You will live in Ludwikowice Kłodzkie, at an altitude of approx. 500 m above sea level, in a house with a beautiful garden. A gravel road leads to it. The house has over 100 m2 and is designed for a maximum of 9 people + 2 babies on cots for free. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with a bathtub, two with showers), a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker) and a living room with a fireplace, dining area and seating area. The house also has three large, covered terraces, from which there is an excellent view of the surrounding forests and hills. In the garden there is a place for a bonfire, barbecue facilities, a wooden table and chairs, garden furniture, a trampoline. The house is equipped with: bedding, towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, hair dryers, clothes dryer, board games and a bookcase. For children - two cots with mattresses and bedding, two high chairs and a baby bath, toys, books. We have WIFI and very good LTE mobile coverage, we don't have a TV! In the large garden, depending on the mood and the weather in the Owl Mountains, everyone will find a quiet corner for themselves. There is a birch grove with hammocks, an orchard (especially for lovers of gooseberries, currants, raspberries and blackberries), a fireplace, a grill, a playground with a trampoline for children. The advantage of our house is its wooden construction, which makes it ecological and "breathing".

We don't cook, but we have "good contacts" in the area that we will share with you. We will tell you where to buy the best bread, fresh trout, honey and vegetables. In summer you will taste currants and gooseberries, and in autumn raspberries, blackberries, figs and apples from our orchard. You can grill something or roast it over a bonfire. Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped with household appliances and the fridge is open 24 hours a day, so you can snack from morning to evening. After a meal at a large table or on the terrace, just lie down on the sofa and the dishwasher will take care of the dishes. There are many culinary festivals organized in the neighborhood - near and far. We will definitely show you the way to good food. The following events take place here: - Healthy Food Fair Straight from the Farmer, - Lower Silesian Soup Festival, - Cheese Festival in Dziećmorowice, - Polish-Czech Fun with Coffee. But, but, not all at once. We will leave some addresses for your arrival.

Let yourself be invited to the Central Sudetes, to Ludwikowice Kłodzkie. Here you can relax during walking and cycling escapades or sunny winter days spent on cross-country and downhill skiing. You will wander the trails and walk through the forests, enjoy the regional dishes, enjoy the beauty of the nearby nature and breathtaking views. Sitting on the terrace you will feel the captivating smell of spruce forest, mint and lavender, you will grab plums and apples straight from the tree, raspberries straight from the bush. On cold evenings you can warm up by the fireplace. You can spend your time actively or laze around and read a book from our library on a comfortable sofa, in an armchair or in a garden hammock. You will light a bonfire and by the glow of the flames you will sink your eyes into the stars. We suspect that you will fall in love with the Owl Mountains and the local slow life. Because in Owl Climates you can experience life slowly, but full of handfuls. We are visited by families with children, groups of friends, seniors. We host athletes as well as lovers of lazing in hammocks and on terraces overlooking the mountains. All guests receive a package of individual tourist advice from us to make good use of the time spent here and at the same time support the local community, e.g. by using slow food products from local farmers or ordering meals from local restaurateurs. Behind the fence there is a spruce and beech forest. Just stick your nose behind the gate and go for a walk. The benefits of the nearby forest mean that lovers of the philosophy of shinrin-yoku, i.e. forest bathing, will have an ideal starting point for walks in Sowie Klimaty. You can pick blueberries in the summer and mushrooms in the fall. Birds and butterflies arriving on the terrace as well as forest animals approaching the fence of the property are our closest neighbors. In the surrounding meadows you can practice barefoot walks or take a mat under your arm and practice yoga outdoors. We will send you to ceramic and cheese workshops or to proven organizers of extreme expeditions in the area. Regardless of whether you are only interested in walking or conquering the Crown of the Sudetes, you will find it all just behind the fence of Sowie Klimaty!
