Łopatno is a village like many in Poland, nothing extraordinary, but it is enough that at the crossroads (the only one in the village), next to the blue statue, you turn left and go along a narrow, winding road along the lake. Then you will cover the last 50 meters along a gravel road that will lead you to a white house among the trees. The only one in sight and 50 meters. This is where it gets interesting. The words form the second part of the book with Commissioner Zuzanna Nowacka, and the House in the Valley is the site of this action. I will not reveal anything more, except that you will find "Evil Cards" in your home library. Just be warned, once you start, the world will stop and move only after reading the last page.

You can read on the beach, with your feet in the pool, on a comfortable sofa in the gazebo, in a hammock, in the living room by the fireplace. After that, it is worth jumping into the water or basking in the sauna, cycling to the Krzyżtopór Castle or arranging a small off-road to the lake in an off-road buggy car. I am a husband, father, crime writer and biker. I studied archeology and economics. A few years ago, I changed the position of a bank director to my own business, thanks to which I am the master of my time and I can live with passion. I divide it between writing detective stories and motorcycle travels, those far and near. Two years ago I came to a small village of Łopatno, I saw an old house and it turned out that I had found my place on earth. I put a few zlotys and a lot of heart into the renovation, thanks to which the house is modern, full of comforts, but the soul has remained in it. Due to the work I do, I can't live there permanently, but in a few years I will definitely settle there. Whenever I have time, I go there to write more books. Home is so important to me that I made it the setting of one of my books, which you will find in the small library on site.
Today I invite you to the second place, close to my heart. Casa Bianca :) our white house, bathed in the Sicilian sun. Here you will find the real Sicily, the unique atmosphere of a wonderful town created by architecture, but above all by people. I have already made friends with many of them, so I am sure that you will be warmly welcomed as well.
The legend says that on the seventh day of creation, God was so pleased with his work that he took the globe in his hands and kissed it, and in the place of the kiss, Sicily was created - the island of the sun.
