If your life is rushing like a hamster in a wheel and it's hard for you to find a way out of this carousel, it's probably time for a decent pause. Come to us like old friends. With kids, because here you don't have to be game creators. With a plan for movement, because we have bikes, a gym, a playground, a ping-pong table and a pool table. With a plan for a specific relaxation in a hammock, in a tub, by a fire. To us, i.e. to the Kashubian countryside, a two-minute walk from Lake Sitno, to a naturalistic garden full of flowers. For agritourism by definition.
Here, after leaving the house, you will not be attacked by a waffle booth, cotton candy or an ice cream parlor. But let it not be that we have such completely silent silence. What is it? We have to be honest with you, because later it will be: "And it was supposed to be so quiet!" Well, we say how it is. In the surrounding meadows, cranes crawl, besides, the village is also chickens, and therefore roosters. Come on, frogs. There is a pond, there are also frogs. Logical. Then, dogs, cats, our tiring (but not tiring) ) goats, and so on. Those who like it will also hear the rustle of grass, birch and willow that grows by the pond. And those who understand what a village is will not even be disturbed by a tractor or combine harvester working in the field. just like people who come to us, even for the 10th year in a row. For complete silence and sitting by the fire together. For spending time only with family or chatting with the hosts. If, after this introduction, you want to pack your bags and go to Kashubia, maybe Sitowianka is the place just for you.
In true agritourism, where time passes slowly, the goats are exhausting but not tiring, the rooster wakes up the neighbors like in Telerank, and the cat always wants to be petted. In a place where in the morning you go barefoot to a garden full of flowers like Zosia in Pan Tadeusz, where the pond croaks with a frog chorus, and the nearby field with a crane clang. Our garden is truly idyllic, naturalistic, full of colors and scents. Interspersed with varieties of hollyhocks known from childhood, grandma's phloxes, wonderfully fragrant lilacs and marigolds.
And also a wonderful, private forest full of birches, pines, spruces, larches and wild meadows on a huge, three-hectare property.
Among the flowers stands our house with five rustic-Kashubian apartments for guests and a wooden cottage. We like lace, flowers and colors, so our rooms are just like that. Cozy, homely, atmospheric.
Each two-room apartment has one bedroom and a living room with a sleeping area connected to a kitchenette, its own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, kettle, fridge, hob and a set of dishes and TV. The Jizba Marzebionka apartment also has a dishwasher, oven and fireplace and a separate terrace! The three-room Jizba Malwija apartment has - in turn - an additional bedroom - also a balcony.
A cozy, wooden cottage with a terrace hugged by a beautiful black pine tree, is ideal for a getaway for two or with one child. It has one room with a kitchenette and a unique bathroom with a bathtub.
Each apartment and cottage has its own kitchenette, so you can cook whatever you want. The Jizba Marzebionka apartment also has a dishwasher and oven, so if you plan to bake cakes with seasonal fruit, choose this room.
In summer, the main gathering point for lunches and dinners is at the bonfire and grill. A cauldron, potatoes from the bonfire, something from the grill. Life revolves around the fire. Here you can meet people, make friends, eat together in the gazebo.

Oh, what a vacation it will be. Boring, if you dream of lying in a hammock with a book, lying by the lake with a crossword puzzle, lying on a blanket with coffee, generally in a horizontal position. Active, if you plan on cycling along the trail of nearby lakes, a several-dozen-kilometer trip to Gdańsk (28 km one way) and back on two wheels, walks in the forest, paddling in a kayak, team games. You can play ping-pong, play a game of pool, serve a shuttlecock at a badminton match. Here, everything can be done or done nothing. One day the Baltic sand, and the next a wild, forest beach by the local lake or lakes, because we have several of them in the vicinity. The closest are:
- Sitno, 3 steps and 150 m from Sitowianka,
- Głębokie, less than 2 km from us,
- Karlikowskie, 2.5 km from the house,
- Dzierząskie, less than 4 km from the agro,
- Techlinka, 3.5 km from us,
- Mezowskie - 5 km from us.
If you want to reset, take a break from contact with other people, devote time to yourself and your family, we will give you intimacy and space. We have more than enough of it - three atmospheric, idyllic hectares! Or maybe you belong to the club of social life and want to meet other guests, make new friends, sit together by the fire or grill. That will definitely work too. We respect both attitudes, with us you don't have to force yourself to do anything. This is your time, this is your vacation.
In our garden there are plenty of places to hide away with your thoughts or integrate with your fellow summer guests. One of them is a thatched gazebo with benches, tables and a grill. No lesser – an atmospheric fireplace room with a pool table and a children's corner. Deckchairs and hammocks suspended in the woods are for pleasant relaxation, and a place for a bonfire with benches and tables for feasting. In addition, we have a small beach with pleasant sand by our pond by the forest. You will find there sharp rays of the sun as well as blissful shade.
For those who care about physical fitness also on vacation, there is a fitness room with a bike and a stationary treadmill, dumbbells, atlas and a bench with a barbell. We also have Nordic walking poles and a very large selection of bikes for practically every age.
Absolutely for everyone, because everyone deserves blissful relaxation, we have a sauna and a tub with a jacuzzi.
Just 3 km from our house there is an equestrian center for beginners and advanced riders.
From the end of July/beginning of August, mushroom pickers have their 5 minutes of fame. Our forests and meadows are full of mushrooms – birch bolete, butter mushroom, bolete, and kite.
What’s there for children?
Children are just as important to us as adults. That is why we take care of their needs. We have three children ourselves and we know how much energy little explorers have that needs to be used up somehow. We can hardly remember a situation when a child was bored with us. Especially on vacation! There is a great playground for romping from dawn, a small house to play shop, school, house or whatever your imagination suggests, a sandbox and a set of swings and slides for every age. In bad weather, or when parents are playing a game of pool, the children have their own play corner in the fireplace room. There is a wooden kitchen with dozens of elements, games, puzzles, blocks and jigsaw puzzles. For those children who are already far above the table, we have billiards and table tennis.
We also have bikes for you on site so you can go far into the field, to the lakes, to the forest. These for young and old (free of charge). We have a special chair for toddlers.
If there is agritourism, there must be animals. We have become friends with cats and goats. Our yard is inhabited by: the goat Nostra, Białka, the cat Zgubka and the dog Nel. The goats are very gentle, you can pet and feed them. And the cat could be the definition of fawning. She is subtle, sweet and likes people. Our Nel, on the other hand, is an exceptional dog that immediately wins the hearts of all guests.
In the evenings, there is a bonfire, potatoes from the embers, songs, stories about how it used to be.
