Play, spontaneous, no compass, rest from people or, on the contrary, integration at the campsite. This is how life turns in a circle. Go wherever van Staszek carries you, he knows the roads well. He has already traveled 18 years behind him. He used to help people with disabilities to get from place to place, and now, in the new boho version, in a well-deserved retirement, he has an eternal vacation. He watches sunsets on the beach, admires kitesurfers in the Little Sea, wades through forest paths, and enters cities. Give it another adventure, it's old but spring. It burns to the touch, the engine purrs. Everything is as it should be, without modernity and goodies. But as my Grandfather used to say, here, like in an old Mercedes, "there is nothing", so there is nothing to break. It burns 8-9 liters per 100 km, has a comfortable bed, cold water in the tap, electricity for connecting the charger and an unusual thing - a hammock that you can attach between the car and a tree.
Take your favorite person with you. It has to be a favorite because it's cozy inside, which means you'll cuddle whether you like it or not. Bring wine, a good mood, towels and some travel ideas. And then you will see where Staszek will carry you. See you on the road.
On four wheels, on the beach, in the forest, in the city center, at the campsite, by the lake. Wherever you want. We love to stand in the wild, because sleeping in such natural circumstances is more than a pleasure. All the sounds of nature that we townspeople do not pay attention to are super intense here. The rain helps you fall asleep, the wind puts you to sleep, the sea waves soothe. Air conditioning is natural, because the air enters the van through the vent in the roof, the sun does not wake up at dawn because the windows have curtains. However, you may choose not to cover them and wake up with the first rays.
Van Staszek can be picked up in Gdańsk, but for an additional fee, we can deliver it to you at the agreed place. The car burns 8-9 liters per 100 km and it is diesel.
There is little space in the middle, but enough for two people. Cozy, because you will have to hug each other and find out who is standing at the counter. Boho, bright, beautiful. This is how you will live. In the 18-year-old Volkswagen Transporter T4, which used to transport people with disabilities, and is now a vacation home. The front has a driver's and passenger's cabins, and the rear accommodates:
- 120x190 cm bed with linen
- Curtains for windows
- A fridge
- One-burner gas stove - portable and cartridges
- Dishes, pot, pan
- Basin / sink with water tanks - clean and gray. Water is enough for a few days of travel, then you have to fill and empty the tanks, e.g. at a campsite. The water is at "room" temperature, ie it is not heated.
- A hand shower connected to the water - we recommend showers in nature when it is really hot, because the water in the van is unheated.
- Lockers, lockers
- USB charging and standard 220V plug - you can take your computer and work
- Radio
- Hammock - on the one hand you attach it to the van, on the other, e.g. to a tree
- Blankets, pillows, rugs, e.g. for picnics
- Lanterns
- Table for serving breakfast in bed and picnic dinners
- Extension cord
- A hearth for a bonfire
You have to bring your own towels.
For an additional fee, we can equip the car with a projector and a "screen" for summer cinema display.
Pets (small and medium-sized) are welcome, as long as they are, of course, in their repertoire of favorite activities. Dogs must travel in transporters - for their safety.
Breakfast in bed, lunch outdoors, romantic dinners on the blanket. You can make a coffee on the wall with a view of the mountains, pour milk over the cereal or prepare nothing, just drive to a good local restaurant. The kitchen in the van is tiny, but you have unlimited space outside. You can put the stove with gas cartridges on the grass and make scrambled eggs outdoors. Plan your work wisely, because for now there is a single burner stove. So you have to decide: coffee first or omelette first?
Apart from the gas burner, there is a fridge, storage cabinets, a sink, dishes, cutlery, a pot, a frying pan, and a coffee maker. We recommend that you always have something chilled in the fridge for the evening, because a romantic dinner by the fire and the setting sun is something we test all summer and we will never get bored.
The van is also equipped with a fireplace for the fire, so that you can light a fire wherever you want. For this picnic accessories - blankets, pillows, rugs, lanterns, a table for breakfast in bed and picnics.
Where will the map take you or without a plan at all. Life in a van is a constant adventure. Activities depend on the weather, your mood, whims and spontaneity. You can go to Hel and try surfing, you can jump to Masuria, get lost in Kashubian forests, plan a trip around Poland and go where you haven't been before.
We usually go to the Hel Peninsula, because we love this surf, relaxed atmosphere, and if we feel like walking alone on the most beautiful beaches, we choose Słajszewo, Stilo, Lubiatowo, Szklana Huta, Sasino. If you want to see seals relaxing on an island in the Mewia Łacha reserve, we recommend staying at Camping No. 69 Orlinek on Sobieszewo Island. It's kepming in the woods, clean and very pleasant.
Besides, you can sleep as long as you want, rest as long as you can. Get up at sunrise, take a bath at dawn in the lake, take a mat with you and practice yoga in the open air, drive to the nearby bakery for rolls and eat breakfast on the grass. You can have a romantic picnic dinner.
Staszek's van is equipped with a hammock, which we personally consider to be the best idea in the world. You attach one part to the hammock, the other to the tree and chill as much as possible.
