Sometimes you just have to go around the corner and look around to discover something new, find the unusual and the unknown. Did you know, for example, that there are hills, valleys and ravines in Kashubia? And not just any, because it is postglacial. It is enough to be 30 km away from the Baltic Sea to rise a quarter of a kilometer above its level. On one of such postglacial hills, on a lush green meadow surrounded by forest, we have created our tent village. We put eight smaller tents on a fairly steep peak, three larger ones on a gentler clearing. Anyway, you have to go down to the bathrooms and the kitchen. You can run down, you can roll, and then you have to climb up. In the evening, it is worth taking flashlights for this walk and changing your flip-flops for covered shoes.
We have a lot of land, even 6.5 hectares. We will not organize a sports field on it, because it is difficult to find even a square meter of flat space, but the views from the top are lovely. For the surrounding forests, the Kaszubski Beskids and the ice-marginal valley at the foot of the plot. It is there in the evening that the radiation mists settle, which make a thick duvet on the grass. In the morning, the alarm clock can be replaced by the Klangor cranes, and in the autumn deer on the rut make themselves felt. You can also meet Daniele in the forest, and we will tell you about where they came from here. Besides, silence sowed like poppy seeds, or maybe more like corn sowed, because it grows in the surrounding fields. We have for you the paved road of the Amber Trail under your breath, the river behind the road, the milky way over your head and viewing terraces by the tents. Come on, adventure is just around the corner.
Welcome to nature. You will sleep on a large (6.5 ha), post-glacial meadow, surrounded by forests and forests, whose terrain is more like the Beskids than Kashubia. It is not without reason that the areas in the vicinity are called Kashubian Switzerland or the Kashubian Beskids. On this beautiful rolling site we have 14 tents, 4 shared bathrooms and a communal kitchen for the occupants of the smaller tents.
If you don't like climbing, choose large tents that stand a little lower. If walking uphill is not a problem for you, bet on a smaller tent. They stand on a fairly steep part of our area and to get there you have to go up about 25 meters. After climbing onto the terrace, all steps are rewarded with a wonderful view of the surrounding hills.
We can choose from:
- 8 two-person tents with terraces.
The tents have comfortable double beds with fragrant bedding. From the tents there is a view of Sosnowa Góra and the Little Kashubian Beskids. Possible extra bed (on your own, e.g. inflatable mattress).
- 6 five-person tents with terraces.
The tents have a kitchenette, dining area, two bedrooms and a large covered terrace. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a double bed, with a ladder above it that leads to a single bed. Vertical windows on the front and side of the tent let plenty of natural light into the kitchen and living room.
Bathrooms and a shared kitchen are located at the bottom of the plot. However, they are not visible from the tents, so as not to disturb the beautiful views. There are 4 bathrooms - each closed from the inside, has a shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is one and fully equipped - mainly for the use of residents of small tents. Large tents have their own kitchenettes.
Let us know if you want to order our breakfast, which we suggest taking with you from the gazebo and eating on the terrace! 🔥 Remember that we are here to make your mornings amazing! 🌅
Do you prefer to prepare your own breakfast? Cool.
Large tents have kitchenettes - equipped with fridges, gas stoves, sink, dishes, cutlery and pots, wine glasses, kettle, etc. So you can make instant coffee or spit, you can prepare all meals and eat them at the table in the tent or on the terrace.
There are no kitchenettes in small tents. Therefore, in order to prepare something to eat, we have created a common kitchen for the use of all glampers. The kitchen is located at the bottom of the plot, next to the bathrooms and is fully equipped. There are fridges, gas stoves, microwaves, kettles, dishes, cutlery. You can come here with your shopping and store it in the cabinets or fridges, prepare meals and eat here, in the kitchen or climb into the tent with food.
It is also worth taking a walk (2.4 km) to Dąbrówka for fresh trout from the Pan Dariusz Breeding Farm. Then the fish is grilled and dinner is ready.
The nearest shops can be found in Milwin or Dąbrówka. Such rural, multi-sector ones, where you will find everything from socks to sour milk.
There are many restaurants in the nearby towns, where you can go or order food with delivery.
Welcome to our glacial meadow, from the top of which you can see the beautiful Kashubian Beskids. Yes, you read correctly, from the top of the meadow, and yes, the Kashubian Beskids. Our 6.5 hectare forest clearing is very irregular, undulating and beautiful. Although we will not organize a football pitch here, because it is difficult to find a square meter of flat land, we have other advantages.
From the times of the great glacier, we have a rather steep hill, on which eight smaller tents now stand, a smaller hill with 6 large tents, and at the bottom of the plot a river valley. This place fills with water in spring or autumn, during thaws or heavy rains. A paved road also runs through our area, which is a remnant of the oldest trade route Via Regia - the Amber Road, connecting Europe with Russia and Hungary. Traders returning from the Baltic Sea with an armful of amber would arrive at the Milwińska Huta glassworks along this road.
It is along this cobblestone that a tourist trail runs: the so-called "Bruk Barłomiński" hiking and cycling trail (from Barłomin through Milwino and further towards Gdańsk) and the Nordic Walking route called "Widokowa" (15.5 km) Robakowo - Milwino, through Dąbrówka and Sychowo. There is also a viewing point in Milwińska Huta: 201 m above sea level on the panorama of Luzino (ul. Wejherowska).
Each tent has its own terrace. It is from here that you can admire the Milky Way, because the sky is clear, unpolluted by city lights. Here in the morning you can drink coffee, practice yoga (take a mat), and in the evening watch as radiation fogs spread like a white blanket at the bottom of the plot. You can wade in them up to your knees and see what it's like to walk in the clouds.
There is a tub, sauna, and the possibility of ordering a massage:

In the morning, instead of an alarm clock, you may be jolted awake by cranes, whose clanging is more effective than any alarm. There are nests of these birds near us, so it can be really loud.
When you come to us in September or October, get ready for the rutting season. We have already met large deer with antlers like tree branches on our meadow several times. You can also spot fallow deer in the forest, of which there are many here. Apart from that, we have simple pleasures - a campfire, a cauldron, a walk along the nearby Gościcina River.
If you feel like going on a longer trip, we recommend the Pełcznica Nature Reserve. It is a
water nature reserve belonging to the Tri-City Landscape Park. Within its area lie the lakes Pałsznik, Wygoda and Krypko as well as the adjacent reed beds, peat bogs and forest communities. Interestingly, Lakes Pałsznik and Wygoda are lobelian lakes. This means that they were created due to climate changes during the Holocene. Climate warming caused the glacier to break up into slowly melting blocks of ice. As the glacier retreated from Pomerania, it left behind basins filled with gradually melting ice. This is how these lakes, extremely rare specimens in Pomerania, were created.

What’s there for children?
Watch out for green knees, elbows and bottoms. The kids running down the hill halfway my way become a speeding bowling ball. It will probably be safer when they decide to roll down instead of running down. It will take them a moment to climb to the top of the hill, and then back down the hill to the claws. In any case, it's a half-day fun. In smaller tents, it is worth paying attention to the safety of kids, because the hill is quite steep and the terraces are placed about 1.5 meters above the ground.
