We are happy that Lublin is not a popular holiday destination, that we are silent in tourist guides and travel programs. We don't stop this loud crowd, hungry for French fries and helium balloons. We catch only those who dream of idyllic holidays in the countryside, the kind with morning dew on the grass, the taste of compote and the smell of a fire. Geographically, it is more interesting than historically - in the agricultural north you will find forested Southern Podlasie, in the east the valley of one of the largest rivers - Bug, in the south upland and wave, and in the west we are.
Western Lublin region is not only Kazimierz Dolny and the castle in Janowiec. It is also a part of the Vistula River, where phenomenal spectacles of the setting sun take place. These are orchards full of fruit, shoulder-width forest paths and the rattling Narrow Gauge Railway on the Vistula River. Finally, it is also a rooster crowing for good morning, the smell of baked cake, the sun penetrating the eyelids and stretching the lips in a smile. Come to Zaborze - a generator of great holiday memories.
Oh, remember that we live in the countryside and are constantly developing our habitat. This is associated with a number of inconveniences, such as mud on rainy days, carpentry work in the construction of houses, agricultural machinery in the area. So please be understanding.
We have prepared for you:
- four apartments with separate entrances in a refurbished cowshed
- two apartments in a wooden country cottage (the right one with a view of the forest, the left one with a view of the orchard and fields)
- 100% ecological house made of hemp, Gardzienice white stone with a porch and terrace.
In the obórka, the apartments on the ground floor are for 2 persons: SPELL and RYE
They have double beds and a sofa bed. In the bathrooms you will find a shower. Each has a kitchenette.
The apartments on the top of WIŚNIA and CURRANT are for 4 people. They are slightly larger, in addition to a double bed, you will find a fold-out sofa, on which two people will sleep. The kitchenette is small there, it is used to quickly heat up the food. There is no sink in it. Dishes can be washed in the bathroom or "smile" to Mrs. Marysia, who will make them usable again. The bathrooms have large free-standing bathtubs. In all apartments, we took care of the details, because we know that they create the atmosphere. You will find ceramics from Bolesławiec, wicker baskets, macrames, retro elements.
We also offer one of the two halves of the cottage: FOREST and SKY. Each is an independent 2-level apartment. From the right apartment there is a view of the forest, from the left one of the fields. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa and a fireplace, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower, and on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms. You will find everything you need for cooking here. There is also a shared terrace and porch. The house is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and air conditioning.
We also offer a unique hemp house for 8 people.
The house was made of natural materials, among others, the walls are filled with hemp concrete.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a sofa bed, a large table, and 3 bedrooms with huge windows on the first floor.
You will find everything you need for cooking, dishes, towels, hair dryer, etc. There is also a beautiful terrace with sun loungers and a porch. The house is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and air conditioning.
We also have an alternative, ideal for those who value experience. We invite you for a unique accommodation, with a hint of survival:
– in the barn: a room for 5 people and a hollow for 2-6 people, there are also sleeping options on hay or spelled mattresses
– in huts among trees (one is double, the other will host a trio).

At your request, we prepare breakfasts from local products or breakfast baskets. Breakfast is prepared by our neighbor - Mrs. Marysia. We have goat and cow cheeses from local producers. We buy cold cuts in the neighborhood, as well as milk. We make bread on natural sourdough in our own bread oven, and vegetables and fruits are from our garden (we also have several rows of currants and a huge orchard). You can eat warm pancakes, pancakes with Mrs. Marysia's apples, scrambled eggs or seasonal asparagus with curry. If you like to do it yourself, the kitchenettes will allow you to do most of the culinary madness.
For shopping, we recommend the iconic Sarzyński Bakery in Kazimierz Dolny, the restaurant of our Good Spirit - Tomek, i.e. Przystanek Korzeniowa and Trzeci the Moon, and the Hermitage in Opole Lubelskie (there, the fish tastes like the one eaten for the first time). In Lublin, we go to the eco bazaar at 77 Lubartowska Street - you will get the highest quality products there. In the area you can buy cheese in Kozi Grod and Mleczna Droga.
You also have at your disposal:
- a focal place with a cast iron grate
- a huge barbecue
- a wood-fired smokehouse
- bread oven (also ideal for pizza)
- tea and coffee corner
- huge oak tables where meals can be prepared
- an old tiled stove with fireworks (ideal for flatbreads).
You can even get bored here! We are so far from civilization and the hustle and bustle of the city that it is worth lying down on the grass and listening to the noise of the wind and grass. You can also burn your nose in the sun or read a book that has been lying by your bed for the last few months. You can also go out into the field: for a walk, pick mushrooms, pick wildflowers or go on a bicycle trip around the area. And for dessert - a sauna or a bath in a tub with hot water (we know from experience that nothing relaxes like this after a long day!). You can also order a professional massage, fire bubbles, kobido massage with aesthetic taping, hot stone massage or hand treatment.
We have new bees and apidomek, which was created thanks to them.
Apitherapy consists in staying in a house with bees with whom there is no direct contact. The bees work in the hives under the beds, from which you are safely separated by a dense mesh. Such treatment relaxes and has health properties - it helps treat: migraines, neurosis, insomnia, asthma, relieves the effects of stress, heart and circulatory system diseases. The air coming out of the hive has a great smell, and the sound of thousands of humming bees soothes shattered nerves.
In addition directly with us we can organize:
- wax workshops, during which participants will learn about bee products and make their own candle,
- sauna evening with a professional sauna master in our sauna - a dugout,
- tasting dinner - an adventure through Kazimierz dishes and wines from the neighborhood,
- workshops on baking sourdough bread or pizza in our traditional oven,
- herbal workshops, during which we will make our own cosmetics.
And in the neighborhood we will help in organizing:
- vineyard tour with tasting
- 4x4 expedition / Offroad Kazimierz Dolny and the surrounding area
- SPA in Nałęczów (including the iconic bath in white clay)
We also encourage you to take slightly longer trips: to Kazimierz Dolny, Nałęczów or Mięćmierz. The Vistula itself provides various recreational opportunities: you can go canoeing, rent a boat or go to Zalew Janowicki and fry on the beach.
Plus it's worth:
- go on a cruise on the Vistula River at sunset,
- take a walk in one of the numerous loess gorges,
- take the Vistula route to the village of Męćmierz and further to Skarpa Dobrska,
- take a ferry to Janowiec and see the ruins of the castle and the beautiful castle garden,
- organize a longer trip to Lublin, take a walk through the charming streets, the underground tourist route and eat phenomenal dumplings in Mandragora.
In addition to the above, we recommend you to go to one of the great Festivals: National Festival of Folk Bands and Singers, Folk Art Fair, Summer Music Evenings, Kazimiernikejszyn Festival or the "Dwa Brzegi" Film and Art Festival. In Nałęczów, it is worth going to the festival of young opera singers "Belcanto", the International Balloon Competition for the SPA Nałęczów cup and the Polish Balloon Championship.
What’s there for children?
Do you remember holidays with your grandmother in the countryside? Those mornings smelling of jam sandwiches, dew on bare feet, a sense of freedom, the taste of blackberries and skin smelling of the sun? We have it all here. We try not to inhibit the kids in any activities, which is why we most often see them running only for meals. And we believe that this is what a good vacation is all about - exercise, fresh air, a playmate, secret bases and fun that lasts until dark. Hammocks, places to climb, and even cats to stroke and care for - we have everything you need here! Let them wade through the thickets, look for dinosaur bones in loess gorges, jump through puddles, weave wreaths, compose stories about knights and beat their butts with their heels. That's what holidays, countryside and summer are for!
We know what's good for our children because we have six of them :) Together with them we have prepared:
- A rope park with swings, ropes on trees, a 40-meter zip line, a slide, a trampoline, Slack Line and many other attractions that we are constantly adding,
- In the barn that we are really proud of: a corner with toys and games for children, passages, bridges, nets on the mezzanine, gymnastic rings, wooden blocks, rocking horses, etc.
- Playground with a sandpit
- Hammocks, rockers on the terrace
- Feeding our animals and visits to the bee house
- Backyard bikes for children of all ages
- Possibility to rent a bicycle with a seat or a trailer
- We provide a travel cot, baby bath, high chairs free of charge
- We also have a sauna in the dugout, from which children willingly slide down the "claw hill"
Thanks to all this, parents can really relax with us :)
What’s there for employees?
Although we planned this place as a release from all screens and a full reset, but to meet expectations, we added a wifi router on the terrace by the barn. We tested and we believe that in this place you can get a dispensation for a quick review of e-mails with your morning coffee ;)
We have tables in the barn and a coffee and tea corner at our disposal, and on weekends it may happen that our housekeeper Marysia will also bake a cake.
