If only he lived to see the time when the first golf course in Poland was built in Julin, Archduke Ferdinand would come here for a game of golf. It was not given to him - he had been here before. The same goes for the Duke of Kent and other distinguished guests of the Potocki family. At the end of the 19th century, Julina was vibrant with life, rested in the style of the English aristocracy, and Kossak painted hunting in red tailcoats. In the turbulent last century, the manor declined and it could be announced that its era of splendor is over. But this is not the time for the closing credits - because we entered the action with a dream to give this place a new life. Today, we can invite you to a historic manor with a completely new face.

On the edge of the Sandomierz Forest, in a beautifully restored building, we have created a residence where life is celebrated in a slow rhythm and original design. Julin Slow Life is our recipe for a reset: one without compromise, after which you return to everyday life with your head both ventilated and full of ideas. We do not have hunting and golf games for you, but we will be happy to invite you to development workshops in a historic barn and recommend the best bike paths in the area. Come to us for inspiration and rest in an idyllic setting.

Our Residence is located in the former estate of the Potocki family: a 20th-century manor house, which we restored with the greatest attention to detail. It is part of a larger complex - a palace complex belonging to this magnate family. You can feel the spirit of old times here, the days go by slowly, the senses are soothed by contact with nature, and the joy of communing with history inspires and arouses curiosity.

We invite you to one of the 6 rooms decorated in a unique, eclectic style. We know that people who - like us - do not like minimalism will feel good here. We like bling-bling vibes and we think everyone deserves to feel like Mr. Gatsby and Daisy Buchanan on West Egg from time to time. Patterns, textures and colors combine in Julina's interiors into a unique mix that allows you to enjoy rest as the former owners of the property. Someone will say: nystagmus, and we will say that we simply do not like boredom.

We have 2-, 3- and 4-person rooms, each with a slightly different character, but each equally comfortable and pampered. A total of 19 people can stay in the Residence, but remember that we do not accept groups for integration trips, because peace plays the first violin here.

There is also a common space waiting for you, where you can exchange a few words with other guests. In the living room we have comfortable armchairs and a sofa, right next to it there is a dining room, and outside there is a terrace where you can sit on a lounger for the whole afternoon and read until the sun goes down.

Our manor house is a place for those who love to relax in a slow rhythm. If your definition of entertainment is long walks in the forest accompanied by birdsong, and yoga in the grass sounds like the best way to start the day, you certainly won't be bored here. If you also love places steeped in history and feel most at home in a creative, colorful space, you and Julin might really connect.

The residence is a boutique hotel located in the Wydrze Nature Reserve. The area tempts with picturesque walking and cycling trails. So don't forget your comfortable shoes and equally comfortable cycling shoes, because you'll need them many times!

– yoga classes, which we can organize for you if you're so inclined;
– cycling trips – the Green Velo trail, a nearly 2,000 km cycling route through five voivodeships of eastern Poland, runs through the Julian forests! Its views are truly breathtaking;

Don't have your own bikes? Nothing's lost! You can rent a trekking or mountain bike here and enjoy the beautiful views with the wind in your hair :)

And for those lazybones who aren't in a hurry to get active, we invite you to a game of chess or a game of boules.

Julin is a haven not only for those who love nature and peace and quiet. It's also a region steeped in history and an ideal base for exploring nearby monuments. No pressure, but if we were you, we'd see:
– The Potocki Hunting Palace, located 200 meters from our residence. This Tyrolean-Swiss gem is currently closed to the public, but even a glimpse of it from the outside sparks the imagination and evokes the fairytale times of this place;
– Lubomirski and Potocki Castle in Łańcut. The castle and its lavish interior are one thing, and the picturesque English-style park surrounding it are another! Once you've had your fill of the chambers, be sure to stroll through this historic promenade garden, which dates back to the 18th century. Also, visit the orchid garden, where you'll see rare specimens of these flowers.

"We're only 40 km from Rzeszów, and this city offers plenty of places worth visiting. Don't miss the Underground Tourist Route in Rzeszów: can you imagine that in the 14th century, shops in this city were built in basements?! Goods were kept at the right temperature, and the location protected them from thieves and fires. Also, take a look at the Lubomirski Summer Palace in the city – this sweet treat will delight fans of late Baroque architecture.

For true sweet tooths, the Chocolate Factory, located in Rzeszów's Millennium Hall, boasts the largest chocolate fountain in Poland.

We love children, but our guests value peace and quiet. Therefore, we warmly welcome guests aged 14 and over to our Residence. Younger guests can have fun while horseback riding, cycling, or taking a yoga class – these attractions are all within easy reach. However, if your teenager is bursting with energy, a visit may not be the best idea.

Are you looking for a place where the team will be able to work in a different environment, relax together and integrate at an evening barbecue? We can offer you a long table in the dining room, where eight people can work comfortably. In addition, right next to it there is a lounge with very comfortable sofas and armchairs, where the other half of the team can spread out with laptops. Next to the Residence, we provide a glass Orangery, from which there are views of the surrounding meadow and forest. The place is located in an absolute remote area, so you take care of peace and quiet while working. The residence has six double rooms, four of which can be converted into sofas.
