The unique, private location with a panoramic view to the Aegean Sea and the sunrise reflections on the surface of the sea is a great place to stay. Especially if there are three new-built similar Luxury Windmills - a blend of minimal design and luxury. Each villa is totally indipendent so you can enjoy your own space and privacy. Windmills have a private pool, jacuzzi tubes, terrace, flower garden, private entrance and parking space. Green & Lilac villa can accommodate up to 5 guests and Blue villa up to 6 guests. THREE-STOREY VILLAS – LILAC, BLUE & GREEN The ground floor consists of a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are the small luminous windows with the panoramic view of the vineyards, the sea and the swimming pool. A stair leads from the kitchen to the first and second floor. On each floor, there is a bedroom with bathroom. The first- floor bedroom - double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second-floor bedroom - cone-shaped room (double bed and single one) with an en-suite bathroom. Our bedrooms are equipped with Eco-friendly mattresses (upper mattresses) and in bathrooms you will find also Apivita cosmetics (greek natural beauty products). Please keep in mind that you can use it only for washing and bathing. We recommend that you always use bottled water for drinking. And there's still a fully equipped kitchen in every mill. Have you heard about the GREEK FAVA? The island of Santorini is known for growing some of the best yellow split peas which has been grown exclusively in Santorini for more than 3,500 years! You may have heard of Santorini fava, which is fava made from the yellow split peas from Santorini. These small yellow “suns” are known for their taste with velvety texture and they are sweeter than others. FYI: “Santorini Fava”, is a “Protected Designation of Origin” (PDO) product that comes from the plant (Lathyrus Clymenum L.). A visit to Santorini will not be completed without tasting also some of the others famous island’s dishes. Go for appetizers like the tomato balls, made with the local variety of small tomatoes, fresh fish from the Aegean Sea, chloro cheese that is produced only on the island of Santorini and the local sausages along with vegetables and fruits from the island. As for sweets do not miss meletinia made with cheese embraced by thin dough or koufeto made just with local honey and almonds. WINES OF SANTORINI The sun, the sea and the volcanic soil of Santorini – get to know the wines produced in Santorini.
