You hear a hut, you probably think - a few branches arranged in the shape of a cone, scout camps, shepherds' shelter in the mountains. And we said nothing could be further from the truth. I think it's time to change the definition of this word, because in Masovia, a hut is a charming bedroom in the garden with a comfortable bed, a lamp on the bedside table, and its own terrace. We have five such independent huts, each with its own piece of wooden floor, in a large garden and orchard. It's only a few steps to take a shower in flip-flops, and for tea you can visit the shared kitchen in the barn, which we dismantled and reassembled ourselves. Such is life at glamping. In the morning there is a breakfast basket for everyone, bedding is drying on lines, chickens are clucking in the hen house, early birds are already returning with an armful of mushrooms from the forest, others are sleeping off the night conversations.
Spring has the scent of jasmine, lily of the valley, lilac, summer smells of harvest, strawberries and ripe mirabelle berries, and the sound of crickets. In autumn and winter, we catch our breath, implement new ideas and prepare for the new season. We operate from May to October, which is when sleeping in a hut is the most pleasant. We invite you to our Siedlisko. A place that we loved from the first moment and for which we turned our lives upside down, following the maxim: you only live once!
The world has never seen such huts, the first in Poland, designed and designed by us personally, because they are standard for guest rooms, but they do not have normal doors, only zipped curtains, and decent roofs above their heads. You have to take a few or a dozen steps to get to the bathrooms, and a walk to the kitchen in the old barn. They are located on our green area with a vegetable garden, henhouse, orchard, and a view of the fields. Our house is located in a fenced part of the garden, so that our dogs - Luna and Fifa or the chickens do not get tangled under your feet.
But rabbits, quails and ornamental hens live right next to you :)
You can rest in a place distinguished in the Slowhop plebiscite "Ochy i Achy 2023" - in the glamping and "Ochy i Achy 2024" categories. - in several categories, including glamping, delicacies and for two 😁
This is Us!!
On an area of half a hectare, available only to you, there are:
- five huts located a comfortable distance from each other,
- shared bathrooms (two) with showers, toilets, sinks,
- an old barn that we dismantled with our own hands in a neighboring village and on a cart borrowed from a neighbor,
we brought to us and put together again :)
- in the barn you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an island, tables for feasting and a living room with a library.
- a wood-burning tub with a jacuzzi, or bubbles under the apple tree*
- hammocks
- deckchairs,
- lots of greenery,
- a place for a bonfire, grill, wood-burning kitchen, cauldron.
(Wood on site / coal on your own).
Time to get to the point. We invite you from May to October :) At Siedlisko, you will find atmospheric wooden huts, of our design, idea and execution. The marital cooperation and technical thought went into motion. Hammers, brushes, miter saws, jigsaws, screwdrivers, screws, ladders, levels passed from hand to hand and that is how our huts were created. Now we can share with you:
- Jasmine Hut - 2-person: equipped with a comfortable 140x200 bed, bedding, blankets, bedside tables with lamps, towels, lighting, hot water bottles.
- Acacia Hut (the smallest) - 2-person: equipped with a comfortable 140x200 bed, bedding, blankets, bedside tables with lamps, towels, lighting, hot water bottles.
- Oak Shack - 2-4 person: equipped with a large bed 160x200 + two mattresses, bedding, blankets, towels, bedside tables with lamps, lighting, hot water bottles.
- Shack in Orchard - 2- 4 person: equipped with a large bed 160x200 + two mattresses, bedding, blankets, towels, bedside tables with lamps, lighting, hot water bottles.
- Shack in Odda - (the lowest inside, but on a raised platform, farthest away from the bathrooms/kitchen by stairs: about 1 min walk but with the best views :)).
2 person: equipped with a comfortable bed 140x200, bedding, blankets, bedside tables with lamps, towels, lighting, hot water bottles.
The kitchen with dining room and living room are located in an old, over 80-meter barn, which we personally dismantled and reassembled at our place.
The abode is located in the countryside. Although the distances from the neighbors are considerable, you can hear a dog or two barking, or someone starting a lawnmower. Sometimes machines work in the surrounding fields, even late in the evening, and mosquitoes and flies are also doing quite well ;)
The huts are not heated. It is possible to rent them, for those who are totally cold ;) :

We invite you for breakfast. According to our guests: iconic :) We serve it at 9:00. Every morning we deliver breakfast baskets to your kitchen with seasonal items. You can eat in bed, in the dining room in the barn, on the terrace.... If you are a vegetarian, we focus on cheese, cottage cheese, vegetables from our vegetable garden, eggs from our hens and quails, yogurt with fruit, jams, honey. If you prefer a meat breakfast, we add our own, smoked sausage nearby.
On the beds we have tomatoes, lettuce, zucchini, cucumbers, beans, strawberries, herbs. In the forest there are berries and mushrooms... lots of berries and mushrooms.
The next meals are up to you. At your disposal is a fully equipped, shared kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, kettle, drip coffee maker, microwave, jug with water filter, toaster, complete dinner set, pots, pans, etc.). You can cook, bake, heat up. In the kitchen, there are also various coffees and teas waiting for you all the time. You can visit the vegetable garden for a little something for dinner, but anyway, it is worth doing some bigger shopping on the way to Siedlisko. The nearest village shop - 6 km, and a large shop and bakery - 13 km from us.
You can eat on the terrace, in the dining room in the barn, by the fire.
There is a fireplace for a bonfire, a grill (coal at your own expense), a "Westfalka" wood-burning kitchen and a cauldron :)
Since you are already visiting the Mazovian countryside, it is worth settling in and taking advantage of all the benefits. Such rural luxuries. First of all, we have time here... To lie with a book in a hammock, then to take a nap on a deckchair in the shade of a large chestnut tree, sunbathing on the grass. Visiting our bunnies, taking a quick look at what is cackling in the henhouse, picking blackberries from the bush and taking a walk. You can pick berries, mushrooms, or maybe not bend down for anything and just walk forward.
And if you get bored of doing "nothing" ;)...
We invite you to our tub under the apple tree overlooking the meadows :)
- One hour - PLN 100 / 1-4 people

Bike rental:

All day - 40 PLN / bike
You can play board games in the barn or badminton on the grass. You can "beat" Molkky in the shade of a chestnut tree. You can listen to birds singing and in the evening to the crackling of the campfire and crickets. You can sleep until noon and talk until morning. You can do anything, but sometimes it's nice to do nothing.
Once you've rested enough to feel bored, you can go out into the field. See the castle in Liw and its Armoury Museum. You can jump on kayaks to Węgrów or even closer and sail down the beautiful Liwiec River. We recommend choosing the route that ends right under the castle in Liw. You can go to the Karczunek swimming pool. You can see Twardowski's mirror (yes, that Twardowski), which is hidden in the sacristy of the church in Węgrów, and while you're at it, go for lunch at Wałek and for ice cream at Kilińskiego 18. It's worth popping out to the Museum of Wooden Architecture of the Siedlce Region in Nowa Sucha and to Sowia Góra to the viewpoint, from where you can admire the panorama of the Liwiec River. The hill is also shrouded in many legends and stories. For primitive people, the mountain was a place of performing rituals in honor of trees and the sun. Archaeological research has confirmed the existence of a fortified settlement at the foot of the hill dating back a thousand years, currently in the village of Grodzisk.
What’s there for children?
The kids (older kids over 12 years of age*) fall asleep instantly to the lullaby of crickets. But first they have their hands full. Purple from berries, green from arranging field bouquets. They check what the rabbits have for breakfast and whether the hens have received enough grain. Then it's time for swinging in the hammock, a walk through the fields to the forest and a game of badminton in the garden. In the evening, when the entire area is lit up with lights, vegetables and sausages land over the campfire, board game matches start in the barn, the children's batteries are usually running low.
What’s there for employees?
Internet... If you have Play, T-Mobile in your network - there is a big chance that everything will work ;)
Plus - a complete disaster :(
A large desk in a shared barn.
But still, hard-working people prefer to work on a lounger, a blanket ;)
