I look forward to welcoming you to my ranch. We will spend the first half hour after your arrival together to show and introduce you to everything here. We will go together among horses and sheep, I will tell you how it works with us, so that it is a perfect stay for all parties. Anyone who wants to can wander around with the horses, we'll go through the whole ranch, I'll explain what, why and how it works and I'll answer anything that interests you. At the same time, I will ask you not to go to the herd of horses without my escort (they are pets, but they have their own heads) and not to feed the hobbies. If you are interested, I will gladly show you around our "horse" kitchen and we can prepare a snack for them together. After this, a cold welcome drink awaits you and you can declare your vacation started! Tiny house "House of fulfilled wishes" with its own entrance and a garden with a direct view of the horses is ready for you. The place is ideal mainly for couples, but if you want to come with children, you can. In my experience, children from the age of 7 enjoy the stay the most, but I leave the decision entirely up to you. The house is essentially a maisonette apartment. Upstairs there is a matrimonial (but also non-marital) bed with a beautiful, soothing view. Horses are right under your windows and all around you. Under the stairs you will find a kitchenette, a dining table and a relaxation area with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a massage shower, The house is insulated and covered with wood. The house also includes a terrace with seating and a soothing view. It also includes a grassy garden that you have all to yourself, and which is surrounded on all sides by rock gardens with herbs, strawberries, blueberries and lavender. All of this is of course available to you either for cooking or for drinks (e.g. several types of mint).

The kitchenette is spacious and properly equipped, including a refrigerator. In the kitchen you will find oil, flour, pasta, tea, syrup, granko, spices... . You can prepare coffee at any time of the day in a capsule coffee machine. A fragrant breakfast is part of every relaxing holiday. And I'll be happy to bring it to you (for an additional fee, on request). I prefer healthier breakfasts, i.e. cottage cheese with fresh fruit, banana pancakes or chia seed porridge. But of course everything is negotiable.

You don't need anything at our ranch. You can relax in the House of Fulfilled Wishes and observe the horses and the surrounding nature. Or sit on the terrace with a book and a glass of wine. But if you want to push your rest to the limit of nirvana, I am at your service: • Walk with horses - a majestic ride with a guide at a walking pace. - 45 minutes (+ another 45 minutes if you want to participate in the preparation of the horse) - maximum horse load: 75 kg • Riding on horseback - now a little faster riding on horseback on the pad or on the handles at the riding hall. - 20 minutes (+ another 25 minutes if you want to participate in the preparation of the horse) - maximum horse load: 75 kg • Therapy (with) horses or an encounter with a horse being - a wonderful experience under the guidance of psychologist, therapist and at the same time horse trainer Kateřina Drahé /// We do not provide horse riding and riding training, but we are happy to arrange them for you at our neighbors. • Aromatouch therapy - a relaxing, fragrant and experiential ritual with doTERRA essential oils. Eight different, specially arranged, fragrant oils will relax you. • Massages - we can arrange massages right in your house from our friend and horse rider Lucie Niezgodová. We will be happy to inform you of the current price list of its services upon arrival. In the winter they can take place in my house or in your house, in the summer you can enjoy them in a shelter with glass shields on the pasture by the lake. • Psychology of Omniscience - psychologist, therapist and horse trainer, Veronika Pešková, can help you find what you are looking for. Coaching is most effective in the form of regular meetings/consultations, but even a one-off chat can work wonders. I will be happy to give you the details when you arrive. • Professional photography - we provide you with professional photography with or without horses. 10 edited photos, a video memory or even a photo image, so that you can always re-empathize with the well-being you will experience with us. • Fishing - you can go fishing on the Vrtůvka reservoir. While sitting all day in silence and solitude, you can be distracted by the sight of various species of birds and other animals. And in addition, there are many beautiful cycle paths in our area, which I would be happy to recommend to you according to the required level of difficulty. And if you want to go out among the people from all this peace, definitely visit Olomouc, which is only 8 km away from us. There you will find the column of the Holy Trinity, which has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List since 2000. His model was a column in Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore in Rome.
