In our two-story wooden house you will find three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a sofa, and a terrace with an additional fireplace, where you can spend the whole day regardless of the weather. The lower bedroom has a double bed, the upper bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. You have 2,500 m² of land at your disposal - garden and forest. We are located in a quiet neighborhood, so you will most likely get a good night's sleep here (unless you are a night walker because the floor in the house creaks). The only thing you can complain about is the small amount of hot water, because we get it from a boiler that has to heat the right amount. Of course, if you bathe on time, there will be enough for everyone. A small bathroom and one toilet may also seem to be an obstacle, but we have a solution for this and we encourage you to use the second one - the ecological one located on the property (a real blessing!). We have central heating, so even on cold days we are cozy, and to add to the atmosphere, we have a fireplace in the living room and a fireplace on the covered terrace - it's wonderful to spend cooler evenings here. Please also note that we are inviting you to an old house that has its moods. Likewise, the area in which it is located has certain rules. In the warm months, there are mosquitoes (bring your dogs) and other annoying flying creatures (MIDDLE OF THE FOREST) which we cannot do anything about, and ticks may also occur. Spiders are also an indispensable element of the landscape. Our area is not tightly fenced, so it may happen that forest friends will come to the plot and your pet will make a fuss (if he is a runaway type).

As it is on vacation, you can eat late breakfasts, skip lunch and go straight to dessert, and bake sausages or skewers for dinner because we have a place for a bonfire and grill. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, and in the area you will find well-equipped shops, farmers from whom you can buy rural products, e.g. milk and cheese (Biała Tynka in Gąsiorów). There are great restaurants in the area: Złoty Okoń, which serves excellent fish soups, fried, baked and grilled fish, water and vegetables, as well as seafood. We also recommend the Złoty Lin restaurant (Wierzbica on the Narew River) and the Mała Czarna patisserie in Serock, which may cause addiction to your pastries. On Wednesdays and Saturdays it is worth going to the Serock market for vegetables, fruit, homemade meats, cheese and honey. Place to lick!

If you like to laze, you've come to the right place - you can lie down here on the grass, on a deckchair, on the terrace and literally do nothing, or catch up on naps, read books or count the clouds. You can also be more active - it all depends on your "I want to". We will send nature lovers on a trip to the "Wąwóz Szaniawskiego" reserve, through which the walking and cycling route (yellow Serocki trail) passes, and to the "Jadwisin" wilderness, which belonged to the Radziwiłł family. You can jump to Zegrzyńskie Lake (popularly known as the Zalew) and lie down on the beach there, or take a walk on the pier. It is worth visiting the Stawinoga Nature Reserve, where, with a bit of luck, you can peek at: crows, corncrakes, common hen coals, green hens, spotted crakes, aquariums, reeds, sea-buckthorn, marsh worms, travelers, firehouses, redshank and squeaky waders, snipe snipe, blackbirds ... long! Cyclists must take the blue eastern Łacha-Łacha trail (18 km) and admire the Bug and Narew. And when we are at our rivers, the canoeists will not complain. Historians-enthusiasts, be sure to visit fragments of the early medieval stronghold Barbarka Grodzisko in Serock with a walking path and an observation deck, the former Zajazd Pocztowy (Pułtuska Street in Serock) and the so-called Napoleonic Embankments, i.e. fortifications from 1807, built by Napoleon as part of the Modlin defense triangle - Serock - Prague. Also noteworthy are the Radziwiłł palace in Jadwisin, the ruins of the Szaniawski manor and the remains of the steam mill, and the neo-Renaissance Krasiński palace in Zegrze. The close proximity to Warsaw can result in a day trip around the capital. And here is a lot of attractions: the Royal Castle, the Royal Łazienki Park, the Museum in King Jan III Sobieski's Palace, the Multimedia Fountain Park, the Warsaw Uprising Museum, festivals, concerts, playgrounds, monuments, theaters ... and many more.
