If you've never been to Roztocze, it's a mistake. Not as great as trying to lick a pole in the frost, but a mistake nonetheless. Before arrival, we kindly inform you that there is a risk of splashing like a plum in compote. This place is enchanting, addictive and addictive. It's hard to have phone coverage here, even if you stretch your arms really high, so you might as well turn on the airplane mode and fly away to the land of oblivion. There is a forest, fields, the Wieprz River creeping like slowworm, the Roztoczański National Park and the Natura 2000 area. Not bad, admit it yourself.
We boast so much that here are feathered cockerels and balloons on a wire, but we have not explained what all the fuss is about. In these green and ravine circumstances of Roztocze, we have built a house for you. Modern, industrial, concrete and wooden, and not stiff at all. It is a place of family reunions, friendly reunions, meetings of families that brought together kids from one kindergarten. We have chocolate or cancer sunbathing loungers, a bedroom adapted to people with disabilities, a sauna to mute, a bath tub, a washing machine to put clothes on the playground and a canoe marina almost behind the fence. We can serve you breakfast in a basket, wine tasting or animations for children, that is blissful peace. Come without unnecessary clutter, because everything you need for a vacation is in place.
In a house that represents modernity. Large spaces, windows covering entire walls, loft-industrial style, concrete, metal, wood. However, you won't feel "cold" here, because we have tried to make the interiors cozy at the same time.
The house has 6 bedrooms with bathrooms - one adapted to the needs of people with disabilities downstairs and 5 upstairs. They can comfortably accommodate 12 adults. If you are planning a trip with more than a dozen friends, we can add 4-5 extra beds for adults or older children, and for babies we have 5 soft-as-a-cloud travel cots. The house with extra beds can accommodate a maximum of 22 people.
An open space awaits you on the ground floor. A huge living room (3 m high) with a fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchenette, children's corner with toys, toilet and bedroom with a bathroom adapted for people with disabilities. The lounge area is equipped with comfortable furniture, a coffee table, a fireplace, a TV, and a bookshelf, where a seasoned eater or a fan of Harlequins will find many books for themselves. Over time, we will expand the collection with other saved books and new, unused books. We also have a washer-dryer, an iron, an ironing board and a foldable dryer (made of wires, as you call it).
On the first floor, it's high up there, almost 6 meters up, and there are huge windows so you can enjoy the view of the fields and forest. The heights are impressive, but the room sizes are not bad either.
You will find 5 spacious rooms with bathrooms, two of which can be combined into a large two-room studio with two bathrooms. Each room has two comfortable, large beds with thick mattresses. The beds are basically joined into a large bed 160x200, but you can of course separate them into two single beds. There is also a wardrobe, table, chair, air conditioning and other goodies. Each room has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a set of towels and a hairdryer. For small family members, we have bathtubs, chamber pots, toilet covers and washbasin stands.
One of the 5 rooms on the first floor is different from the others: it has a large 180x200 mattress on the mezzanine, 2 m above the floor. Under the mezzanine there is a fold-out sofa that can be used as a sleeping place. There you can also swing in the clouds on a hanging chair.
All rooms in the house are ventilated with a heat recovery system and air-conditioned.
The room layout is as follows:
1. room on the first floor with a private bathroom, double bed and double extra bed, it is also possible to add a travel cot,
2. room on the first floor with a private bathroom, a double bed and a single extra bed, it is also possible to add a travel cot,
3. room on the first floor with a private bathroom, double bed, it is also possible to add a travel cot and a fold-out extra bed
4. room on the first floor with a private bathroom, a double bed and a double extra bed, it is also possible to add a travel cot,
5. room on the first floor with a private bathroom, a double bed and a single extra bed, it is also possible to add a travel cot,
6. room on the ground floor (adapted for people with disabilities) with a private bathroom, double bed and a single extra bed, it is also possible to add a travel cot,
You can cook like Okrasa, you can cook student style or eat anything that is grilled. The house has a fully equipped kitchen connected with a dining room. Next to two huge windows, there is room for a large table that can accommodate up to 24 people. We also have highchairs for children. You rule yourselves in the kitchen, and you have good tools for that. There's a fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (makes latte, cappuccino, real americano and other inventions), toaster, stacks of plates and cups, shatterproof crockery for kids, and a drink glass for adults too.
If there are no people willing to cook among your team, or those who get up with the first singing of birds, it does not matter. We can prepare breakfast and dinner baskets for you. They will include products only from local producers, i.e. delicious cold cuts, bread, cheese, butter, seasonal vegetables and fruits, and other delicacies.
If a clean bowl is your priority and you are fitlovers, even on vacation, we will get you delicious "boxes". We also know some interesting places where you can pop out to eat something delicious. You have to come to the Guciów Farm, in our village. It is a unique, private regional museum with a culinary open-air museum. There you can buy unique local products, eat nettle soup, peel, rocchoniak, sour milk and buckwheat groats with cracklings, or a flatbread with butter or honey.
On one side of the road twisting like a spring Wieprz, on the other three fields and forests of the Roztocze National Park and the Natura 2000 area. It's not bad, admit it yourself. In addition, it has a poor cellular coverage, but there are plenty of water, bicycle and hiking routes. In the garden, a small fruit orchard and over a thousand different plantings begin their life. If you like garden work and something that relaxes you, go ahead! Do not hesitate and go boldly into the patch of plentiful strawberry and raspberry seedlings. The land here is exceptionally fertile, which is also known to numerous varieties of weeds and chabazi.
If you go outside, or as we say, you go out to the field to play and not to dig in the ground, nothing is lost. Next to the house there is a large terrace with a seating set, barbecue and tables, a bronze or handrail sunbathing area, sauna, garden shower, bath tub and a fireplace.
At your disposal is a large parking lot and a garage for bicycles, prams, etc., as well as a pair of riding toys for children.
From the garden you have a view of a beautiful forest, varied in height, and a few meters behind the fence (approx. 200 m) there is a canoe marina (the left one goes towards the road) and the Debra educational path (right and also about 200 m). The path is marked green, it leads through a loess ravine, a beech-hornbeam forest, and there are also single birches, pines, wild cherries and fir trees. There are educational boards along the entire path, and there is a shelter in the middle of the path - perfect for resting. The path is in the form of a loop, so it will take you back to the starting point, which is almost to the house.
If you love cycling, be sure to take your two wheels. The surrounding bike routes are just right for you, from new asphalt to gravel routes through fields or forest paths.
And right next to mum:
Oboczek (the largest canoe harbor) - 4 km
Zamość (Old Town, UNESCO, restaurants) - 26 km

What’s there for children?
There are plenty of attractions! And maybe even more. You can stay in the garden, because the kids have a large playground, a house, a sandbox and plenty of space to run or play hide and seek. In the summer there is a tub for bathing, which is occupied by the parents in the evening. During the rain, children are also not bored, there is a children's corner at home with books, toys and sensory attractions. We wanted to arrange the house in such a way that you would feel at home with us and not have to bring your belongings with you.
Right behind the gate, fields and forests begin, behind the road there is the Wieprz River, and the canoeing trips start, for example, in Hutki and end here in Gucia.
Be sure to take the kids to the Guciów Farm. To the regional museum, for unusual souvenirs, for animals (horses, goats, storks), for brilliant local flavors, e.g. yeast dumplings with whipped cream and blueberries.
