We called the wolf out of the forest and placed him on a hill among the trees to take care of the views of the surrounding forest. A loner has joined our reserve of absolute rest. Tiny house for a couple or three, standing on the opposite side of Lake Siecino from the other houses of Wilcza Ostoja. And only 120 meters from its pristine waters. It has a terrace, a bedroom and an extra bed on the couch. Everyday life here is filled with peace and quiet, and the interiors are full of hand-made furniture and accessories with a wolf theme.
Glacial lakes scattered around the area, berries and mushrooms hidden in the forests, as well as walking and cycling routes allow you to forget about the multitude of thoughts. City refugees stray from the road towards Wilcza Ostoja in search of silence, the best smoked fish, famous Drahim honeys, adrenaline during off-roading and amazing ornithological experiences. Everything you need is in place. We are only waiting for you.
The Lone Wolf separated from the Wolf Pack and found his place on a hill among the trees on a large plot (3,000 m²) on the other side of Lake Siecino. From the fenced plot, the lake is only 200 m away.
The house is designed for 2-3 people. It consists of a kitchenette, bathroom, cozy bedroom and living room. There is no wifi or TV in the house, but there is peace, quiet and the forest entering through the windows.
You can find our other houses in other offers on Slowhop.

There is a fully functional kitchenette at your disposal for pleasant cooking. There is also a coffee machine and a terrace for contemplating caffeine relaxation.
Our local good is the famous Drahim honey. In addition to the well-known flavors such as multifloral, linden, rapeseed and buckwheat, there is also the king of all honeys: heather, which bees obtain from the Kłomińskie Heaths, the largest in Europe.
If cooking is not on your list of holiday priorities, we recommend several delicious places nearby and further afield.
There is a place where guests start clapping at the sight of dumplings with meat, the duck brings tears of emotion, and guests from across the Oder take home buckwheat as a souvenir from their trip. Folwark Karpno is also a farm, so poultry, pork and rabbits are eco-friendly.
RYBY LUBIĘ in Lubieszew is an exceptionally perfect, even idyllic place. Throughout the year you can eat fried or stewed trout with garlic butter or fried whitefish from Lake Lubie. The smell of smoked eels, trouts and vendace tempts tourists passing through the village.
The tavern at Jermak's in Drawsko is an interesting mishmash of fish flavors and Eastern influences. The chef from Nepal charms with the flavors of oriental cuisine and more.
The Drawsko Lake District is a pearl in the crown of Polish geographical regions. The combination of the captivating values of nature with historical cultural heritage is an ideal base for all kinds of relaxation. There will be attractions for both nature lovers and those who enjoy spending their free time actively. The magic of the Drawsko Lake District lies in the glacial lakes scattered throughout the area. We especially loved Lake Siecino, on which Lone Wolf is located. It is crystal clear and transparent, and the water can be drunk without boiling.
The local network of interconnected rivers is a real paradise for kayakers. One of them (Drawa) captivated Pope John Paul II with its beauty and wild nature, after whom a trip through its waters was named after him in 2005. Rowing the Drawa River means fatigue, but also satisfaction, contemplation of nature and, above all, wonderful time.
When going to Lone Wolf, it is worth packing bikes. Beautiful views, long routes, undisturbed peace of meadows and finding lakes hidden among forests are ideal conditions for bicycle explorers. Our areas are covered with a dense network of bicycle trails that lead you through the most picturesque areas.
Active recreation is, of course, not only about bicycles. As passionate sailors, we can praise the Drawskie Lake District to the skies because it is a paradise for sea wolves, fishermen and scuba divers. There is a silence zone on the lakes located in the Drawski Landscape Park, so you can also try meditation. This land of forests and lakes also has a lot to offer to mushroom pickers and horse riding enthusiasts. Nobody will complain about boredom here.
In the area we highly recommend:
– Jelenino, the largest deer farm in Poland, located in Jeleniewo just outside Ostrowice,
hiking along forest trails,
– cycling, kayaking and walking routes,
– picking mushrooms, raspberries and blueberries,
– possibility of purchasing regional products (honey, preserves, liqueurs),
– extremely picturesque photographic locations,
– “Poland Trophy” competition taking place at the Drawsko training ground,
– outdoor horse riding,
– in winter: sleds, cross-country skis, sleigh rides.
What’s there for children?
Silence, peace, the smell of the forest, mushrooms, birds singing and insects chirping. Children respect this silence and dance with wolves, howl at the moon, drink water from the lake (you can really drink it!), play Indians and cowboys and run without shoes. They discover what a holiday is without animation, a swimming pool and a playroom. They have a piece of the forest to explore, pine cones, hares, beetles and rowing with the help of their parents. Parents turn off their heads and relax in full swing. During the rain, children learn wolf stories hidden in interesting books and observe the world from a large window overlooking the forest.
