We have meadows here, where Uhruska sheep graze as white as snow, and behind the trees of the Roztocze National Park there are Polish Koniki and 3630 other species of animals. Sobieski also hid in secret trysts with Marysieńka. Birdwatching enthusiasts admire Bieliki, Orliki and Ural Puszczyki, and cyclists travel hundreds of kilometers on one of the most famous cycling routes - Green Velo. We could have sworn that it is on this side of Poland that green grass grows most abundantly, and that the sky has a perfect shade of blue. Our guests say that they went to Eldorado - we totally agree with them.
The sandy beach in front of the house is warm with the sun, as is the water, which you can jump into right after breakfast and sit until the night. We smear the bread for afternoon tea with bean honey, we know how to prepare trout in a hundred different ways and of course we drink the regional wine here, because we are in the Tuscany Roztocze. We would also add: Roztoczański Paradise, Heaven and the Promised Land. Drop by to see how cool we are here!
In our house Nad Wyspą we can fit up to 14 people. The house has a ground floor and a first floor, and the stairs have been secured with a railing. Upstairs there are three rooms with double beds and two single beds in each. On the first floor there is also a bathroom with a bath, shower and washing machine, as well as a spacious corridor in which we have organized a relaxation corner and for the busy people: a work desk. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a kitchenette, a dining area and a terrace with a place to eat. Each room can also accommodate a travel cot.
At the house there is a recreational garage with a view of the pond, to which we have placed a projector and projector, retro console, ping-pong table, table football, mini billiards, gym corner (bench, barbell, dumbbells, punching bag, bar), board games, sound equipment, disco lights and a strobe.
We also have bicycles, fishing rods and a kayak ;)
The house is located on a stocked swimming pond, has its own private beach and an island, which can be reached via a bridge. On the island there is a gazebo for sitting and a place for a bonfire.
The house has a private living area for the hosts which is not available to guests.
We can feed you with reginal delicacies. We work with local suppliers, so if you are interested, we can arrange the delivery of cold cuts, bread, vegetables, fruit and honey.
The kitchen in the house is fully equipped, and enough space to accommodate several cooks and cooks. The table in the dining room will accommodate all interested parties, as will the one on the terrace. Don't forget we also have a grill and a bonfire place - go shopping.
Despite the fact that Roztocze is still undiscovered, there is no chance to get bored here. Of course - if you dream of a complete "doing nothing" rest - you can practice it like that. We will recommend sunbeds, a beach, sun-heated water in the swimming pond, a gazebo for feasting and of course a place for a bonfire where we spend long evenings. Of course, you can also fish here, so fishermen have a real paradise here.
And now we will give you a handful of suggestions on what to see in our piece of Poland:
Be sure to check out the local parks and reserves - the nature of Roztocze is one of the most beautiful in the world. We're not kidding. We have the Roztocze National Park here with the breeding of Polish Konik, it is worth taking a walk along the Sand Dune Path to Echo Ponds and the cognitive path to Biała Góra (the path crosses the Konika Refuge area and you can only walk along the designated route). History enthusiasts will find themselves on the natural and historical path leading to the Pole Hill (the path refers to the January Uprising and from it you can see the panorama of the Sandomierz Basin). It is worth climbing the observation tower in Józefów, seeing the highest waterfall in Roztocze on the Jeleń River, the "Czartowe Pole" reserve at the turn of the Sopot river with the ruins of the 18th-century paper mill, "Nad Tanwią" protecting the Tanew gorge with its waterfalls, and "Szum" Marked nature and educational paths lead through the reserves. Be sure to visit Uroczysko Belfont, where Marysieńka and Jan Sobieski met.
For cyclists, we have brilliant bicycle routes, including the Roztocze Central Bicycle Trail and the part of the Green Velo Eastern Bicycle Trail that runs there. Canoeists jump into the currents of Wieprz, Tanwia, Łada and Buków - it is worth visiting Roztocze from the kayak level.
Roztocze is called Polish Tuscany because of the large number of sunny days, which is conducive to the cultivation of grapevines - we encourage you to visit Roztocze on the Wine Route. Three of the largest vineyards in Roztocze are located in Western Roztocze: in Komodzianka, Komodzianka Góra and Lipowiec, two more are located in Roztocze Środkowy in the region of Czarnowoda and Grabnik Górny. All of them operate on the basis of agritourism farms, it is possible to visit the vineyard, learn the secrets of grapevine management and the winemaking process, and of course - tasting.
If you are passionate about history, you like to look into the past, then go to Zagroda Guciów, where time stopped in the 19th century, to the market square in Zamość and the Church on the Water in Zwierzyniec.
If you feel like taking longer trips, go to Rzeszów, Lublin or Ukrainian Lviv - we are only 2 hours away by car, and it's really worth it!
What’s there for children?
For little ones, we have plenty of space to run, play hide and seek, build secret bases and of course a swimming pond where you can play and splash water all day long! We encourage you to build castles on the beach and organize a competition for the biggest sand woman. For bad weather, we have prepared board games, a projector on which you can organize a marathon of fairy tales, a console and playing equipment - you can even organize a mini disco here.
It is worth taking slightly older adventurers for a canoeing trip on the Wieprz or Tanew rivers (the gentle current favors beginner canoeists), and we especially recommend crossing the Paara-Rebizanty route. Little riders can practice horse riding under the watchful eye of experienced instructors at the "Pod Lasem" stud or in "Dzikowisko" and help mow the grass and milk the goats. If you dream about further trips, it is worth visiting the Jurassic Park Krasnobród and the Adventure Village "Frajda". Regardless of the age of the child, be sure to visit Ulik Beekeeping Educational Farm for Children. Eager for contact with nature, they can boldly walk along the nature path leading along the dune to Ponds Echo, along the nature path to Bukowa Góra or see the Polish horse breeding.
For the youngest we have feeding chairs, baby cots and a bath tub. We secured the stairs with gates so that the parents had a moment of rest.
