We are here with them all by name, because the neighboring Kamieniec Castle has witnessed many years of quarrels and disputes between the co-owners of the castle, which Fredro described in Zemsta. At the beginning of the 17th century, the Skotnickis and the Firlejs were tearing at the castle. And this is about rainwater flowing from one courtyard to another, and this is about the land, a common chapel and a well - they had the condition, because the dispute lasted several dozen years. Now it is much quieter here - instead of family quarrels, we prefer to admire the balloon competition from the level of sun loungers or to track badgers in the Czarnorzecko-Strzyżowski Landscape Park.
Jagiełło visited our neighborhood, and the beloved Polish fairy tale writer - Maria Konopnicka had her house not far away. We also found our place on earth here, and our friends, while enjoying the local, already famous, rural idyll, tend to say with tenderness "to the village!" Hello, this is Monika (a housewife, a would-be war correspondent) and Piotr (a former heavy metal musician) and Jaś (a future basketball player), Małgosia (a tattoo artist) and two cats - Finka and Elmo. We are broadcasting from a cottage that was the home of a war hero - priest Józef Panaś, transported by tractor to our location. From Monday to Friday we are corporate people dreaming of slow life, at heart villagers, farmers, carpenters, village farmers. In our free time we wander around the Beskids as a family or travel to distant lands. Moving the house and its renovation turned out to be more difficult than the project, but we were determined and finished the operation. We did the finishing touches ourselves, the two of us, after work, at night and most often in not very comfortable thermal conditions. From this building, cleaning, sanding, grouting (we laid a kilometer of grout!), painting, sealing, wallpapering, our Village was created, which, to be immodest, delights us and our Guests. It may happen that you will see us staring at the ceiling beams, or stroking the doors - we can't help but love this place. We also have a large garden, a well-groomed stand of trees, and we run to the forest in our pajamas to pick boletus mushrooms for scrambled eggs. We value peace and quiet, although we really like people, long evening conversations, we do not tolerate rudeness, lack of tolerance and disco polo. We take care of our Guests, but we do not impose our presence, we are nearby. There will definitely be no loud, boisterous, all-night parties here, we invite you to a quiet rest in the bosom of nature.
Now, a third one has joined our two cottages - A is Cichata, located a bit further away, found on the spot, not brought from anywhere. Located in the forest, it can be a beautiful refuge for the five.
