Our house is new, fresh and is just starting to receive guests - it means that everything here is new and waiting for your tests. The house is 100 m2 and consists of a hall, hall, living room with kitchen, pantry, three bedrooms and one bathroom. From the bedroom with a double bed you can go out to the terrace, in the children's bedroom with a bunk bed, due to the wide lower mattress, even three toddlers will sleep in, and in the third bedroom you will find two single beds. We are already preparing mosquito nets so that no buzzing or buzzing disturbs sleep. In the living room, you can relax on a comfortable sofa with adjustable headrests, warm up by the fireplace or meditate on special pillows (you will find them in the corner of the room). If you get bored of the view outside the window or it becomes dark - unfold the screen and take advantage of the home theater with access to the Netflix platform. We encourage you to use blankets and rugs - we know that autumn evenings can cool down the temperature and thanks to the covers you will stay outside for longer. In terms of heat - we have underfloor heating and a recuperation system, i.e. we recover warm air without the need for constant heating. In the bathroom, for the convenience of using the bathtub, we let it fall into the floor. You will also find towels, hair dryer and cosmetics - at your disposal. Due to the fact that the house is new and unfenced - please do not take your pets to us.

We leave the house for you exclusively with the kitchen, it means nothing more than independent kitchen revolutions. We guarantee that thanks to the complete equipment you will prepare your favorite dishes once or twice. The water we use comes from a well, but it's hard. Therefore, we recommend using water bought in jugs for coffee and tea - it is tastier. In the kitchen, apart from a traditional fridge, there is also a wine fridge. You can use what is in it for a fee. There is also a washing machine in the pantry, washing powder is available, there are also fire lighters, detergents, pilates or yoga mats, and other kitchen utensils that do not fit in the cupboards. If you prefer to be fed, we recommend our favorite restaurants: - Karczma Mazurska in Brajniki, located in the building of a former school on Lake Brajnickie (delicious fish) - Mazuriana Restaurant in Szczytno (traditional Polish dishes and local delicacies), - Przystań restaurant in Olsztyn - it is worth going there for the sake of its location on the very shores of Lake Ukiel. You can shop at Jola's shop in Nowy Dwór - the closest house, a village shop, formerly a peasant cooperative in Jedwabno, with everything you need. We recommend wheat rolls and croissants from a local bakery, it is worth ordering them for the next day, because they disperse quickly. Open 7 days a week from 8:00 to 18:00.

If you come to rest and slow down, be sure to eat breakfast on the terrace overlooking the forest and celebrate it until noon. You can use meditation cushions and try to slow down your breathing while you are doing yoga or relaxing. You can also do nothing, read one of the books from our library, sunbathe or prepare for the evening bonfire. We have 4 bikes for you (2 for children) and we wholeheartedly recommend you to organize a leisurely trip around the area. However, if you have movement and further journeys in your mind, we will recommend you our TOP10 nearby attractions: 1. a trip to Lake Świętajno - one of the cleanest lakes in Masuria. On the local beaches you can rent a kayak, boat, pedalo or supa. Diving and windsurfing courses are held here. 2. sunbathing in the Dolomites on Lake Brajnickie - this is the closest, intimate beach with a pier, lifeguard and equipment rental at the nearby Dolomites resort. You can eat snacks and ice cream here. 3. it is worth visiting the village of Jedwabno - a historic refuge of Polishness in the former East Prussia. The historic Catholic church from 1931, built by the efforts of the Union of Poles, Błędne Góry - a place where Napoleon's soldiers lost their way after the battle with the Prussians in 1808. 4. If you miss the cities, go to Szczytno (the administrative center of the district, historic town hall with an observation tower, ruins of the Teutonic Knights castle, historic urban buildings. You must go on a canoeing trip on the Omulew or Maruska rivers (tributary of the Łyna).
