Quick check

The first guests were welcomed by our Grandma Wiktoria. When Grandpa Alek was out fishing, Grandma made plans for the house extension, smoked fish and ran a hospitable pavilion. There was a unique atmosphere of coziness in the house, and the fish tasted so delicious that there were more guests every year. Grandma became a local legend, and her guest house was a frequently reserved oasis of peace. Now the house has her name and our energy. We renovated the rooms, added a few modern touches (without losing the old atmosphere) and we invite you for a sip of iodine, the sea breeze and a break from the crazy pace of life. We will entertain you as beautifully as we can - just as Grandma Wiktoria hosted.

We are in an ideal location - we have one foot in Gdańsk and the other in the Mewia Łacha Reserve, which is popular with seals, beavers and terns. From the north we are flooded by the waters of Gdańsk Bay, from the south by Martwa Wisła, from the east by Przekop Wisły, and from the west by Wisła Śmiała. We have the status of an ecological island, what's more - our area has been recognized as a Protected Landscape Area. We are not surprised by these titles - it is a unique place in terms of nature, as well as the lack of commercialism, which so strongly invades the coast. If you dream about a real rest at the Polish seaside - we are a bull's eye. So there is something for nature lovers, tired of being in the crowd, and those who would not leave St. Dominika - they can literally jump out of him. There is a place to walk, catch a tan, inhale iodine and lift castles in the sand. Come, we'll make you a cup of good coffee, serve a cake that melts in your mouth and tell you some secrets from our neighborhood.

Monia & Kamil

We speak these languages: Polish, English, German

We are on-site, we want to get to know our guests better (always ready to talk and participate)

The House on the Island was created from the combination of the dreamy, sensitive soul of Moni and the causative character of Kamil, full of temperament and openness to humans. The common life path was also combined with the professional one. They say about themselves - survivors of corporate life. Running a Home is a response to their strong need to make sense of what they do every day, to act independently and to share their own experiences of going from "rush" to "chill" - because they are healthier, better and fuller. Monia practices yoga (also willingly with guests), enjoys the creative process (intuitive painting, clay) and cooks, while Kamil pampers the garden, creates original furniture and decorations and takes care of each guest personally. Come on over, come to Home <3

Było super spędzić listopadowy weekend u Was - dziękujemy z miłe przyjęcie, za pyszne śniadania. Do plaży blisko i przez las, spokój, cisza, z Warszawy dojazd przedni.

Fantastycznie miejsce do ładowania baterii. Justyna i Jacek

Wspaniałe miejsce, jednocześnie daleko i blisko cywilizacji.

Taka potrzeba chwili... Wybrałam to miejsce intuicyjnie bo urzekły mnie zdjęcia i opis miejsca. Sympatyczny właściciel, ciepłe przyjęcie, wspaniałe studio z bibelotami, które tworzą niepowtarzalny klimat. Rany, kiedy to ja ostatnio słuchałam muzyki z płyt winylowych! :-) No i sama wyspa... Wrzesień. Piękna, słoneczna pogoda. Las. Plaża. Czas jakby zwolnił... T...
