Lake Dusia is called the Sea of Southern Lithuania. The third largest lake in the country, it is located in the middle of Meteliai Regional Park. In summer it is full with tourists, and no wonder: clean sandy shores, beautiful landscapes and tourist attractions attract everyone, from grandparents to grandchildren, to Dusia.
The cottages of Riešutynė farmhouse are hidden in a quiet corner between Lake Simnas and the Park's border. It's a bit out of the way, where you don't hear the noise of tourists and cars, but all the local attractions are still within reach. And there are plenty of them. To the south - Dusia, Metelys and Obelija lakes and Meteliai Park itself, with its mud turtles and nature trails; the village of Meteliai, which in recent years has become a seasonal resort; and finally Prelomčiškės mound, mounded by the devil himself, according to local legend. To the north are three smaller lakes surrounding the village of Simnas and the Žuvintas Biosphere Reserve - the only place in Lithuania to be included in the UNESCO network of reserves...

This is our family homestead.
The story dates back to the fact that in the land of the ancestors, near the great lakes of Dzūkija - Dusia, Metelis and Obelia, near the kingdom of birds - Žuvintas - we planted a hazelnut garden every spring with delicacies, ) nuts.
We are happy to be here. Nature not only helps to forget the daily routine and hurry, but also helps to concentrate on productive work and creativity. All five of us in the same family are not only doing serious day-to-day work, we are also creating it.
We want to share those experiences with our guests. That’s why we’ve built a couple of remote microgamels for our guests to relax or vacation. Cottages surrounded by nature, but with all the amenities of a city. Neighbors - local deer, hares, many different birds and our curious cat Pythagoras. You will find here everything you may need for your comfortable rest or concentration. We are waiting.

Cottage with south terrace. The cottage has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living-kitchen area with a sofa, equipped kitchen, all utensils and utensils, stove, refrigerator, drinking water. Private bathroom (shower and toilet, hairdryer). Air conditioning.
