Ptasie Szepty

Ptasie Szepty is a 2.5 ha fenced area with two ponds, old trees, meadows, located in the buffer zone of Chojnów Landscape Park overlooking the Jeziorka River valley. The river is just behind the fence, so beavers, pheasants, roe deer, and even a wild boar get onto the plot. And all this is just 24 km from the center of Warsaw. The heart of Ptasie Szepty is the house. Cozy, with three bedrooms for 8 people, a living room with a fireplace and an antique piano, a large kitchen, two bathrooms (bathtub and shower) and a terrace. We have 3 rooms for you: a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, a bedroom on the first floor with two single beds, a bedroom on the first floor with one or two double beds and a balcony. The windows overlook the meadow and the pond. Our 3 cats also roam the garden. If you want to take your pets with you, remember that Beza, Kicia and Chao live in Szepty, and although they don't sleep at home, if you invite them, they'll happily use the soft couch. We only invite pets that accept the company of cats.

From the experience of many generations, the kitchen is the most common meeting place in the house. We ourselves love spending time there, which is why it is spacious and open. Of course, it is also fully equipped to create the most delicious dishes. For coffee lovers, we have a pressure coffee machine with selected beans, and people who prefer tea will also find something good here. Don't feel like cooking? No problem. There are several places near Ptasie Szepty where you can eat deliciously.

Who knows, maybe you need a moment of respite from your duties and boredom is a salvation. Give yourself permission to do nothing. Ptasie Szepty is the perfect place for this, because time really slows down here. We direct those looking for relaxation to the hammock in the grove and by the pond, or we recommend spreading a blanket under a tree and spending the afternoon with a good book (we have quite a few of them in the library). For the active, we have 2.5 hectares of space so that you can indulge your passions in the fresh air. Bring your badminton equipment, balls, exercise mats or simply go for a run around the area. Part of the plot already belongs to the Chojnów Landscape Park, which is part of the Green Ring of Warsaw, so Ptasie Szepty is surrounded by forests, hiking and cycling paths. On foot, you can walk to the Gonna Sosna Educational Trail, which is located in the Biele Chojnowskie Nature Reserve, in a few minutes. Beautiful place, clean marshes and a lot of forest to traverse. You can fish at our pond (but we don't shorten the fish's life, we release them), you can swim in it, and in winter you can swim or, when the ice is really thick, skate. For those who love nature: Jeziorka river valley - just go beyond the fence straight to the meadows to observe birds, beaver lodges, in spring and summer for kayaks, Chojnowski Landscape Park - to the forest, for mushrooms, hiking, running and cycling paths, Górki Szymona - for a walking path by the ponds. For those who want to discover local attractions: a park in Zalesie Górne with an outdoor pool, ponds, water equipment rental, Wakepark Zalesie Górne, horse riding for children and adults (UKS Impuls, Pony Riding Club, Pony Express, Stable “Słoneczna”, Stable Bąkówka), Piaseczno-Grójecka Narrow Gauge Railway - a great idea for a trip.
