Those who call Warmia "the uglier sister of Mazury" have no idea about the world. We will prove to you that it is one of the most beautiful and interesting tourist regions in Poland! Its shape resembles a triangle with a truncated tip, which can be cycled along and across, the wilderness and colorful history encourage you to wade through the forests and sail across the lakes in search of Teutonic treasures and the secrets of history. This is where you will meet the Herbal Babes, find feet for mooring airships and visit the famous Dzyndzałek bar with even more famous blueberry buns. This is where Copernicus and Krasicki lived, and now we live with our herd of Scottish cows.

We will give you fishing rods, oars, a glass of liqueur. We will show you where the best fish are biting and where huge boletus mushrooms grow. In the rooms you will find picnic blankets, which are worth spreading out by our lake and organizing a family picnic. In the evening we will sit you by the crackling fire in fireplace and we will tell you how it happened that we dropped everything and moved to Zerbuń in Warmia. And that we do not regret this decision.

Our house is located right by a small lake in the town of Zerbuń, there are few houses here, and therefore few people and the noise they generate (sometimes you will hear a hyperactive rooster, sometimes the barking of our dogs, and sometimes cows will call from the pasture). We are immersed in the surrounding nature, right under our noses we have a lake, forest and backwater. Peace and quiet take on a different dimension here.

The house has 10 guest rooms (total capacity of 22 people), a sunny dining room with a fireplace and a view of the meadow, a lounge with a TV and table football, a terrace and a playroom for the youngest guests.

We have three types of rooms (each air-conditioned and with a bathroom with a shower):
- Standard, to which we invite a maximum of 2 people. It has a double bed or two separate beds, which can be put together. The room has a TV with Netflix, wifi, coffee and tea making set, in the bathroom a hairdryer, cosmetics, towels.

- Premium, which can accommodate 3 people. It has a double bed or two separate beds that can be put together. In this room we have the possibility of an extra bed. In the room there is a desk, TV with Netflix, wifi, coffee and tea making facilities, in the bathroom a hairdryer, cosmetics, towels.

- Studio (bedroom + living room) for up to 4 people. It has a double bed or two separate beds that can be put together. In this room there is also a double sofa. In the room you will find a desk, TV with Netflix, wifi, fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, in the bathroom a hairdryer, cosmetics, towels.

You can come to us with a dog - the smallest ones sleep in kennel cages, the larger ones in specially prepared, comfortable boxes outside. We kindly ask that your dogs do not disturb other, non-dog Guests. Remember that you need to clean up after the dog regularly, because in our garden we like to spread out on blankets and have picnics. No unpleasant surprises. Not far from the house is our pride - a pen of Scottish Highland cows. The herd consists of cows, bulls and calves of different colors. They are very active, but despite their temperament and long horns, which give them a seemingly menacing appearance, they are very gentle. Our cows inhabit 60 hectares of beautiful meadows and forests, they live surrounded by a picturesque floodplain. They are very friendly - they like people, and for a slice of bread they will let themselves be tamed.

From the very morning we invite you to the dining room (with a fireplace that warms on colder days and a place to relax), this is where we serve all meals. Here you will find 6 family tables, a breakfast and lunch buffet. All the dishes we share with you are created in our kitchen. We listen to the nature that surrounds us and the rhythm of the changing seasons. We like traditional Polish cuisine based on regional and seasonal products. We bake bread for breakfast and dinner ourselves, produce cold cuts and smoke fish. We choose high quality products to bring out the taste and aroma that will delight the guests sitting at the table.

Breakfast is served as a buffet from 8:00 to 10:00, you will taste homemade cold cuts and freshly smoked fish, vegetables from local farms. You will also eat freshly baked bread (the kind with a soft center and crispy crust, which must be spread with a thick layer of fresh butter). From 2:00 PM we serve delicious afternoon soup, and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM dinner. Throughout the day, you will find: coffee machine, tea, water, dishes, fruit, homemade cake and small snacks.

If we were to describe our area to children, we would say: you will have a great time here! In the house we have:
- a playroom with toys, tents and books for the youngest,
- a relaxation room with board games and table football,
- access to Netflix.

Outside, on the other hand, there is an unexplored land of children's frolics! We have prepared a piece of safe and fenced area where you can run, play hide and seek, chase and chase. We have placed the playground for children in a shaded place. There are swings, a stork's nest, a sandbox and slides. For older children, we have sports fields: for handball, basketball and football. And in addition:
- access to the lake,
- beach,
- water equipment,
- places for a bonfire.

We know from experience that during a walk to our pen and feeding our cows, everyone has a great time - regardless of age.
