The house has a location that allows you to feel the proximity of the forest, but at the same time it is not in a complete remote area - we are 150 meters to the road, and looking through the panoramic windows you will notice other houses. The forest is adjacent to the house on two sides, two mountain streams flow right next to the plot. Warm evenings are spent on the large terrace where you can barbecue. A bit further, we also created a place for a bonfire. On the ground floor of the house there is a living room with a fireplace, an open plan kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a toilet. The house is monitored (cameras outside) for security reasons. If this bothers you, let us know - we can turn them off for your stay.

Here you can indulge in dolce far niente, feast on the terrace, watch the stars by the fire, soak up the mountain landscape from a comfortable couch. And as soon as you feel like exploring the area, there is nothing easier: put on your shoes and go to the trail, i.e. behind the house. This is where the black trail runs (note - it's in vain to find it on the internet map), which connects with the larger, blue trail of the Low Beskids. You can easily leave the house without a plan, just for a relaxing forest walk, but you will also successfully plan a decent hiking trip, for example to Magura Małastowska, Bartne or Sołtysia Góra. We also have in the area: - two ski lifts: one for beginners, the other for more advanced, - "Snow Routes through the Forests", i.e. local cross-country ski runs, which are 50 km long. The routes are well marked and are intended for people who already know how to cross-country well. 4 km from the house there are also sports routes with 3 different levels of difficulty - also for beginners. Do not worry about the equipment - there is a winter equipment rental 200 meters from the Energy Source, - Hucul horse stud in Regietów, - graduation tower in Wapienny (19 km from the house). Małastów is close to the Magura National Park (several kilometers) and Slovakia, where it is worth visiting the Bardejovske Kupele health resort (35 km), known for its beauty and climate.
