Our Residence is located in the former estate of the Potocki family: a 20th-century manor house, which we restored with the greatest attention to detail. It is part of a larger complex - a palace complex belonging to this magnate family. You can feel the spirit of old times here, the days go by slowly, the senses are soothed by contact with nature, and the joy of communing with history inspires and arouses curiosity. We invite you to one of the 6 rooms decorated in a unique, eclectic style. We know that people who - like us - do not like minimalism will feel good here. We like bling-bling vibes and we think everyone deserves to feel like Mr. Gatsby and Daisy Buchanan on West Egg from time to time. Patterns, textures and colors combine in Julina's interiors into a unique mix that allows you to enjoy rest as the former owners of the property. Someone will say: nystagmus, and we will say that we simply do not like boredom. We have 2-, 3- and 4-person rooms, each with a slightly different character, but each equally comfortable and pampered. A total of 19 people can stay in the Residence, but remember that we do not accept groups for integration trips, because peace plays the first violin here. There is also a common space waiting for you, where you can exchange a few words with other guests. In the living room we have comfortable armchairs and a sofa, right next to it there is a dining room, and outside there is a terrace where you can sit on a lounger for the whole afternoon and read until the sun goes down.

We serve breakfasts and dinners for you, which we prepare mainly from local products. Each meal is additionally payable. But if you prefer to take care of your menu yourself, we also have a well-equipped kitchen here, which will allow you to prepare dishes tailored to magnate whims.

Our manor is a place for those who love to rest in slow mode. If your definition of entertainment is long walks in the woods accompanied by birds singing, and yoga in the grass sounds like the best start to the day - you will definitely not be bored with us. If, in addition, you love places with history, and you feel best in a creative, colorful space, you and Julin can seriously spark. The residence is located in the Wydra nature reserve. The area tempts with picturesque walking and cycling routes. So don't forget comfortable shoes and equally comfortable cycling shoes, because you will need them more than once! During your stay with us, we especially recommend: – yoga classes that we will organize for you if you feel like it; – bicycle trips – the Green Velo trail runs through the Julian forests, i.e. a bicycle route through five voivodeships of eastern Poland, which has almost 2,000 km. miles! Its views are truly beautiful; Don't have your own bikes? Nothing lost! You can rent a trekking or mountain bike with us and enjoy the beautiful views with the wind in your hair :) – motivational workshops conducted by me, Monika, a psychotherapist and business consultant. And the lazy ones, who are not in a hurry to be active, are invited to a game of chess and a game of boules. Julin is an asylum not only for those who love nature and peace. It is also an area steeped in history and an ideal starting point for exploring the nearby monuments. No pressure, but in your place we would see: – Potocki hunting palace located 200 m from our residence. This Tyrolean-Swiss gem is currently closed to the public, but even looking at it from the outside awakens the imagination and brings to mind the fabulous times of this place; – Lubomirski and Potocki Castle in Łańcut. The castle and its rich interiors are one thing and another: a picturesque English-style park that surrounds it! Once you enjoy the view of the chambers, be sure to take a walk around this historic walking garden, which dates back to the 18th century. Also visit the orchid garden, where you will see rare specimens of these flowers; – We are only 40 km away from Rzeszów, and there are many places worth visiting in this city. Don't miss the underground Tourist Route in Rzeszów in particular: can you imagine that in the 14th century, shops in this city were built in cellars?! The goods had the right temperature in them, and the location protected them from thieves and fires. Also, take a look at the Lubomirski Summer Palace in the city – this candy will please fans of late Baroque architecture. For real connoisseurs of sweets there is Fabryka Czekolady located in Rzeszów's Millennium Hall with the largest chocolate fountain in Poland.
