Surely you know the saying "what a rich cottage ...". Our cottage is rich in wine, because as befits sommeliers and wine enthusiasts, we could not miss it. So you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace, wait for the drink to decant wrapped in a blanket, or taste enotourism and go to one of the surrounding vineyards. And then eat dinner there with a wine perfectly matched to it. However, not everything here is about fermentation. Life goes on on the wild beach on the Pilica river, on a deckchair, by a fire, in the evening in the sauna. At dawn, you can see wild animals nearby, and the fence is only trees. Come to the Biggest Orchard in Europe, to the Natura 2000 area, just 45 minutes from Warsaw. The Blue House invites you to swing in the clouds and think about blue almonds.
In the 100-year-old Blue House, under the blue sky, which dates back to Podlasie, but now leads its second life in Masovia. It was moved from Podlasie and then assembled here, in Dolnej Pilica Valley. It gained a covered terrace to celebrate meals and hot evenings, and a new interior rich in wine. As sommeliers and enthusiasts of all kinds of wines, we could not let the Blue House lack a good selection of bottles. Red, white and sparkling wines selected by us await you in the old cupboard. The house can accommodate 6 people. It has a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower. There is a sauna waiting for you in the garden.
The living room has a tiled stove that will warm the house even in winter. There is also a large sofa that can be folded out for the night and can be used by two people.
The large bedroom has a double bed, a fireplace, a renovated century-old wardrobe and a beautiful desk. The small bedroom has a double bed and lots of cupboards where you can put all your things. There is also a TV with access to YouTube and Netflix.

When going to the Blue House, you do not have to worry that you will run out of wine and food. We have a large selection of white, red, sparkling and even orange wines for you - at store prices. All wine accessories, properly selected glasses and carafes await you on site.

It's nice to drink wine in the hundred-year-old interiors of the cottage, even when it's gray and dark outside. It's nice to sit by the hot tiled stove and the crackling sparks of the fireplace. It's nice to read books on a comfortable couch and to warm up in the sauna. He rushes from the sauna into the snow refreshingly, and when the heat is pouring from the sky he takes a wild shower in the garden. Such pleasures await you only 45 minutes from Warsaw, in the beautiful nature of the Lower Pilica Valley. So there is a forest, a river, raspberry plantations, orchards full of apples, pears and cherries. You probably do not know such Mazovia yet.
If you aren't going anywhere without bikes, take them here too. The red trail leads to the walking / cycling route straight from our plot. A dozen or so minutes walk through the forest and you are among beautiful orchards. You can also take a trip along the embankment along the Pilica river. In autumn, be sure to throw wellington boots in the trunk, because mushrooming is a must. Then the mushrooms can land at dinner or dry on a string over the tiled stove. At the end of the day, you can also sit out on the terrace and just listen to the birds singing. Our garden is not fenced off with a net, all sides are surrounded by trees. Thanks to this, wild animals have free passage. It is not difficult to meet roe deer, hares, cranes and other rare birds here. Sometimes the animals practically peek into the windows of the house.
What is the neighborhood hiding?
- The beach on the Pilica river, almost a private sandy beach on the river, 900 meters from the house, which you will reach by beautiful meadows and fields.
- Great canoe routes. There are many canoe rental companies in the vicinity of Warka. There are routes of various lengths (from 2 to 9 hours), for families with children, as well as experienced canoeists. Kayak rental price - from PLN 85 / item
- Apple trail (orchards, honey, brewery). The area is called the "Greatest Orchard of Europe". There are beautiful grounds full of fruit. This is a perfect opportunity to buy fresh produce from local fruit growers. Honey, juices, apples, beer brewed in the Brewery. - Wine. In the cottage, in the old display case, you will find wines from all over the world, also from Poland. Not everyone knows that there are already 400 vineyards in Poland and each year they surprise with more and more quality. Those who do not know Polish wines have the opportunity to try the best ones here! Not only can you try, but also see with your own eyes how and where they are produced. Just 30 minutes from the cottage there are two Masovian vineyards - the Mazovia Vineyard and the Biały Kruk Vineyard. The owners are enthusiasts who create delicious wines and are happy to share their knowledge. Visitors to the vineyard, tastings and meals can be booked here.
Children will enjoy endless fun. They will build a hut among the trees, make a fire, drink water straight from the abyssinian pump. There is no busy road nearby, so they can run as much as they want and collect the treasures of the forest. During the day, they can also go to the wild beach on Pilica and enjoy the sand and swimming in the water.
