You've come to the right place, because you'll be staying at an altitude of over 500 m above sea level, in a mountain cottage with a beautiful and large garden (fenced property). A gravel road leads to it. The house is over 100 m2 and is designed for up to 9 people + 2 babies in cots for free. It has: GROUND FLOOR: - bedroom for 2 people (double bed 160 cm) - bathroom with toilet and shower - well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker) - living room with fireplace, dining room and seating area  FIRST FLOOR: - bedroom for 2 people (large double bed 180 cm) with bathroom (hydromassage bathtub, toilet) - bedroom for 2 people (two single beds 90 cm) - bedroom for 3 people (double bed 140 cm and single bed 90 cm) - bathroom with shower and toilet. The house also has three large, covered terraces, from which there is an excellent view of the surrounding forests and hills. In the garden there is a place for a bonfire, barbecue equipment, wooden table and chairs, garden furniture, trampoline. The house is equipped with: bedding, towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, hair dryers, clothes dryer, board games and a library. For toddlers - two cots with mattresses and bedding, two high chairs and a bathtub, toys, books. We have WIFI and very good LTE mobile phone coverage, we do not have a TV! In the large garden, everyone, depending on their mood and the weather in the Owl Mountains, will find a quiet corner for themselves. There is a birch grove with hammocks, an orchard (especially for lovers of gooseberries, currants, raspberries and blackberries), a fireplace, a grill, a play corner with a trampoline for children. The advantage of our house is its wooden structure, which makes it ecological and "breathing".

We don't cook, but we have "good contacts" in the area, which we will share with you. We will tell you where to buy the best bread, fresh trout, honey and vegetables. In summer you will taste currants and gooseberries, and in autumn raspberries, blackberries, figs and apples from our orchard. You can grill something or roast something on the fire. Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped with household appliances (oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee makers: pressure and drip, coffee maker) and the fridge is open 24 hours a day, so you can snack from morning to evening. After a meal at the large table or on the terrace, just lie on the couch and the dishwasher will take care of the dishes. <span style="background-color: var(--white);"> There are many culinary festivals organized in the vicinity - both closer and further away. We will definitely show you the way to good food and drink. Here, for example, are held: - Healthy Food Fair Straight from the Farmer, - Lower Silesian Soup Festival, - Cheese Festival in Dziećmorowice, - Polish-Czech Fun with Coffee. But, but, not everything at once. We will leave some addresses for your arrival. We will only reveal that in our village we even have a friendly... coffee roastery. 

Let us invite you to the Central Sudetes, to Ludwikowice Kłodzkie. Here you will relax during hiking and cycling trips or sunny winter days spent cross-country and downhill skiing. You will hike the trails and walk through the forests, savor regional dishes, feast your eyes on the beauty of the nearby nature, breathtaking views. Sitting on the terrace, you will feel the captivating scent of the spruce forest, mint and lavender, you will grab plums and apples straight from the tree, raspberries straight from the bush. On cool evenings, you will warm up by the fireplace. You will spend time actively or laze around and read a book from our library on a comfortable sofa, in an armchair or in a garden hammock. You will light a bonfire and, by the glow of the flames, you will gaze at the stars. We suspect that you will fall in love with the Owl Mountains and the local slow life. Because in Owl Climate you can experience life slowly, but to the fullest. We are visited by families with children, groups of friends, seniors. We host athletes, as well as lovers of lazing around in a hammock and on terraces overlooking the mountains. All guests receive a package of individual tourist advice from us, allowing them to make good use of their time spent here and at the same time support the local community, e.g. by using slow food products from local farmers or ordering meals from local restaurateurs. Just behind the fence grows a spruce and beech forest. Just stick your nose out of the gate and set off for a walk. The benefits of the nearby forest mean that lovers of the shinrin-yoku philosophy, or forest bathing, will have an ideal base for walks in Owl Climate. In summer you can pick berries, and in autumn mushrooms. Birds and butterflies flying to the terrace and forest animals approaching the fence of the property are our closest neighbors. In the surrounding meadows you can practice barefoot walks or take a mat under your arm and practice yoga in the open air. We will send you to pottery workshops, cheese-making workshops or to proven organizers of extreme expeditions around the area. Regardless of whether you are only interested in walking or conquering the Crown of the Sudetes, you will find it all just beyond the fence of Sowie Klimaty! We provide tourist maps and leaflets of nearby attractions at your disposal. We will be happy to advise you on how to actively spend time in this idyllic area, and there is plenty to choose from. Cycling trails, MTB, downhill and cross-country skiing, hundreds of kilometers of hiking trails, culinary festivals, places full of history and legends, viewing terraces, mines, wonders of nature.
