At a glance

Our garden was the first to house two houses. The first, Grandpa Mech, spent his entire youth working as a mail wagon, bravely trundling along the tracks across Poland (we've kept the arched, parquet-covered ceilings and his PKP Zamość seal, which we've hung in the bathroom). After retirement, he settled in Roztocze with a sigh, and here we gave it a second (more beautiful) life. The second house didn't have an easy life either, but we took such good care of it that Szyszka can now claim the title of "Miss Senior Roztocze." In 2025, two more houses joined the company. We built them as a family, using wood salvaged from centuries-old barns and cottages, step by step. I'm convinced that these old boards and logs still remember the rough hands of former carpenters, frosty winters, and scorching summers. We're in Roztocze, in the Tanew Valley, on the edge of a pine forest we call "ancient"—in summer, it provides shelter from the heat and smells of moss, is stuffed with mushrooms until late autumn, and in winter, it sleeps, blanketed in fluffy snow that crunches underfoot. Moss and Cone recommend themselves to overworked minds whose tangled thoughts play tag, to those who dream of recharging their oxygen reserves, and to those who enjoy clocking up miles on their bikes. We'll convince those undecided to go kayaking, lie on the moss, and take a leisurely stroll through the nature reserves. It's so beautiful here that instead of writing a eulogy about Roztocze, we'll just say: "Come on in. You'll see for yourself."

Inspired, I was looking for a place that would allow me to spend a special time close to my family and nature. I knew that it must be the vicinity of the pine forests of our native Roztocze. We learned through word of mouth about a beautiful plot, which we transformed with our family into an enclave of relaxation in the rhythm of words - ideally suited to life in Zynie - close to the ancient forest, pond, river and unplayed Nature. In addition to design and renovation challenges, I like to talk to people, take care of flowers, plants and the garden, I am interested in herbs, and in the autumn period I enjoy mushroom picking - which I also recommend to you! Come to our green Roztocze - we are waiting in Moss i Szyszka!

Bardzo fajne miejsce na wypoczynek. Domek niewielki, ale czysty i wygodny. Otoczenie urocze i bardzo blisko las. Kontakt z Panią Antoniną bardzo przyjemny. Byliśmy w Rudej Szyszce.

Bardzo ładny domek i posesja, zaprojektowana i wykonana z wielką dbałością o detale. Miejsce na końcu małej wsi, praktycznie na skraju lasu. Cisza i spokój.

Otoczony lasem i zielenią, z pięknym, rozłożystym drzewem pośrodku posesji. Naprawdę odpoczywaliśmy pośród tego piękna. Szczególnie uwielbialiśmy wiec...

Wszystko super. Cisza, spokój. Domek piękny i czysty. Wnętrze zadbane, a właścicielka przemiła. Na pewno wrócimy

W domku Szyszka spędziliśmy bardzo przyjemne 3 dni w dwie pary i z dwoma pieskami. Domek nieduży ale gustownie urządzony, położony w środku cichej wioski. Okolica dobra do spacerów czy na rower. Polecamy!

Można spokojnie odpoczywać i wypatrywać zwierzaków w polu. Pani Antonina jest bardzo miłą i wyrozumiałą osobą. Na pewno będziemy wracać i polecać :)
