You will sleep in the former Lemko bustle moved to Nowica in 2018. The area of the entire cottage will allow the whole family or a group of friends to rest comfortably - everyone will find their own corner. The house is a year-round house. In winter, the heart of the house is a wood-burning fireplace. Additionally, it has electric heating. To catch a breath here, we gave up on the TV, the range is sometimes there and not. We have Wifi theoretically, but why use it when there are so many nice things to do in the area (and so much sleep to catch up on)? In the past, the house had a hall, a playground, two utility rooms and two living rooms. We stirred it up a bit so that the rest would be comfortable for a few people. In the current layout of the house you will find: - two triple bedrooms, each with a continental double bed and a single bed (if you like to have your duvet and not share one with your loved one - let us know in advance), - bathroom with shower, - living room with sofas and time-lovers (radio, books, maps, guides), - hall, - a kitchen with a dining table, - porch and porch, - an open space in the attic, which we prepare as a room for work, yoga or a solitude. During the construction, we tried to use those elements of the old house which, despite being affected by time, can serve people for many years. The pleasure of communing with old wood is enormous. We renovated casement windows, double doors, porch windows, and the floor was made of old brick. The veranda from which there is a panoramic view of the Nowica valley aroused the most emotions. After extensive consultations, also with guests visiting the vineyard, we decided to develop it. Even on winter days, you can spend warm moments in the sun.

We know that everyone has their favorite flavors. Some days they start with scrambled eggs and bacon, some prefer sweet, and some are fueled by coffee alone. Therefore, we leave the kitchen at your disposal. You will find there everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you fancy local products, we will tell you where to go for fresh milk, white cheese, homemade butter, sourdough bread, eggs and brilliant goat cheese. From our gardens you can pick carrots, parsley, chives, beans, beetroots, cucumbers, courgettes and seasonal fruits (raspberries, currants, gooseberries, blueberries). If you do not want to cook at all, in Nowica it is possible to order a take-out lunch (soup, main course, compote) or eat on the spot (meals in summer) in Sarepta. We can also prepare an occasional dinner for you, an evening cauldron, skewers, etc., but you must let us know a little earlier than a few hours before the meal.

Our settlement is located in the Low Beskids, by the Przysłup stream (200 m), flowing into the Klimkówka reservoir. The Magura Małastowska massif towers over the village from the north, which you must definitely go to! You will leave the house and after a short walk through the village, approach the Oderne. There, follow the yellow trail through the meadows by Nowica to the shelter, and then follow the green trail over the village or along the forest road to return home. Lackowa 997m above sea level awaits those who are eager for greater challenges. - the highest peak of the Low Beskids. You can go on a day trip along the green trail from Wysowa. After entering the red border trail through Ostry Wierch, you will reach Lackowa, or Chrągiewka Pułaski. / Yes, this Pulaski was stationed nearby with the Bar Confederates /. Returning from Ostry Wierch, you will go down the yellow trail through Biała Skała to Ropki and then along the blue circular trail to Wysowa. It is worth following the Wooden Architecture Trail with beautiful Orthodox churches (in Łoś, Ropa, Uście Gorlickie, Kwiatoń, Skwirtny, Gładyszów). On hot days, you can hide by the stream (near the house) or go by bike to the Klimkówka reservoir, and there you can swim, sail or sea in winter. It is worth going to Zagroda Maziarska in Łoś or visiting the Renaissance castle in Szymbark. If you want to jump a little further, go to Slovakia to the gothic Bardejov, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, or Bardejovské Kupele. In winter, we don't get bored here either - you can go skiing: Magura Ski 6 km, Małastów 10 km or Smerekowiec 14 km, cross-country skiing or organize a decent old-school snowball fight or a toboggan race. There are many attractions in Nowica itself. Our vineyard is located just outside the window, as are two historic churches, Lemko chyże, and within a walking range, a shelter under Magura Małastowska. For lovers of rallies in nature, we will tell you where to get on a horse and where the "fairy-tale" road through seven streams begins. There are also interesting events in our area: - Innovica Theater Festival, - International Jazz Bezz Festival, - Icon writing workshops at the House of Icons, - rock Luciolla. However, our biggest attraction is timelessness. When you get over the urge to reach for a computer and a phone (but as we mentioned - there is a range of medicine here), you will lie down on a hammock or on a blanket on the grass, then you will start a real vacation. The kind with deep breaths turning into naps, with lazy flipping through the pages of a book, looking at the fire and the stars. You will notice morning dew, eagles flying nearby, hear crickets and experience timelessness. On the porch, in the hammock, in the meadow ... suspending your eyes on the view stretching around.
