To organize feasts for 30 people at a table on the lake shore, lie in a cheerful crowd on the pier or drift right next to it, swim on SUPs, kayaks, or a boat. So that grandmother Zosia, grandfather Staszek, aunt Krysia and cousin Agnieszka could finally meet at the common Christmas Eve table. Or to throw a Chilean surprise party for a friend's 40th birthday. The one with breakfast on the grass, a nap in a hammock, a walk in the Borecka Forest, singing hundred years by the fire, and dinner on the terrace by the lake.

This is a place to celebrate your relationship. On a bike trip, during morning coffee on the pier, playing football in the garden, or dinner on the porch. Children have their own playroom, parents have a fireplace and club lounge, dogs have 4000 meters of land around the house. Everyone is welcome.

A city-dweller longing for peace and nature - I found both of them in Jeziorowskie. We have fulfilled the family dream of a house by the lake with its own pier and a view of the water to the horizon. I am glad that we can share it. With family, because we spend Christmas here, with friends, because we come for holidays and celebrations, with our kids, because we can show them carefree holidays by the water. And finally with you, so that you also have a place for numerous meetings and celebration of shared moments. Every day I deal with law and food, and in Masuria, apart from escaping the city, I look for interesting places and regional products - so I can recommend you the best quality cuisine in the area.

Other rules

  • 1. There is a total ban on smoking tobacco and other drugs (applies to buildings).
    2. Smoking on the premises of the property, outside the buildings, is allowed in a designated area.
    3. In the property and on its premises, it is forbidden to burn fire in places not intended for this, to leave open fire without supervision, to use irons, cookers and heating devices outside the real estate, as well as other devices that may cause a fire hazard.
    4. Pets are allowed only after prior notification and agreement.
    5. There is a curfew on the premises of the rented property from 22:00 to 07:00.
    6. In the event of an intervention by the Police, the Lessor shall charge the Lessee with an additional fee of PLN 1,500 (one thousand five hundred zlotys).
    7. In the event that the Lessee persistently violates peace, quiet at night or the personal rights of the neighbors and does not comply with the generally applicable standards of social coexistence, the Lessor reserves the right to terminate the tenancy agreement and is then not obliged to return the money for the unused period of stay.
    8. Users of the grill, fireplace and bonfire are obliged to leave cleanliness after the end of grilling or smoking. Firewood and fireplace wood are available in a limited amount in the rental price.
    9. The Lessee is obliged to segregate and fractionate rubbish in accordance with the description of rubbish bins in the building and in the place where the rubbish is deposited.
    10. The number of people staying in the property may not exceed the number given during the reservation.
    11. Guests are required to properly secure the property, ie to carefully close all entrance doors and windows before each leaving the property and to store keys / codes / remote controls without the possibility of unauthorized access to them.
    12. The landlord is not responsible for damaged or lost valuable items left in the property.
    The owner is not responsible for temporary inconvenience caused by independent suppliers, e.g. temporary lack of water, electricity, internet, television.
    13. Only guests indicated by the Lessee are entitled to permanent residence in the property; however, the stay of children and adolescents up to 18 years of age on the premises is allowed only under the care of adults. Persons who are not guests, and staying on the premises at the invitation of guests, are obliged to leave the premises by 10 p.m., and their overnight stay without the consent of the Lessee is prohibited. Guests who invite such persons are responsible for them, including their compliance with the provisions of these Regulations.
    14. The Lessee is allowed to park cars and other vehicles up to 2.5 tons in weight on the premises of the facility. Parking within the property is free and unguarded. Guests park their vehicles on the premises of the facility without concluding a storage agreement for these vehicles and the belongings and money left in them, or any other agreement of a similar nature. The Lessor is not responsible for the loss, destruction or damage of these vehicles and the property left in them.
    15. The Lessee bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices on the premises of the facility caused by his fault or the fault of visitors. For damages discovered after leaving the premises, the tenant agrees to charge him with the costs of repairing or removing the damage.
    16. If it is not possible to reach the previously agreed time, the Lessee is obliged to notify the Lessor by phone.
    17. Check-in and check-out takes place in the presence of a person authorized by the Lessor.
    18. The rental price does not include third party liability insurance. The Lessor shall not be liable for sustained injuries, damage and property damage (damage to health and property of a third person) during the entire stay.
    19. Access to the lake and activities in the water from the shore and from the pier are at the sole responsibility of the Lessee. The bathing area is unguarded. The tenant is responsible for their safety and the safety of minors.
    20. The Lessee's use of the available floating equipment (eg kayaks, SUP boards, etc.) is at the sole responsibility of the Lessee. The Lessor does not verify the Lessee's skills and entitlements to use water equipment.
