Vila Rica

Villa Rica is one of three guest houses we installed on grandmother’s land on a ten-hectare plot. The villa rents two guest apartments, both on the second floor of the house, both of which can only be accessed by a spiral staircase outside the house. We say this right away, because when planning a vacation with children, you need to consider the need to climb and supervise climbing children, and the smaller ones to carry. Also, if you take four-legged ones with you (which we gladly accept anyway), they may be afraid to climb the stairs themselves. The apartments themselves also have a ladder, as some of the beds are in the mezzanine. Usually our guests really like the layout of the beds and the cozy sleeping areas, but you have to know about it in advance. Each apartment can accommodate up to ten people. We can provide an extra bed for an extra person, which would cost an additional 10-20 euros depending on the age of the guest (see prices). Each apartment has its own living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available on site.

Each apartment has a separate kitchen with all necessary equipment, crockery and utensils. If you rent an additional ground floor hall, you will also have a kitchenette with a fireplace and oven, a table and plenty of space to sit and spend time together. In addition, all guests of the house can use the barbecue house, which is fun to cook and have a long evening in any weather. Firewood and grill are on site, use is free. If you want to taste local products, we will advise you where to look for them. You will buy fresh honey in Stračiūnai, homemade cheeses in Didžiasalis. In the autumn you will be able to pick mushrooms yourself, you will catch fish in our ponds (by agreement). A large selection of natural products is available at Druskininkai Market, where you can buy meat, milk, bread, eggs, fruits and vegetables.

We have so many activities in Rica that there will never be boredom. Unless you really want to laze yourself - then you will be able to lie down unhindered with a book in a hammock, swing in a swing, hide from prying eyes in our big dome. We invite those who are resting and thirsty for fresh air: to play table tennis, football, volleyball, basketball, to shoot darts, to archery, to ride bicycles, to heat the trees ... ), rowing. There is also a sandy beach with sun loungers. All entertainment in Rica is included in the price. Our guests can use bicycles for free (we have four, if you want more, you will have to rent in Druskininkai or bring it with you), paddles, table tennis rackets, etc. Only sauna and hot tub rental costs extra (available separately, but cheaper together, see prices below).
