Because a holiday in Helenów is a matter for slow-hoppers-connoisseurs: those who will appreciate the shade of joints in the bathroom and the noble shape of window handles. If it's about you, come as soon as possible. 1.5 hours away from the capital, you can taste a bit of luxury, enjoy the scent of the forest and admire the interior in the style of an English cottage. We have a village here, but one where idleness takes place without sacrifice. We will give you a massage and offer you a relaxation session in the Russian sump. We will also invite you to our eco-farm: a collection of your favorite vegetables - or maybe you will want to plant them yourself? If you are lucky, you will find bread in your breakfast basket, which we have been baking with passion since the great city-forest overthrow. Here, in cozy wooden houses integrated into the surroundings of the Ługi Helenowskie reserve, you will catch Zen and enjoy your eyes.

We took the subject very seriously: before we created the project, we studied both "Timber construction and wooden products in former Poland" and "Wooden house decorations in the Białystok region". We also took pictures of hundreds of huts that we liked. We wanted to be sure that we would respect Polish folk design. In 2020, I also looked through the entire olx for old doors. I had a mission: find the ones that can be placed in our homes. There was no question of a door without a soul, such as from a supermarket. Old copies from historic country cottages were coming to us from all over Poland. We have specimens from near Lublin, from Nowy Sącz, from the vicinity of Krakow and from the vicinity of Kielce. These doors have seen many things, and they will see more than one, because Helen's huts did not stand here for a moment. Tradition, timelessness and living in harmony with nature are values that we value highly, and our Helenian luxury is simply smart. Because for us it makes sense to run a place that does not interfere with the surroundings: it leaves the smallest possible carbon footprint, uses the advantages of the area, and since it has already stood in the forest, it fits in discreetly and will remain there for at least several decades. We also value neighborly cooperation: we buy natural cosmetics for you from our friend Lawendów, we have created a list of the best routes for guests with cycling teams based in the area, and we obtained larch wood for houses from local suppliers. We put quality over quantity, and tradition over temporary trends. A few years ago we moved from a big city to the forest, although we still work there. Contact with nature and forests has a wonderful influence on us. We decided to create the Helenów Settlement, so that anyone wanting a "quick" escape from the city could rest here, and even work and see what it is like to "escape to the countryside". You do not have to drop everything and go to the Bieszczady Mountains (although these are beautiful), you can simply leave Warsaw and after 1.5 hours just be and feel the wild forest.
