We are a married couple with… hmmm, well, quite a long history. My husband is a historian by education, and I am a speech therapist. We used to be typical city dwellers, but even as Gdańsk residents we felt that our bodies were in the city, but our spirits were in the countryside. So for a dozen or so years we have been living in Kashubia, where our eleven-year-old Staś was born. Our older daughters have already gone out into the world. Here we discovered our passions and began to pursue them in a beautiful village located far from the busy road. I fell in love with gardens, flowers, and Krzysiek learned to tinker, build, and repair. Agritourism was born out of our dreams and longings for rustic, idyllic interiors, lush gardens full of flowers and herbs, and a never-ending summer, just like in our childhood memories. This is the way of life, close to nature, that is closest to us. We love walks, relaxing with a book in a hammock, swimming in a beautiful cornflower lake. Nature is health! I like to create folk pictures painted on glass, Kashubian patterns also decorate our interiors. We invite all those who, like us, miss peace, a nice atmosphere and doing nothing. We invite you to our world, to Sitowianka.
