The clipper route visits Cape Horn, the Cape of Good Hope, Cape Leeuwin, and the sea route leads from west to east in the Southern Ocean along the roaring forties - a zone of strong westerly winds. Such sailing is not a piece of cake, many clippers have been lost in history in the great waters around Cape Horn.
And in our Cape of Dreams, flauta, silence on the sea, stress flowing away and relaxation flowing. 5 houses are lit on the radar - Passion, Freedom, Closeness, Breath and Peace. We have a Play Island for kids, a playground with a beach and plenty of grass for your pets. Drop the anchor here, where there is an ocean of grain in front of your eyes, an ocean of greenery behind your back, then Aleja Lipowa, and then the high seas. In summer, we have a real harvest here with a combine harvester, a flower meadow for insects and lots of sand. Everywhere! In winter there is silence as if sown by poppy seeds, huge doses of iodine and fire in the fireplace. If you practice windbreaks and sunbathing, take a windbreak with a deckchair under your arm and go to the nearest beach in a jiffy. If you are resting on the move - the Velo Baltica route is right at your doorstep. If an annual trip to the Baltic Sea is already a tradition, go ahead. Take clothes for absolutely every eventuality, your favorite snacks and visit our Marina. Here you will be happy to disappear from the radar.
Anchor in our Cape. We have 5 holiday homes here, the same in size and layout, but with a different atmosphere. The houses are arranged radially so that each Cape resident has his or her own space. And that's exactly what it is, a panoramic view of the farm fields of our farm from large terraces (over 50 m2). Each house has its own, surrounding two walls of the house, shaded by a sail, created for relaxation - there are deckchairs, a table with chairs, a barbecue. In spring and summer, a flower meadow blooms in the garden, in summer you can see combine harvesters and tractors in the fields, and in winter it is quiet. Behind the houses there is a playground and a place for a bonfire. Sailors, dreamers, cyclists, walkers, children, animals and those who are not afraid of windbreaks are welcome here. There is a set waiting for you in each house - deckchairs and a screen, take it and use it.
The houses are extremely comfortable, one could even say hotel-like. There are definitely hotel beds, but no matter what, a good sleep is the most important part of a vacation. Each house can sleep 4-6 people comfortably. There are two bedrooms - one on the ground floor, the other on the mezzanine. In each of them you will find a double bed (one of them can be divided into two single beds). You can also sleep on the fold-out sofa in the living room.
In addition, there are bathrooms in the houses: in the Wolność and Pasja houses with showers, in the Peace house with a bathtub. Each bathroom has cosmetics sets, towels, hair dryers, and soft bathrobes are waiting for you in the bedrooms. On the ground floor there is also a kitchenette open to the living room with a fireplace and a dining area.
The living room has a TV with Internet, Netflix, VOD and board games.
Upon request, we will prepare a rich breakfast basket for you: with bread, milk, juices, preserves, fruit, and cold meats.

Each cottage has a kitchenette with an espresso machine, fridge, toaster, microwave, stove and dishwasher. In addition, there is a table with four chairs in the living room, and another on the terrace for summer breakfasts, lunches and dinners. In the evenings, you know, bonfire, barbecue, drinking wine until late.
The nearest town for a non-cooking trip is the atmospheric Ustronie Morskie (4 km). You will find great restaurants, pubs and cafes where you can eat fresh fish, seasonal vegetables and fruit. The restaurants also serve dishes for vegetarians and vegans.
If you manage to find a moment to get bored, that's great! It's probably been a long time since you experienced real boredom. It can result in creative ideas and is surely a sign of a well-spent vacation. However, if boredom is no attraction for you, we have a few ideas for spending your vacation up our sleeve. It is worth going to the beach at sunrise (400 m) and walking along the shore to Sianożęty or even Kołobrzeg. We are skilled when it comes to frying. In each house there is a set of sunbathers - deckchairs and a windbreak, which you can put under your arm and quickly walk to the wild beach.
If not with the sound of the waves, you can spend the mornings with a view of the blue distance. Each house has a terrace, which is perfect for coffee, long breakfasts, sessions with a book on a deckchair, while everyone is still asleep. In the evening, you can light a fire in the backyard, admire the sunset over the cultivated fields and feel the authentic countryside. In the summer we have a real harvest here with a huge combine harvester traveling around the fields.
If you are resting in motion, take care of the steering wheel as we have something for cyclists. From Cape of Dreams it is only 300 meters to the picturesque Velo Baltica route. It is part of the EuroVelo 10 tourist route that runs around the Baltic Sea. It leads mainly through bicycle paths, roads with little traffic and forest sections. Turn the wheel to the lighthouse in Kołobrzeg or to the center of Mielno. It is only 20 km amidst brilliant views. We have bikes for rent on the spot, don't worry.
A walk (900 m) will bring you to the mouth of the Red River to the sea. It is beautiful to see the river flowing across the beach into the sea.
Now it's time to take a look at the surrounding beaches. It just so happens that the Cape of Dreams lies on the trail of the most beautiful ones. The closest entrance to the wild beach is 400 m from us. Another, picturesque entrance at the Czerwona Rzeka 900 m from the Cape, and only a little further there are beautiful beaches in Ustronie Morskie, Sianożęty and Pleśna. The water in this region is one of the cleanest on the Polish coast, the beaches are well-kept.

The beach in Pleśna is unique, one of the last "wild beaches" at the Polish seaside. You enter the clean, sandy beach straight from the forest growing on a small cliff. You won't meet many tourists here, you won't buy waffles and cotton wool. But you will have peace, quiet, open space and spectacular views that will reward you for everything. You have to go to the beach in Pleśna by car or bike - there is no public transport here. There is a lighthouse in Gąski nearby.

The kids have here not only a corner, but the entire Play Island. It is a separate playroom-house with three independent spaces for madness, adapted to the age. The youngest have their kingdom at level 0, so they do not have to climb the stairs, and everything you need is at eye level - a house, a slide, books, games, ride-ons, toys, carpet like seaside sand.
On the floor above, there are older kids. There is a large TV room with comfortable seating and a games console. Using a net straight from a pirate ship, you can get to the recreation room or the flip-flop. It's a mattress-lined room where you can kick or nap on a net suspended in the air.
When the weather is favorable, and the Polish seaside is as it should be, i.e. on the beach, the kids go crazy in the garden. In the children's cape there is sand with dunes, a large playground with obstacles, and a designated place for a bonfire in the forest. Of course, all these attractions enter the repertoire only after a day at the beach. Because there are frolics, revelries, building moats, castles, bays, digging up to the neck and creating the deepest pits in the history of the world.
Our houses are prepared for the safe and comfortable stay of children. They are equipped with security gates at the stairs to the mezzanine, bath tubs, tourist beds and high chairs for feeding.
