Have you heard about Wleń? They say that it is the most beautifully situated town in Lower Silesia. There are no crowds here, the Bóbr Valley is not in the top 10 lists, and the last popularity was brought by Tom Cruise and his plans to blow up the old bridge at the Pilchowice Dam. Fortunately, the Hollywood dust has cleared and the bridge is still standing and it is worth seeing. Like riding an electric bike on winding paths, taking a bath in Bóbr, kayaking and jumping out to Miedzianka, the disappearing city. It is beautiful.

We are fugitives, fugitives from movies about escaping from the city to the countryside. Life was supposed to move slowly, smell of freshly cut grass and wine drunk with dinner. Our "slow" approach resulted in: a slow settlement around the Polna Zdrój guesthouse, a favorite place away from the hustle and bustle, and an idea for a guest house with a view of the medieval town of Wleń.
