Let's move from the general to the detail. On the map, look for us in the Central Sudetes, in the Sowie Mountains, on the border of the Włodzickie Hills and Wyrębińskie Hills, along the Włodzica River, in Ludwikowice Kłodzkie. Phew, it was a real geographical crossing, but now it's just a slow ride on a gravel road. In the distance, at an altitude of 500 m above sea level, on the slope of Gontowa, you will see a yellow house. This is Sowie Klimaty. You are there. You can stay there and admire the views from the terraces, you can practice rewilding, that is, pleasant exploring in the wild, enjoying the goods of local communities and soaking into nature. You can eat raspberries, plums, gooseberries and even figs from our garden. You can set off in search of treasures and secrets of the Second World War deep into Ludwikowice.

We recommend all of the above, and additionally - long walks along the trails, bicycle trips to the Czech Republic, jumping to a local culinary festival, cross-country skiing and skiing down the slopes, and downhill slopes in front of the house. For culinary travelers, we will show you where to go for the Owl's trout, for a miner's bun, hot barbara, blueberry Daisy cake or the best cheeses. We will direct adrenaline seekers underground or on a climbing wall, and we will offer sandwiches a fireplace, a book and board games. We invite you to Sowie.

Looking for a high-quality vacation? You've come to the right place, because you'll be staying at an altitude of over 500 meters above sea level, in a mountain cottage with a beautiful, spacious garden (fenced property). A gravel road leads to it. The house measures over 100 m² and sleeps up to 9 people + 2 infants in cots free of charge. It features:

- bedroom for 2 people (160 cm double bed)
- bathroom with toilet and shower
- well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker)
- living room with fireplace, dining area, and seating area
FIRST FLOOR:
- bedroom for 2 people (large 180 cm double bed) with en-suite bathroom (spa bath, toilet)
- bedroom for 2 people (two single 90 cm beds)
- bedroom for 3 people (double 140 cm bed and single 90 cm bed)
- bathroom with shower and toilet.

The house also has three large, covered terraces with stunning views of the surrounding forests and hills.

The garden features a fire pit, barbecue facilities, a wooden table and chairs, garden furniture, and a trampoline.

The house is equipped with: bed linen, towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, hairdryers, a clothes dryer, board games, and a bookcase. For children, there are two cots with mattresses and bedding, two high chairs, a bathtub, toys, and books.

We have Wi-Fi and excellent LTE cell phone coverage, but we don't have a TV because our guests are watching the Owl Mountains' wildlife!

In the large garden, everyone will find a quiet corner for themselves, depending on their mood and the weather in the Owl Mountains. There's a birch grove with hammocks, a fire pit, a barbecue, and a play area with a trampoline for children. A key advantage of our house is its wooden structure, which makes it eco-friendly and breathable.

We don't cook, but we have "good contacts" in the area, which we will share with you. We will tell you where to buy the best bread, fresh trout, honey and vegetables. In summer you will taste currants and gooseberries, and in autumn raspberries, blackberries, figs and apples from our orchard. You can grill something or roast something on the fire.

Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped with household appliances (oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee makers: pressure and drip, coffee maker) and the fridge is open 24 hours a day, so you can snack from morning to evening. After a meal at the large table or on the terrace, just lie on the couch and the dishwasher will take care of the dishes. There are many culinary festivals organized in the vicinity - near and far. We will definitely show you the way to good food and drink. The following events are held here:

- Polish-Czech Coffee Fun.

Let us invite you to the Central Sudetes, to Ludwikowice Kłodzkie. Here, you'll relax during hiking and biking adventures or spend sunny winter days cross-country skiing or downhill skiing. You'll hike the trails and stroll through the forests, savor regional dishes, feast your eyes on the beauty of the surrounding nature, and admire breathtaking views. Sitting on the terrace, you'll smell the captivating scent of the spruce forest, mint, and lavender, and you'll grab plums and apples straight from the tree, and raspberries straight from the bush. On cool evenings, you'll warm up by the fireplace. Spend your time actively or laze around and read a book from our library on a comfortable sofa, armchair, or garden hammock. Light a bonfire and gaze at the stars by the glow of the flames. We suspect you'll fall in love with the Owl Mountains and the local slow life. Because in the Owl Climate, you can experience life slowly, but to the fullest.

We're visited by families with children, groups of friends, and seniors. We welcome athletes as well as those who enjoy relaxing in hammocks and on terraces overlooking the mountains. All guests receive a personalized travel guide, allowing them to make the most of their time here while supporting the local community, for example, by using slow food products from local farmers or ordering meals from nearby restaurants.

Just beyond the fence is a spruce and beech forest. Just poke your nose out the gate and set off for a stroll. The bounty of the nearby forest makes Owl Climates an ideal base for walks for those who enjoy shinrin-yoku (forest bathing). In summer, you can pick berries and in autumn, mushrooms. Birds and butterflies that flock to the terrace, and forest animals that approach the property fence, are our closest neighbors. In the surrounding meadows, you can practice barefoot walks or grab a mat and practice yoga outdoors.

We'll send you to ceramics and cheese-making workshops, or to trusted organizers of extreme adventure tours in the area.

Whether you're interested in just hiking or conquering the Crown of the Sudetes, you'll find it all just beyond the fence of Owl Climate! We provide tourist maps and leaflets of nearby attractions. We'll be happy to advise you on how to actively spend your time in this idyllic area, and there's plenty to choose from. Cycling trails, mountain biking, downhill and cross-country skiing, hundreds of kilometers of hiking trails, culinary festivals, places steeped in history and legend, observation decks, mines, and natural wonders. We have plenty to offer; come and discover the unknown. And we'll advise you how to take advantage of these benefits!

Kids feel like mountain goats on steep peaks here – it's simply fantastic. Besides the fantastic surroundings, perfect for all kinds of sports, we have a spacious garden and a fenced property for safe play all year round. "Running around" in the garden is a favorite pastime for the little ones. It's said (check out our reviews) that children forget about Minecraft here. Both winter frolicking in the snow and summer fun on the trampoline will keep the kids entertained, and you, the parents, can relax on the terrace with a mountain view. After playing, the little ones can relax in the hammocks we hang in the birch grove. In the evenings, you can light a bonfire in the garden. The kids can play football or badminton with us.

In summer, you can cool off at the nearby swimming pools in Nowa Ruda (8 km) or Jugów (5 km). If you'd like to venture further than a garden lounger, we recommend heading to the nearby forest for a long walk, exploring mountain trails and tree species, and tracking animal tracks. You can also organize a scavenger hunt or a field game. The nearby ski resorts in Rzeczka and Przygórze are great places to start your child's skiing and snowboarding adventure. In winter, in Rzeczka, little ones can also enjoy snow tubing – a track for sliding down rafts. While you're on the Kłodzko-Wałbrzych route, it's worth taking your children to Minieuroland in Kłodzko.

We provide a crib, a high chair, and a bathtub. Board games and books are available for children.

We also happen to work remotely from Sowie Klimaty, so we can confirm that you can easily send/receive smaller and larger attachments, browse emails and websites. For group work and brainstorming, we especially recommend the living room with a 9-person table and a view of the mountains. There is also a large table on the terrace (from April to November). For individualists, we recommend the bedroom with a desk and chair. You can also hide in one of several hammocks (we warn you honestly - high risk of falling asleep) on the terrace and in the garden. We have an additional terrace on the top of the house (table and two chairs). And stimulants? There are those - but black and in liquid form! Sowiogórska Roastery Coffee Shop, which is located in our village, will provide them for you.
