name Droga Katorga, which has a very steep approach, but brilliant views,
- practice MTB skills on nearby forest roads,
- climb Sępia Góra for great views of the area,
- climb the stairs to the Observation Tower on Czerniawska Kopa for equally beautiful landscapes,
- see the Rock of Hercules,
- admire the Milky Way, Andromeda Galaxy, nebulae, galaxies, star clusters, and with good luck, shooting stars in the Izera Dark Sky Park in Hala Izerska,
- soak your feet in the Waterhole stream and listen to the hum of the Waterfall Waterfall,
- take mud baths in the bow-wine treatment center, formerly known as Maria Łazienki Park,
- discover the Tomb of Liczyrzepa,
- climb into the vicinity of the Stanisław Quartz Mine, i.e. the highest located opencast mine in Central Europe, where milky and pink quartz crystals were mined. On the way, you can find colorful treasures, amethysts and mountain crystals. The mine is located on the north-eastern slope of the Izerskie Garby hill in the Izerskie Mountains.
What’s there for children?
Between us, we do not have any special children's attractions. I believe that our neighborhood is enough for them for a great playground. We have our own meadow and a forest, a waterfall and a lot of hills right next to it. Sometimes the neighbour's cows come to the house, because the houses around do not have fences, so they have easy access to us. You can take the kids to a tasting of healing waters - let them know what it's with! You can take a gondola lift to the top of Stóg Izerski, and it is definitely worth going to Czarcie Młyn, where they will learn the legend of the devil and learn how bread is made "from grain to loaf". Right next to the mill, there is the "Izerska Łąka" Ecological Education Center. There, it is also worth attending a lecture on the Jizera Mountains, the dark sky and the life of insects. During the lecture, you can see the star map of the sky over the Jizera Mountains, reproduced on the ceiling of the cinema hall.
At home, you will find a sled, because you can start from the house on the claws, you can try your hand at skiing, and older kids on cross-country skiing. In Jakuszyce, you can also rent a ski trailer, in which the little ones will ride cross-country trails.
The house is in no way adapted to the stay of children. There are no toys or a special cot in it. There are a lot of stairs, glass railings and some objects that are dangerous for children. When taking your children with you, you have to be careful about them.
What’s there for employees?
In our spa you will heal stress and eyes tired of the blue light of the computer. In the dining room there is a large table for eight, at which, in addition to work, you will be able to open up to the surrounding nature, thanks to large terrace windows. On a large, comfortable sofa you can make yourself comfortable for an afternoon nap or conduct a video conference, and in a suspended chair you will be able to take a break from the ground for a while and gain some distance. In one of the three bedrooms there is a desk with a comfortable armchair, so when you get bored of the couch office after a long stay, you will use this place.
On warmer days, you will take full advantage of the terrace, because it is from here that the views are the best. Take a laptop with a charger and arrange a field desk on sofas or deckchairs. And after work, just relax. Book enough days on site so that there is enough time to take a bath in the tub, a session in the sauna, prosecco on the terrace and a bike trip.
