Clean, fragrant and spacious room with lots of views and vistas to the garden. the device is purposeful and practical. The dominant element of the space is wood, which guarantees a pleasant and soothing radiation.

If you want or need to work and bring your work with you on the computer, there is a desk and a good wifi connection for you. If you want to cook and prepare your own food, there is a kitchenette with basic equipment and a small fridge. Tea, coffee, sugar, oil and others are available. There is a grocery store in Němčice, or in nearby Litomyšl, where there are also restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.
The apartment has a small bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Soap, shampoo and towels are available for use.
Outside, right behind the entrance door, there is a wooden terrace with a view of the greenery, with a bench and an armchair, where you can have breakfast, have tea or smoke a cigarette in peace.
Parking is free at the house.

The kitchenette includes kitchenware and a hob. Weather permitting, I recommend having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the beautiful, wild nature. The kitchen also has tea and a mocha kettle, so you can schedule a sitting with a chubby mug on the doorstep at any time of the day.

Don't bring wine, we will introduce you to our dear neighbor, Mr. Chochol. It has its own wine shop, from which your eyes will pass. You can also arrange a tasting with him. And ladies, beware, he also has a fantastic prosecco!

It's just calm here. Healing, all-encompassing calm. If you want, I can show you a lot here, but if you prefer to be alone, you won't even know about me. He meditates beautifully here, plans, creates, invents and rests.

Němčice is on the border of Vysočina, Orlické Mountains and Polička. So no matter which way you go from the cottage, it's beautiful everywhere! And you can explore a different landscape every day. Isn't that beautiful? I prefer a walk to a magical place called Končiny. As in Lourdes, France, crowds of people who wanted to drink from a healing spring flowed here in the past. That is why there is a chapel dedicated to the Virgin Mary of Lourdes. The spring springs from marl and the water in the well is crystal clear. There are two painted cups hanging above the well, so even if you find yourself here by chance, you can try to see if the legends are true. You can go cycling here in summer and cross-country skiing in winter.

LITOMYŠL

Renaissance chateau, historical center, U Rytířů house, Bedřich Smetana ... all this awaits you in Litomyšl. The beautiful Renaissance chateau has been on the UNESCO list since 1999. Sgraffito envelopes can be admired from the outside, but I definitely recommend going through the interiors with passionate guides who will introduce you to the lifestyle of the Wallensteins and Thurn Taxis.

You can walk around the beautiful garden around the chateau and the chateau brewery, where Bedřich Smetana was born in 1824, will certainly not escape your attention. From April to October it is possible to visit the exhibition in his hometown. If you are a true fan of the famous composer, you will definitely not miss the Smetana's Litomyšl festival, which takes place here every year.

Litomyšl was declared the first Czech spirit spa in 2012. Why? Because it's beautiful and quiet here. In addition to our musical giant, you will also come across statues of Olbram Zoubek and the Josef Váchal Museum, called Portmoneum.
